«The hotel is located right in front of the park, just about 200 meters away—super close and convenient. However, the service wasn’t very satisfying. There’s no elevator, so guests have to carry their luggage up and down by themselves to check in, and the rooms are on the upper floors. It was especially difficult to bring down a large suitcase when checking out, and no staff came to help. Due to the language barrier, we mistakenly ordered two pots of rice instead of one. The restaurant only provided one, but unfortunately, they didn’t offer a refund.»

There is a swimming pool and some other faculties like air moisturizer in room, but we are not sure how to use that as no room tour when check-in. The breakfast was great with plenty selection, but dinner option is limited, hope more menu in the future when I coming back next time. Overall is highly recommended if you wish to overnight in the valley for 2nd days trekking»

For the room, fully facilities. Comfort bed, heating floor start on 4.00PM,. For the food, the Yak meat so delicious and enough for 2 person, Tibet fried rice is amazing we like it! the Yak noodles on the morning is good also. Overall impressed.»

«Very good service! The owner upgraded the room with a bigger room & panoramic view! The owners were lovely and welcoming. They provided free shuttle service to and from the scenic spot (only 6 minutes away from Shuangqiaogou). They even helped to carry luggage. The room is impeccably clean and has disposable toiletries, an oxygen concentrator, a humidifier, and underfloor heating. This comfort allows me to sleep well at night. They offer dining services as well! Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Siguniang!»

«Spacious and oxygenated family room. Comfy and large double beds. A bit outdated bathroom. I thought I had booked a Mountain View side bedroom. Technically there was a mountain but the room was parking and street side so we had some street noise at night and morning. Make sure you book a room valley side. The staff was helpful, patient and helped us plan our day! Big perks: although it is a 20 minutes walk on a large road (sometimes without sidewalk) you can walk back to the hotel from the city. Huge traffic jam during October holidays that makes it impossible to take a taxi. The hikes close by were the best we ever did in China. The children were on horses while we walked by their sides. We bought oxygen bottles and sparsely used them. It was nice though and reassuring with children to sleep with oxygen in the room.»

Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin, because everything was simply amazing. The location is very convenient, close to Shuangqiao Valley. The hotel itself is beautiful and modern. The heating system works quickly and efficiently, keeping the room very warm, which is extremely important in this area. Oxygen is also provided whenever we had health issues due to the altitude — there was truly nothing missing. During our entire trip from Chengdu until arriving here, this was the first time we met a host who spoke excellent English. She was incredibly kind, patient, and caring. Her husband even drove us around after our original booking was already completed. For the next day, I had booked another hotel. Although the room rate was higher, their conditions were unreasonable, and they even refused to provide transportation. Because we are not familiar with the local language, the owner of ShanShangShan Hotel and her husband went out of their way to help us and communicate on our behalf. In the end, ShanShangShan was the one who took care of us and gave us a ride. Now, as I am lying in another hotel writing this review, I truly regret not staying longer at ShanShangShan. The food here was also delicious, and the chef was extremely friendly and lovely. We felt incredibly comfortable, happy, and relaxed during our stay. Every corner of the room was carefully prepared, thoughtful, and very convenient. This hotel is not just a place to stay — it genuinely feels like being taken care of.

The interior design of the room was both beautiful and thoughtfully done, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Every detail in the room reflected care and style, and the amenities provided were complete and well-considered. The hotel’s shared living room was another highlight — tastefully decorated and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was also a lovely surprise: nicely presented, delicious, and clearly prepared with care. One of the most heartwarming parts of our stay was meeting three friendly furry companions — the owner’s Husky and the two neighbor’s Golden Retriever. All the dogs were gentle and playful, bringing a unique warmth to our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and kind, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, this hotel offered not just a place to stay, but a memorable and heartfelt experience. We’d gladly return and highly recommend it to others.

The staff were amazingly kind — they picked us up from the bus station, helped with every need, they recommended and arranged transport to the hotpot restaurant and scenic spots. The staff even prepared fresh fruit and complimentary dinner for us. They were also very helpful, when we missed our bus back to the city, they quickly contacted the driver to help send us back to the city in time. The view from the room was breathtaking — you can see Siguniangshan Mountain right outside your window. The room was beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Truly felt like being cared for by family. Highly recommended!

AAzatul Fatihah,Malaysia🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A Slice of Heaven in Xiaojin We stayed at Cloud Inn in Xiaojin County and it was honestly one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. Originally, we planned for just one night… but my friend got altitude sickness (don’t worry — they even have an oxygen machine available!) and we ended up cancelling our next destination just to stay another night. That’s how comfortable and peaceful it felt here. What truly makes this place special are the people. The aunties, the staff, the bosses, and even the two dogs, Hua and Keke — they’re all incredibly kind, respectful, and genuinely warm. From helping us when we arrived, to patiently explaining everything we needed, to just chatting and laughing with us — they made us feel like part of a big family. The hotel also has a café, and as a coffee lover, I’d give it 9/10! The latte was so good, and the vibe is cozy and relaxing — perfect after a long day of mountain air. As Muslim travelers, we mentioned our dietary needs, and the staff were thoughtful and careful to guide us through what we could eat. They even helped us locate a Halal restaurant nearby and arranged a very affordable taxi for us. It made a huge difference in our stay. Also, if you’re planning to visit Shuangqiao Valley (just 8km away), no worries — the hotel helped us book a taxi for about 30 yuan, and the same driver picked us up after. Super smooth and easy. And for those who want something extra special: the bosses are building a gorgeous new branch just 10–15 minutes away, with private pools in every room and a panoramic view of Mount Siguniang. I’ve seen it myself — it’s honestly breathtaking. If you can afford to splurge, this is the place. When it was time to say goodbye… I cried. Like, actual tears. The staff walked us to our van, hugged us, and told us to come again. It felt like leaving family. And I’m not writing this review because they were kind only to me — I’m writing this because this hotel is truly something special. For all of the Cloud Inn family — I will come back soon. We really appreciate the amazing hospitality at Feeling Mountainby far one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. ✨ Antes de llegar a la zona de la montaña Siguniang, el dulce meimei nos contactó con antelación para asegurarnos de que tuvimos la dirección exacta de la estancia, ya que se encuentra en la mitad de la montaña. Finalmente nos recogió en la ciudad de Siguniang y nos llevó a almorzar antes de subir. El alojamiento se encuentra en una aldea local a media distancia de la montaña, y la zona sigue desarrollando, por lo que puede parecer un poco confusa alrededor, pero no ha afectado la asombrosa estancia de nuestra montaña Feeling. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se puede encontrar en el hotel. ¡Nos gustan los tés calientes y las frutas de la pasión de las manzanas! La cena del BBQ fue excelente, y tuvimos que disfrutarla en el área de la sala de estar con vistas a las montañas cubiertas de nieve. It is very close to the ticket office and entrance of Changpinggou (5mins), and around 10 mins from Haizi Valley entrance which is the one we did. The staff is very warm and welcoming, they helped us book the van back to Chengdu. Is right next to the main road where restaurants and c-stores are located. Totally recommend!

UUsuario invitadoTodo está muy bien, y además nos dieron oxígeno, refrigerios y bebidas, lo cual es muy sincero. Recomiendo a mis amigos que vayan al Monte Siguniang que reserven aquí. El transporte también es muy práctico, y está a unos siete u ocho minutos a pie del Área Escénica de Changpinggou.
