Soy un residente actual en el hotel (sala 549) y, desgraciadamente, quedando aquí por un mes. Este es el hotel de lejos WORST 5-star que he visto. Lo aprecio 3 estrellas y no debería llevar la marca de Radisson. Las habitaciones estándar son terribles, pero me han actualizado a una habitación deluxe que es la habitación estándar normal en otros hoteles 5-star. El desayuno es terrible. No hay variedad en absoluto. Vafles o panqueques son ingustos. En la sección de la pastelería, sólo tienen cruzado y tostadas. Saladas.. Sólo pocas placas (lettuce, cucumber ..., etc.) Frutas.. Muy divertido.. ONE PLATA EXCLUSIVAMENTE con melones cortadas y pineapples. El hotel tiene una taza de café, pero los tapones de plástico son de tamaño diferente que no se puede usar con el tamaño de la taza disponible. Ayer por la noche tuvimos un corte de energía 30-minute, por lo que no estoy seguro de si el generador no funcionaba o ni siquiera tenían uno. Hoy, empaqué el bolso de lavandería y lo dejé en la cama. Así que pusieron el bolso con ropa sucia en el escritorio y hicieron la cama. Así que no lavó el lavado. No tienen convertidor de energía para plugs europeos.

We stayed two nights at this hotel which is located along Al Iskandariyyah street very close to the Middle Corniche. The hotel has a parking area where the parking spaces are in pairs between the columns but their are very small so that each car occupies two spaces. However, availability is good and we had no problems parking (there is also easy parking along the road). Despite having arrived very early we were given the room which was large, with a good bathroom (which need soime renovation) and wifi service. One or two more electrical sockets should be placed in the room for recharging cell phones and a camera. The buffet breakfast is really excellent and with a lot of choice. In the evening in less than 10 minutes on foot we went for a walk to the Corniche. Even if we had to change room the second night due to a problem with the code lock on the door, we certainly give a very positive opinion and recommend this hotel both for the above and for the good value for money.

I spent a weekend there during the month Of March. Hotel is nicely located - quiet district although it is hard sometimes to find a suitable car parking - hotel parking is full and same goes for the surrounding Room is spacious - I have booked an executive suite 2 bedrooms- it is perfectly suitable for a family of 4 Cozy Restaurant - matching with hotel size- breakfast buffet was included in the price. Variety is OK Lobby is a bit small, they have a fitness with a covered swimming pool - tiny one - Building apparently is old… furniture in rooms , lobby & restaurants are exhausted and need to be changed Overall the hotel with its prices & services is worth to stay I do recommend it for families I’ll come back again

​​​​​ The room is spacious. I stayed in 4 cities and this hotel is the biggest. Breakfast is plentiful. There is another café as well as the main dining room on the ground level. Layout of the bathroom is a bit strange. There is no ​door of ​shower cubicle. The water will flow into the floor from the shower booth. ​Right after we checked in, I took a very quick shower. Still the water went outside of the shower cubicle. After me, another took a proper shower, the ​entire floor of the bathroom ​got​ wet. I think the floor should be a bit slanted​ and water must be flooding from the shower cubicle itself. Water barrier must not be equipped properly. ​You can expect the following in the room; ​ - Wi-Fi - Complimentary water and drink - TV - AC - Mini fridge ​ - safe​ ​ - room service​ There is a hypermarket in walking distance​ but they are closed around 1100 or 1200 for praying, check their opening time.​ Our group went to an Egyptian eatery nearby for dinner. It seems like there is a Syrian restaurant as well. Hotel reception doesn’t exchange currency. Prepare enough local currency if you don’t want to use your CC. ​There is a swimming pool on the rooftop. The view is ​good, you may want to go up to check. There is gym as well

We booked here after our tour company booked us into another “4” star hotel that was terrible. Booked with 10 mins notice - room was ready when we got there. Extremely happy with our decision to book address - hotel is modern, decent size rooms , Dead Sea products in the bathroom - extra large comfy bed - large buffet with omelette and pancake station. Gym wasn’t open as it was being renovated but not essential. About 5 mins walk from cornice and walking distance to many restaurants. Highly recommend if needing to stay in Jeddah with an exceptional 4 star hotel.
