Heritage Gouri Haveli es un hostal con mucho encanto, donde nos trataron estupendamente. Desde nuestra llegada, nos acogieron y trataron fenomenal, asegurándose que no nos faltara de nada y ayudándonos a subir las maletas. Las habitaciones son espaciosas (con AC) y el baño es inmenso, aunque no nos llegaba el WIFI a la habitación. Las zonas comunes son muy bonitas, pero una ***o de pintura no vendría mal ya que tiene un aire de decadencia. No obstante, la limpieza es extrema. AHORA BIEN, VIKRAM (encargado del restaurante) es de lo mejor que hemos encontrado en nuestro viaje. Solo por conocerle merece la pena, al menos, pasar a comer al restaurante. Es un hombre divertido, amigable, amable, educado, respetuoso y muy muy trabajador, además de tener un nivel de inglés fantástico (es un enamorado de la Casa de Papel). Se nota que es un apasionado de su trabajo, lo que hace que todo lo que te ofrece sea EXCELENTE. Asimismo, HAN (conductor del TukTuk que nos facilitó el hotel) es un hombre formidable; muy recomendable para la visita por la ciudad y nivel de inglés bueno, puedes comunicarte fácilmente con él. La única pega, fue que contratamos la excursión a Ranakpur y Kumbhalgarh con ellos y no cumplió con nuestras expectativas, ya que el conductor no hablaba nada de inglés por lo que no pudimos interactuar en ningún momento con él. Es más, al llegar a Udaipur quiso dejarnos bastante lejos de nuestro hotel (mas de 20 min andando) y tuvimos que llamar a Vikram para que le pidiese que nos acercara lo máximo posible. Un placer haberte conocido Vikram!!

This was easily one of our favourite stays in our 2-week trip of Northern India. We stayed at some much more expensive places but this was very authentic being an old haveli. It has charm and the staff were so friendly and helpful especially the ***ager. We felt completely safe here and Jodpur and Varanasi were the highlights of our holiday. Amazing views of the fort, fantastic rooftop restaurant called Indigo. Stay here!

My friend and I stayed here for one night during our trip to Jodphur. We chose to stay here as it was close to prime tourist locations such as the clock tower, markets and the stepwell. We were both charmed by its interior, especially the beautiful blue walls. The room we were initially given had faulty locks on the door, but the front desk staff member kindly gave us a different room as we wanted to ensure our door can be locked at night. The staff were very kind and helpful, which was great. If you are looking for a budget place to stay and don’t mind a room that’s a little rough on the edges- then I recommend this place!

The rooms are so charming and ro***tic. The staff are very welcoming and provide excellent service. Wonderful views of the fort at Indigo, the rooftop restaurant with delicious food made to your liking. In the heart of the Blue City, you can easily walk to the fort, stepwell and market.

The ***ager here is incredibly attentive and nice and will ensure you are pleased with your stay. The location is perfect - you can easily walk to the fort or the town square. The restaurant is on the rooftop and provided a delicious dinner. The air conditioner and water heater worked well.

Being a travel lover, frequently gathers experience of staying at different hotels but being here was most homely I have ever experienced.Thanks to reviews from this platform I found this gem. Behaviour of every staff is friendly and no one will let you complain of anything. The rooftop restaurant is top class with great fort view and variety of menus. Clock tower and stepwell is at walking distance. I would recommend anyone staying at jodhpur to give it a try.

Ramesh gave us a very warm welcome when we arrived and continued to be helpful and look after us during our stay in Jodhpur. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We would certainly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Doubtlessly it was the best place to stay and eat in Jodhpur. The ***ager and all other staffs are really amazing They will make you feel like being at home. The roof top cafe offers a beautiful view of mehrangarh fort and the food served is exceptionally good.

This hotel is located in the city center, you can enjoy a walk in the small streets to go to the market and you can easily reach the fort in 10 minutes. You can enjoy a typical meal in the rooftop restaurant Indigo, the terrace is really relaxing and has a wonderful view. The building also is really nice to enjoy in all its parts and the rooms are clean and, in overall experience, the cost is really low for the experience. Final and special remarks to the staff, really kind and makes you fell at home.
