We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily return. The location is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning view of the lake from the balcony. The surrounding nature is peaceful and relaxing, and we particularly enjoyed watching the many birds around the property. Our cabin was spotless and very well furnished. It had everything we needed, including a great bathtub with plenty of hot water, an excellent air conditioner, a kettle, TV, and even a smart toilet. The balcony was another highlight, with a table and chairs where we could sit and enjoy the scenery. The staff were incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. As foreigners, communication can sometimes be challenging, but the team went out of their way to help us, using WeChat to communicate effectively. They were always friendly and thoughtful, even picking some fresh berries for us and giving them to us as a complimentary gift, which was a lovely touch. On our first evening, there was a team-building event for an external company, which created a little noise. However, the event finished promptly at 10:00 pm, which we felt was very respectful and did not significantly impact our stay. Overall, this is a fantastic place to relax, enjoy nature, and experience genuine hospitality. Highly recommended.

地理位置非常好找，就在路邊。交通便利。房間大，衞生乾淨整潔，設施齊全，還有豐富可口的早餐，房間價位又實惠，前台小姐姐，接待服務非常熱情，態度非常好，此次來到陽新這邊出差，住得非常滿意，很開心。強烈推薦！

In general it is very good Hotel with nice big rooms. The provided room was almost new with high-tech devices. It had a big bed. Big TV, a kettle, 2 bottles of water, packs of Lipton tea, tissues were available. There was ”Xiao Du” (it could follow some commands of Guests). Breakfast was very good and tasty. Canteen Staff is very good and polite.Thanks a lot.

服務細節：胡繁辦理入住速度快，工作人員笑容親切，主動告知周邊景點、美食路線；有需求響應及時，全程賓至如歸。晚上九點多需要送餐及時想辦法解決 ，充電樁位置不清也能幫助我們找到 ，非常熱心周到。給這次出遊給予了很多的幫助。 設施:空間寬敞通透，床墊軟硬適中，枕頭舒適度在線，熱水水壓充足，洗漱用品齊全，全屋燈光、窗簾調控便捷。 整體總結：硬件、服務、衞生全在線，性價比很高，不管旅遊還是出差都很合適，下次來本地一定覆住，推薦給各位出行朋友！

¡La habitación familiar era adorable! (Aunque eran los adultos los que se alojaban allí, jaja). La recepcionista, Xiao Yi, brindó un servicio excelente; fue muy atenta y amable, y su profesionalismo era evidente. ¡Un aplauso para ella! Las instalaciones del hotel eran geniales. Wanda Plaza está justo abajo y hay todo tipo de refrigerios disponibles. El aparcamiento también fue muy práctico. ¡Mis padres disfrutaron de una estancia maravillosa!

帶着家裡人來放鬆，想下水游泳，看到這家靠主幹水道，定了湖景房。酒店躺在床上就能看到湖景，離湖邊幾米真的位置超級好。酒店提供游泳圈和救生衣，老闆也很好，來之前怕下雨，特意聯繫老闆，來的當天老闆發了晴天視頻給我，安心了很多。在酒店換好衣服走10米就到了湖邊，非常適合想下水的我們。

進酒店前聽別的客人跟前台説馬桶蓋壞了，還在想她好倒黴，等我自己進發現我的也是壞的🤣房間裏的餐巾紙是和外面地攤火鍋的紙一個尺寸掌心寬的，塑料拖鞋是斷的，牙膏是拼盡全力無法戳通的 ，隔音是路過走廊房裡女生打電話每一個字都清清楚楚飄我耳朵裏的 第二天晚上七點多回酒店，進門沒開燈想着先下去拿兩套牙膏和一次性拖鞋，前台年紀大的女士盯着我很懷疑地問東問西，嚇得我差點把一次性用品錢補給她😅保潔阿姨和修理師傅都很負責感恩感恩，前台大姐也很有主人翁意識🤣 服務人員四分之三都沒問題，採購部門是貪污了還是拿回扣了就不清楚了

La habitación es grande, las instalaciones están completas, la clave es que la dirección es buena! La vista del lago es muy bonita! La señorita sirvienta es muy entusiasta y nos ha ayudado a elevar el piso, lo que nos hace mejor la vista!

6月19日下榻三江國際酒店，跟合夥人她開的標準間，零點40分打電話前台送浴袍，51分58秒敲門聲過後，我朋友她起床去開門，手接過浴袍，外面送浴袍的人用力推門進來，我朋友她大吼了兩句，最後終於用力關上門。嚇**了。來陽新商務出差，入駐三江國際好幾年了，第一次遇到這種事，真的好可怕，酒店前台和大堂經理打我電話，態度誠懇的説了很多道歉類的話，據説送浴袍的保安隔天主動辭職，説為了補償損失免除房費。6月19日中午11點半多找了酒店前台解決方案，給出的解釋冠冕堂皇很是敷衍，我果斷報警，公安機關調監控，説送浴袍的保安做出不良舉動沒有引發最後傷害後果，犯罪行為不成立，除非他人真的破門而入對我們其人身造成傷害，犯罪事實才成立。我無語😓太嚇人了真的，本人誠信本分，不説假話，希望酒店對此引起特別關注和重視，加強新員工培訓管理，不要砸了自己在本地優秀酒店商家的口碑與名譽。我仍然希望酒店對此作出合理的解釋與補償，包括身心上的安撫與慰問，商務差旅入駐酒店是為了更好的工作和身心的休憩，而並不是遭受到如此意外的身心傷害和困擾後，我們被敷衍了事的對待很不滿意，還要特別提醒大家尤其女性加強自身保護意識，謹防性騷擾等意外事件。
