Highly recommended! Perfect location to everything and very friendly staff and a**osphere. Only a few minutes walk from the train station but located in a very quiet neighbourhood. We have stayed here before and will definitely stay again!

Really great little hotel in Juan-les-Pins. It was my first visit to France . I was pleasantly surprised to find out it was locally owned which is always a plus. Khalil and his team run a best in class operation. Everything is clean, works properly, service is prompt, the bar and small pool are a lovely touch. Another bonus was its minutes walk from the train station but I never once heard the train from my room!. You can explore the entire South of France from this train or not and just stay in Juan les Pins which is a great beach town. I’ll definitely be back!

Very nice hotel. A bit dated, but overall a nice experience. Clean, comfortable and great staff. Good breakfast and walking distance to the beach.

I felt that it was a pretty good location close to the beaches in Juan Les Pins. And check in itself was fine, but there is no place for parking the car while checking in if the one little spot in front of the hotel on the narrow one lane one way street is already taken, which means you’ll have to wait your turn and hold up the traffic behind you. Additionally, the parking garage that is contracted with the hotel is a 6 min walk away and the entrance and exit to the garage is not so obvious unless you take some time to find it. I think the experience at the hotel can be streamlined more for the guests.

Full of French charm replete with a beach-vibe ambience whose Matisse style blue decor remind one of the South Pacific; Tahiti, New Caledonia — with a chilled out feeling that would not be out of place in Noosa Heads, Queensland Australia. It is however, unmistakably French: beautiful continental breakfasts on a sunny terrace with fresh Pain au Chocolate, Croissants, fresh jams of apricot, cherry and strawberry... lovely country bread with French cheeses and butter, yogurts and a vast assor**ent of nuts, seeds, dried figs, coconut and healthy options. The coffee was excellent, the freshly squeezed apple juice was a revelation alongside the bright and refreshing orange juice. The staff are gracious, multilingual— I heard Spanish being spoken alongside English and French. My room was bright, happy and clean—with lovely Provençal liquid soaps, an extendable clothes line to dry my bathers after a day at the beach (which was literally a 5 min stroll away). The room was quiet, the fellow guests respectful — after all this is the Côte D'Azur (not the Costa Brava) — and I had a small kettle to enjoy a coffee in bed first thing before showering for breakfast as all guests should. The air con was brilliant—there was a fan option as well as a setting that would have kept fruit cold while it was 29 degrees outside. There are lots of supermarkets within walking distance. My only comment would be that a small fridge would be a welcome addition: to keep a bottle of coke cold.

Absolutely an amazing place to stay! Great and extremely friendly service! Superb comfort with extremely comfy beds and pillows. Healthy breakfast! Great location with walking distance to everything. We will definitely come back soon. We can highly recommend this hotel to anyone’ Merci beaucoup 😊 !!

The staff were helpful and the hotel’s official 3* rating is about right. However compared to similar hotels it is further away from the sea and the main shopping/restaurant areas and certainly not worth £165 per night even for the ‘comfort room’ we selected which was extremely small.

The hotel has a great location. Very close to the train station, as well as restaurants and the beach. Rooms are basic but nicely decorated. Lovely pool area with a food truck. We did not eat there, so cannot comment on the food, but other guests said it was lovely. The only let down was the staff. Some were sort of friendly, some were not at all. Felt almost afraid to ask for certain things.
