location is pretty near checkpoint by grab. not alot of shopping nearby, but there’s a nasi lemak stall opposite the hotel, and down the road abt 7min walk, there’s a short stretch of eateries. the ramly outside banafe was SUPERB. interior wise, room was not bad. abit old but ok. lifts are slow and during checkout time we waited 10min and still did not get to enter a lift. a random unfortunate instance- fridge wasn’t working, but we managed to get a cup of ice from the restaurant below. overall for the price paid i think it was ok. there’s a cafe at the ground floor which we went cos it was raining one morning.

La primera vez quedarse en Amari. El hotel está bien. La cena y el desayuno del restaurante también son buenos. El personal del hotel, sea en el conte o el restaurante también es agradable y amigable. Realmente disfruté de mi estancia. Pero, me pareció que el personal de la cuenta debería preguntar al huésped al entrar si conduce para que el huésped no se encuentre fuera de guardia al salir a saber que tendrán que pagar las tarifas de estacionamiento si entran y usan su tarjeta TNG. He estacionado mi coche durante 2 días y tuve que pagar con TNG. Por lo tanto, para todo lo que condujo ...do no usar el TNG y sólo tomar el billete. Espero que el hotel pueda mejorar en estos.

Este hotel tiene una ubicación muy conveniente y ofrece la mejor relación precio / valor. Las habitaciones son geniales, totalmente equipadas, con TV de pantalla grande y todos los elementos necesarios como secador de pelo, hervidor, plancha y tabla de planchar, etc. El baño también es genial, buena ducha con potente chorro. Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel de 4 estrellas en JB.

Número de habitación: 1128, 1129 Pros: - Qué bonita vista al mar - cama cómoda - zona de baño y ducha separada - Grande piscina (sensible como un resort, con un deslizante para niños tan familiar) - gimnasio de tamaño decente - desayuno buffet tenía una variedad decente y sabor (muy valor por dinero dado precio de la habitación) - el personal fue amable y proactivo Cons - El cuarto muestra signos graves de envejecimiento. - no estoy seguro si es sólo mi habitación, pero los canales de televisión vienen y van. A veces funciona y a veces no. Canales limitados también. - la piña era demasiado suave - Mi cama de tamaño real era dos super camas solteras puestas juntos. - Sólo se han proporcionado toallas de baño y se han usado muy bien. - No es muy bebé amigo, ya que no hay ducha para bebé. - sonido aislamiento bastante malo.

Reservado este cuarto junto a mi propio cuarto, se encontró en una habitación King-Bed que también estaba llena de huevo de humo y el Hotel Manager fue amable de haber cambiado nuestras habitaciones inmediatamente. No obstante, estoy bastante preocupado por el recepcionista que nos dijo que las habitaciones originalmente asignadas eran las únicas que quedaron. Oh y sí, me preocupaba por un momento que tuvimos que encontrar otra propiedad para quedarme. La habitación es muy confortable, pero no es muy fácil de encontrar en el hotel.

Muy bueno hotel. Buen servicio . Caminar a komar y la Plaza de la Ciudad. A partir de 15 a 20 minutos a pie a pasar karat. Tantos restaurantes en el centro comercial. También hay masajes de parlour en el hotel y en el hotel. La limpieza es impresionante. Estado aquí hace mucho tiempo todo está muy bien mantenido. Mantenlo en el aire. Volverá si hay promoción .

The check -in was regular and un eventful, but not very informed as to what we were getting for a room. We made our booking on booking.com however th room 208 that we walked into after check- in was nothing like the visual we saw online when we booked the room. The image online was a bright carpeted room with a large window, a queen sized bed with white clean linen. Room 208 was dark, had no windows, the phone did not work and there was a big patch of mold on the bathroom ceiling. We had to go back down to the front desk as the phone was not working so could not call down. Once at the front desk, I explained that the room we booked had a window, and we need to have a window. There was no apology for trying to put us in a room with no windows. The front desk lady explained that the only other room still available with a window has 2 beds not the one bed we booked. We did not have a choice, so we accepted the room with 2 beds. It was pass check in time, so there was not much rooms to offer. We were happy that we were able to get a new room available. Room 103, was better there was a window, but no carpet, room was one of 2 connection rooms, bathroom was clear of mold on the ceiling and good that the phone works and there was a bidet in the toilet and a rain shower too. We watched some CNA news in the afternoon but once we returned to the room at 10pm, there was no sound on the cna channel. We called down and were told it's the channel issue, I explained that there must be another channel in English not just CNA. We were told engineering has gone back for the day and will be back in the morning. I insisted and the lady informed that someone will come after 11pm to help, I said okay. The gentleman that came after 11pm, was helpful, he tuned channel 5, so that we could watch it and explained that cna is not working as its the channel issue. This was the best service provided to us on this visit.

La ubicación es muy buena, además de Haidilao hotpot... Opuesto a JBCC Komtar y la plaza de la ciudad.. El personal de la sala es agradable y bueno, el diseño de habitaciones como yo lo solicito, la habitación es limpia pero muy pequeña, hasta el momento suficiente si no mucho equipaje, el desayuno no es bueno, muy menos opciones, no es bueno probar allí...

Qué experiencia horrible, informo que mi reserva ha sido confirmada y reservada y no hay excusa, tuve que discutir y hacer un gran peleo con ellos antes de que decidiera llamar a su jefe para ayuda. El hotel está a 2 km de la habitación, y el servicio al cliente en oyo booking.com es peor. Le preguntaba si el wifi en la habitación se ha reparado. Dijeron sí, pero cuando lo bajé, ha sido baja durante meses.
