Ortaköy Hotel

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. They had a DJ in the lobby who played loud thumping music until 1am and bars right next door that played until 4am. To appreciate just how loud it was, I’ve been to quieter music festivals. It was so loud that the bed, light fittings and windows were shaking. I had to go down to reception 3 times to ask if they could turn the music down. The first time they barely turned it down, it at all. The second time, the night manager seemed to get in an argument with the DJ who then turned the music up. It wasn’t until I went to reception again, demand to be moved rooms, hotels or given a full refund that they did anything. I got the night manager in to the room and showed him the vibrating light fittings that he believed me and they turned the bass down, but not off, at 1am. This didn’t stop the nearby bars competing to see who could be loudest until the next morning. They should not be able to advertise this hotel without mentioning the noise. Nobody in their right mind could sleep through that. Even with ear plugs or headphones you can still feel the music. We’re both knackered and our trip has been ruined.

The hotel was very nice! A lovely boutique hotel in old-fashioned building. The interior and the design are stunning. Friendly and affable staff, who can help any time. I really enjoyed delicious breakfasts. Highly recommended! P.s Ortakoy pier in 2 min walking.

This is a very nice, comfortable hotel in a good location. The staff is very attentive and anxious to please. It's not fancy, but very good value and perfect if you will be out and about most of the time.

The worst experience I had in a hotel, noisy place, unresponsive staff, water keeps running after toilet flushing, the towels worn out and shredded. They advertise rooms with views of city don’t be fooled, it’s a view of across the street restaurants that blasts music and songs till 1 :00 am in the morning. Save your holiday and book somewhere else.

Awesome place, great view, easy access to the waterfront and local bazaar. View of Ortakoy Masjid is majestic. Its a family run hotel so most of the interaction for any service or assistance is with a member of the family. A warm n hospitable place.

Very clean and beautifully decorated hotel and guest rooms. Every small detail is thought of and everything is high quality. Breakfast is delicious. Arzu makes you feel at home and ensures that you have a great experience. Location of the hotel is excellent!

Otelin konumu iyi hemen her yere yakın, personel güler yüzlü ve yardımcı idi, oda sessizdi,çocuklarımla keyifli bir konaklama yaşadık. Otelin odaları oldukça eski, biraz bakım gerekiyor. Kahvaltı biraz daha alternatifli olabilirdi.

الفطور جدا متاخر بعد الساعة 8 رفض ينزله قبل يمكن الساعة 9 علما انه الفطور طبق مشكل صغير من الاجبان فقط لاغير شوي ويصير غدا مو فطور 👎👎 ولا يستحق ان تاخذ الفندق بالفطور الافضل الفطور بره ، النظافة ليست جيدة خصوصا في الحمامات رغم انه الفندق يعتبر جديد وليس قديم وذلك بسبب قلة الموظفين والعاملين فقط وحدة تخدم الفندق كله للتنظيف ،فقط يضعوا صابونة وحدة صغيرة للاستحمام ولغسيل اليد ولايوجد زيادة حتي تنتهي تمام الصابونة 😄، لايوجد مناديل في غرفة النوم فقط مناديل الحمام الرول ، عندما تنتهي ادوات الحمام من قطن وخلافه لايضعوا بديل او جديد يجب ان تطلب بنفسك كل مره ، ارض الحمام صفراء ، اشتكيت اكثر من مره ولكن بدون جدوي لم تتم الاستجابة نهائي ، ،موقع الفندق مميز , اتمني من ادارة الفندق الاهتمام بالنظافة

İş seyahatimde tercih ettiğim Ortaköy Hotelden çok memnun bir şekilde ayrıldım. Oda temizliği,ilgi ve güler yüz insanı memnun ederken hotelin konumu istediğiniz yere ulaşma açısından çok merkezi. Benim aradığım kriterleri fazlasıyla karşıladı. Arzu Hanım'ın kibarlığı ve ilgisi içinde ayrıca teşekkür ederim.
