簡直是小的不能再小
價格還那麼高 這就是騙人的 我們是當地時間七點多到的 一個人都看不見 房間號和鑰匙直接給你放在門口 你自己直接進房間就行了、我是生活的國外十幾年的 英語還可以。如果對中國來旅遊 不懂英語的人 真不知道大晚上的要咋弄 這是直接踩坑的酒店 勸大家千萬謹慎

This was probably one of the best stays in Switzerland and France. We booked for only one night, Andreas and Jules were so courteous that felt like staying additional night had our itinerary provided that opportunity.
Rooms are well maintained and breakfast was fresh and service like family

The hotel and the room is older but ok.
For us the bed was terrible, the mattress was too hard and we had back pain all morning.
The breakfast was perfect and very tasty and the staff friendly.The duvet is very thin.Was freezing during the night.

At checkin, we were greeted by Sharon who has a "bubbly"personality. Check in was quick and efficient. The chalet room was clean and had a beautiful mountain & distant waterfall view. At breakfast we were greeted by lovely Ivona, who is so very nice and sweet. Breakfast was a delicious buffet. The township is quiet and quaint. The property is also a 10 minute walk from the Ballenberg Swiss Open Air Museum.
