Das Alphotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es ist zwar außerhalb vom Zentrum (direkt neben dem Einkaufszentrum DEZ), die Bushaltestelle ist aber direkt vor dem Hotel. Die Busverbindungen sind perfekt. Das Personal ist freundlich und bemüht, die Zimmer sind sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist in Ordnung. Der Wellnessbereich ist wirklich super und auch geräumig! Fein wäre es, wenn man dort auch Tee oder zumindest heißes Wasser bekommen könnte, da es nicht jedermanns Sache ist, eiskaltes Wasser zu trinken. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Great location and amazing view from the room. Besides that I don't think it's worth the price. We hardly found parking lots in the evening, as we arrived a bit late. The amenities were pretty old for a 4-stars hotel. Not to mention the pee "aroma" in the toilet! You people should clean also the toilet seats I suppose! No kettle & tea in the rooms. Concerning the service, I deduct points, because it's unacceptable to be asked during the breakfast 10 minutes before closing the buffet " How much time do you need to finish your breakfast". Extremely disrespectful!!

Haben das Hotel als Zwischenstopp genutzt. Die Sauna ist sehr schön. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut.
