«和兒子去溧陽旅遊，兒子在網上挑選了這家酒店入住。因為在上海沒有這個品牌的酒店，所以一開始我是持懷疑態度的。沒想到入住以後體驗感很好，服務人員都很客氣。別看我們選擇的這個房型面積不大，但是都很智能。我們入住其他的酒店，還沒有看到自帶消毒櫃的，所以毛巾啥的放在裏面也很安心。房間裏面還自帶凈水器加熱，這點我也很滿意，比起那種熱壺燒出來的水我感覺喝着更健康。馬桶也很智能，沖力也很大。大床房睡着也很軟很舒服，枕頭也是乳膠枕。早餐雖然花式品種不多，但是吃飽還是可以的。總之，這家酒店屬於性價比很高的酒店，不錯，我們都很滿意！（在入住的時候，服務員還給我們兩副耳塞，但是真的在晚上入睡的時候，我們覺得沒有大礙。確實是能聽到高鐵的聲音，但是車子開得很快，聲音也不太響。晚上睡覺沒有什麼大的影響，所以我們也沒有用到塞）»

IIlia(伊莱）Well, first of all this is really wonderful place! The hotel is very new and tidy, has a huge place to walk around (they call it meditation garden). Rooms are big and cozy and very stylish. Also there is a hot spring, but I did not go, because we went to Yushui hot spring. The breakfast is good. It’s buffet type with mostly Chinese dishes, but also has some western food. For kids they also have playground with ball pool. The location is a little bit far from bamboo forest and yushui hot spring (i mean far to walk). We were there during Chinese New Year eve, so call a didi was a challenge. However hotel provide us a car with a driver who send us to the bamboo forest. Will I recommend this hotel - YES

UUsuario anónimoQueremos destacar el trabajo de la ayudante de habla inglesa Angelia que nos apoyó durante toda nuestra estancia. Desde que no hablamos chino, su ayuda era absolutamente invaluable, desde el ingreso a la tramitación de cualquier solicitud. Gracias a ella, nuestras vacaciones fueron totalmente libres de estrés y muy cómodas. El hotel también fue maravilloso, con habitaciones confortables y una ubicación excelente, pero fue la atención y el profesionalismo del asistente que realmente hizo nuestra estadía especial. No hay comida occidental en el desayuno, principalmente comida local.

Era demasiado cerca de ir. Cuando llegué al hotel, recibí una cálida bienvenida. I was going to Nanshan海. But when we came back to the hotel, it rained outside so I decided to go to the hot spring. It was really nice. Because I thought it would be small, but it was really nice to have a big place and facilities. UUsuario invitado節前來的情人節旅行，印象里民宿的衞生都會有問題，這家從衞生、設施配備到服務都配得上這個價，很乾凈很安靜，房間有地暖，泡池會提前消毒，晚上十一點半發現吹風機會過熱保護，管家小竹姐姐都休息了也及時給我們換了新的吹風機。因為懶得出門，我們在民宿點的晚餐，性價比一般（建議開車出去吃），紅燒肉肥肉佔多，口味偏淡，魚頭湯和葱燒排骨好吃。吃完飯去了酒館聽歌，圍着柴火爐吃烤紅薯（烤紅薯很甜很好吃）。總之體驗很棒，隱居山林享受幽靜的氛圍。

GGreat Traveller💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away. 💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park. 💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry…. ❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning. ❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud. ❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them. ❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car. 🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel. 🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole. I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

We had Dinner at the main buiding using ******* set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious. Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery. Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy. Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad. Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.

CCristy06El hotel es un lugar ideal para familias! Me encanta el establecimiento de la habitación- balcón y zona de ocio. Ellos tienen actividades al aire libre como ATV, caballo y caiacismo que nos disfrutamos mucho. El desayuno tiene buenas opciones, tanto chino como occidental. La distancia a Nanshan Bamboo Forest está cerca, y todo lo demás está disponible desde el hotel. Si quieres ir al lago Tianmahu, puedes encontrar un entrenador cerca.
