Worst rooms bathroom was dirty. Bed sheets was not clean. No parking lot. No hot water. In my life one of the worst stay

They have denied my check in and not given the refund also. Checked into different hotel with my own experiences. I haven't received any refund also even after raised issue with make my trip and they close issue saying like it's non refundable booking. Worst experience and if possible please refund paid amount

Rooms were spacious but they seem old. Toilet seats are not very clean. Good parking area. Good restaurant beside the hotel.
