We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the staff is courteous and available for any questions, the hotel itself is modern and designed, the rooms are beautiful, the bed is very comfortable. The most comfortable beds ever! We stayed here at the beginning and the end of our trip to Georgia, and we were really looking forward to our return visit. Quirky modern decor, great amenities and a superb location on the river. We could walk everywhere and find our bearings, whether we were at the baths district, or Rustaveli avenue, or at the other side of the river. Last, but not least, excellent management who sorted out a problem we had with our reservation with grace and efficiency. Only small problem: the coffee needs to improve.

Uno de los mejores hoteles en los que me he alojado en Tbilisi. Reservamos la habitación premium king, agradable, cálida y acogedora para las noches de invierno de diciembre. Personal muy amable y un lugar encantador donde alojarse. Las habitaciones estaban súper limpias y el servicio de habitaciones fue muy rápido. Altamente recomendado para todos.

I have stayed in a lot of hotels and this was one of my favorites because of the service and the local ownership by a local Georgian and their team. The breakfast is one of the best, with delicious Georgian specialties and pastries. The staffing is very generous. The clientele is very interesting with tourists from Israel, Kazakhstan, Russia, and some cultural luminaries. The location is very convenient and not as touristy compared to the old town which we stayed at the second half of our visit. I enjoyed the location as it was near some interesting winding streets near the funicular, had some cool boutiques, and seamed to be a place where cool hip Georgians hang out. Plus it is across the street from some of the large cultural institutions (Georgia National Museum, MoMA, and Opera) and convenient to the Dry Bridge.

La ubicación es buena, al otro lado es la casa de Left y otro supermercado, hay un pequeño centro comercial, hay varios tiendas de vino rojo y una canasta de vino, es muy conveniente comprar un poco de vino rojo grosero. La vivienda en general es muy cómoda.

Creo que hay un problema de baño, el espacio entre la ducha y el baño es demasiado oetit, no puedo volver. Tengo 1m90. Hay tareas en las lámparas, rayas en las puertas. La cama muy cómoda, la iluminación funciona muy bien. faltaba los brazos de dientes y pintura! Housekeeping debería comprobar las habitaciones antes de los clientes. La piscina es muy buena, buena instalación! Desayuno muy bueno. Diría que los estándares de un hotel de 5 estrellas no están aquí, ni siquiera en el servicio de acogida sigue siendo muy básico, pero sin más, esperaba un mejor servicio de todos modos. La comida en ATI fue muy buena, pero la sirvienta es muy joven y muy amable debe profundizar en estos conocimientos en F&B. El jefe vino a explicarnos su plato, muy profesional.

This is a new hotel without many reviews currently. I imagine as it acquires more reviews, it will quickly rise up the hotel rankings. I stayed here for 3 nights in June 2023 and left thoroughly impressed. I was given a corner room on the 4th floor with large windows which made for a pleasant stay. The bed was very comfortable with quality bedding. I was also very impressed with the AC system. Being I had just spent 5 days in Germany where the AC was never cool enough, I was very appreciative. I slept very well here. Breakfast is perfectly satisfactory. The hotel is about a 1 KM walk to the popular sections of Tbilisi. However, the neighborhood the hotel is located in is worth spending some time in as well.

Algunas habitaciones muy pequeñas, los tapetes en especial el de lobby son vergonzosos. La ropa de cama y toallas están muy viejas y algunas sábanas rotas. En unas habitaciones la ducha no funcionaba bien. No te bajan el equipaje. La comunicación es casi imposible, no hablan bien inglés.
