Excelente todo fui x 3 días y me quede 6 el personal amable y servicial.te arreglan todo.ekbuffet abi dante y comida variada .siempre buen onda .la gerencia soluciona todos se Bpreocupan x el cliente.muy revomendable

The hotel is really beautiful and clean and the food is really delicious and the hole staff is so helpful even I did not arrive at lunch time but chef went to kitchen and bring alot of amazing sweet I have ever tried and the room is so clean and the sea and the swimming pool is really beautiful and clean everything thing here is really amazing especially animation team they are so funny and creative I recommend everyone to come to this hotel

The beach is very nice The aqua park is very nice and our children love it The food is delicious with many varieties Service is excellent The room is clean and tidy The staff is friendly The animation team is amazing The animation show is in evening is very good The hotel in general is very nice i really recommend it

I'm from Poland , really very beautiful hotel ,we spent a wonderful vacation, thousand thanks for Mahmoud Tharwat who is working in reception ,he is very helpful and welcoming and he made our stay in hotel more agreeable, indeed we want to come back again to his beautiful hotel

Food was delicious Beach was perfect Service was excellent Room was always clean and tidy, thank you Amr Hassan Mahmud Animation team was out of this world, my wife joined stretching with Cuba animation She really like it and she wish to do it more often We also like evening show specialy fire show We also like the aqua park it was really good they have everything there Hotel in general is very nice i really recommend it

The best of the hotel is animation team! The guy named Dash is very funny and entertaining to the kids. The beds are good en service is high. Food is good and the aquapark is amazing. The start from the reception to the rooms went very good. The guys in the restaurant doing there best to help you with everything. Once at the beach you find the best of the read sea area. There is enough to do in the aquapark for kids and parerns. Coffee is good.
