Great location. Great sea view from the sea side rooms. In addition to the indoor spa the hotel has a pleasant outdoor swimming pool area on the shore. My reasons not to give a 4 star rating: 1. The quality of food served at the dinner buffet does not meet my standard of 4 stars. 2. The way service is organized at the buffet dinner should be changed: The waiters whom incoming clients expect to serve them with their dinner drink orders have an overlapping responsibility of cleaning and remaking the tables after previous clients. This responsibility seems to have higher priority, which gives the clients that arrive later an experience of not being noticed in the way they expect in a 4 star restaurant. 3. I was swetting during the firsts nights in our superior room even though the room temperature was not excessive. We found the reason to be the fabric with plastic cover placed under the sheet of our bed. This kind of cover prevents the “ventilation” that cotton sheets otherwise provide. 4. During the last sunny days of our stay the temperature of our room was annoyingly warm, 25-27+ degrees C. I tried to cool the room with the help of the air conditioning by choosing the cooling mode alternative. This, however, did not worked. I was told by the reception that this is due to the fact that the mode of the air-conditioning of the hotel had been switched to the heating mode and therefore the cooling feature is not available. 🥵

Un hotel de cuatro estrellas con espíritu de cinco. Cuenta con piscina infinita, y un servicio de lanzadera a una preciosa cala cercana, donde hay unas tumbonas reservadas para los clientes del hotel (a 10 euros/día). El desayuno es magnífico, así como la carta de comidas. Los vinos están un poco subidos de precio. La habitación es muy cómoda y tranquila.

It's a lovely hotel with very friendly staff. They helped me on every issue from the beginning until the end. You could even only choose to stay here just for the amazing view it has. Very comfy and clean rooms with every possiblity to cook&clean. I can't wait to come here in next summer and chill by the pool! Thanks for everything!

El hotel es un hotel muy bonito situado en una marina muy bonita. El desayuno era delicioso, el mejor que hemos experimentado en el extranjero! La máquina de café en la habitación fue un bonus adicional, constantemente arriba. Los limpiadores donde sorprendente, casi como si tuvieran paredes mágicas como si tuvieran las paredes en el interior y fuera tan rápido. El hotel se encuentra a unos 30 minutos a pie del centro de Herceg Novi, a lo largo de una ruta costera que le lleva a la antigua ciudad. En la ciudad antigua hay mucho que explorar. Queríamos hacer un par de viajes, pero desgraciadamente no fue el final de la temporada tan a la oferta. El tiempo fue una agradable sorpresa, sin embargo. Teníamos 3 días de cielo azul y temperaturas de 23-25. Dos días de lluvia y dos días de nubes y duchas. La mejor cosa que sería ir al final de la temporada fue lo tranquilo que era.

El entorno del hotel es bueno, el paisaje de la casa de vistas del mar es excelente, y también ** puede ser divertido, el servicio de la recepción es muy bueno, también dio una salida de dos horas de retraso, y la piscina de sauna también es muy buena. La ubicación está un poco lejos del centro de la ciudad, pero puede caminar a través de un parque muy bonito para ir a la isla Stefan. El desayuno es autoayuda, el sabor es bueno, el hotel tiene un restaurante chino, pero es lamentable que no se abra el martes. La guardería independiente de la marca de Trip.com está equivocada, el masaje y el copo están separados. El hotel puede cambiar la marca para evitar que todos se malinterpreten por esta no reserva, casi cancelé por este punto o creo en la imagen.

I had booked the hotel months and months in advance and wasn't quite sure what to expect, especially given the awful weather forecast I was reading from the week before. The transfer from Tivat does take a while and includes a short ferry crossing more at the Tivat end. Our coach managed to reach the hotel despite the narrow roads on the approach. The hotel is built into the mountain side and enjoys a fabulous location. We had rooms in Luna with amazing views up the bay of Kotor. A buggy took our luggage to our building. Our room was sea view in the premium location (we had paid for this). However our daughter got a similar room that we had not paid for. Great. It is very true that there are lots of steps and slopes at the hotel. Luna is closest to the restaurant and the pool. We had read about this and did exercise caution at all times. This is not a hotel for guests with mobility issues. The staff are all wonderful, from the cleaning staff to the waiters, gardeners, receptionists, porters and bar staff. There was plenty to get involved in by way of activities, led by the enthusiastic animation team. The hotel complex has a small private beach and a cordoned off area for swimming. There is a beach bar which is open when the weather is good enough. Unfortunately the roof top bar was not open when we were there. I would have loved that. The main bar is under the restaurant and the décor is modern and it is comfortable. In better weather there is entertainment outside, but in the evening we preferred to sit inside. There are plenty of trips guests can do. Our daughter went swimming in the cave out from the bay for 25€ . A small ferry goes over to Herceg Novi for 5€ each way when the weather is good enough. Or there is the odd bus (very cheap) or a taxi for about 12€ to the Old Town. There are buses from Herceg Novi to Kotor and Dubrovnik. These trips can be arranged at the hotel if you don't want to go it alone. We really enjoyed the hotel vibe despite having only three decent days weatherwise. The pool area is pleasant, but in mid October the sun goes down around 2pm, so it is not perfect for sunbathing at this time of the year. The sparkling wine is great and is French and the house wines are very drinkable. If you ask for a cocktail with a particular branded spirit you will get a better cocktail than the premixed version. The dining experience was very pleasant with fabulous views from the restaurant. We could see that the food was carefully prepared and proudly presented, but we felt that many of the main courses lacked seasoning and therefore tasted quite bland. I enjoyed the pork dishes and the freshly made pizza in particular. My morning omelette was also a daily treat. In October there was an issue with wasps, just a seasonal thing. Friends we made used the spa and loved it. 20% off prices was offered. The gym looked pretty good too. We felt the hotel could do with a little shop to sell all the thing

El hotel es un hotel de gran calidad, y el hotel es un hotel de gran calidad. Necesitas subir a unos 200 metros para llegar al otro hotel donde esta piscina está (aunque ofrecen también un coche de conducción al otro hotel). Una vez que se encuentra allí, puede ”ganar” la segunda fila de las camas de la piscina porque no pertenece a este hotel específico - significa que se hacen un huésped de segunda clase. Además, no había champú en absoluto en el baño, sólo jabón corporal. La AC no funcionaba bien. La temperatura no bajó alrededor de 24 grados, aunque lo había fijado a 19 grados. El hotel afirma que el sol afectaba la temperatura, pero las cortinas estaban cerradas, y no hay sol por la noche! Añadir a la miseria, no había agua caliente en el duche una noche a las 7:00. Me dijeron que esperara y comprobara otra vez a las 10:00, sólo para ser informado de que el problema estaba bien. Pero, como podría haber supuesto, no fue así. Pedí a la recepción que considerase una compensación, pero se negaron completamente. Cuando volvíamos a casa, yo envié una correo electrónico a la dirección de la cadena del hotel para obtener una referencia real sobre todo este estancia, y se disculpó, pero no pude ofrecerme ningún reembolso porque no reservaba nuestra estancia directamente del hotel. En cambio, me ofrecieron un siguiente descuento de estancia - que nunca utilizaré, por supuesto. Desearía no haber tenido que escribir este tipo de revisión para un hotel de 4 estrellas de alto rango. En mi opinión, ahorra tus problemas y evita quedarse allí o en cualquier otro lugar conectado con su nombre. ps, acompañado de un pic' del baño que se encuentra en un lugar estrecho para sentarse cómodamente.
