Una porquería de hotel, no ponen orden a sus visitantes, son las 3 de la madrugada y tengo un par de drogados, un par de borrachos en el balcón llevaron una radio a volumen y no me dejan dormir, realmente lamentable cómo dejan entrar q cualquiera, no les importa el bienestar de sus clientes, solo facturar

The Hotel is excellent. We enjoyed our stay very much.Rooms are very nice and comfortable and Front office staff very friendly and helpfull. Restaurant Abacus is very nice food was very testy and variety. Staff are very humble . Night Club Nyx was very good ambience. Overall hotel Palacio is very good to stay.

I stayed in Palacio, i have a very good experience in this hotel. Also i had food at abacus restaurant ,and the food was very nice n the service are very well. N the interior of the rooms are fabulous... The behaviour of front desk staff are very polite and good in behaviour. I enjoyed my weekend very well. Its a very prefect hotel for stay.

Palacio is such a good hotel.Room is very nice and clean. good food quality and services .Staff are helpful and well behaviour.Also nice swimming pool and gym they have. They have a nice brewery restaurant at 1st floor where serve breakfast as well. I enjoyed my stay in Palacio.

Worst experience I had, the room was not so good, not value for money, bathroom not so good it's open, I won't recommend anyone to stay in this hotel very bad experience I had and charges not to tell, hidden charges and all,too much noise of club

Note i only stayed for the night didn’t visit their restaurants or the lounge / deck (nyx) or the kitchen ( abacus)
the only thing in favour of- location
i was late almost 2330 when i reached - no call from the hotel as to whether i’ll even come !
welcome - not even a smile from the badly dressed receptionist. The room - falling apart, sheets were clean, nails on the floor board so very likely will tear you sole and cause bad injury, wash room glasses not cleaned, hair of previous occupant on the floor ( really. Checkout - i wrote about calling gave 2/5 for the room, the receptionist did not even glance at the form, shows the forms are only for show !
