Отель хороший, новый. Обслуживание очень хорошее. В номере убирают ежедневно, меняют все принадлежности. Особенно можно отметить ресторан при отеле. Не понравились завтраки. Очень скудный выбор, мало фруктов.

Es relativamente nuevo (de construcción reciente), pero hay un olor extraño al subir. No sé por qué Ctrip lo promociona tanto; fue el primer lugar que vi al buscarlo. Está a 270 metros de la estación de metro. En nuestro último día en Ereván, caminamos más de 200 metros con las maletas... Las calles de la zona están en muy mal estado y son viejas. Hay un pequeño mercado cerca con mucha fruta barata. Pero los alrededores están muy deteriorados, lo que me da la sensación de que la ciudad está muy atrasada. El Holiday Inn, al mismo precio, es muy bueno; está justo al lado de la estación de metro, en la calle principal, junto a un supermercado y cerca de la estación de autobuses de Ereván. Desde el piso que nos dieron no se veía la Iglesia de la Trinidad... y la habitación era bastante pequeña...

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena. Es muy conveniente para ir a lugares pintorescos y al aeropuerto. Está muy cerca del baño de azufre. Puedes ir al baño en cuatro o cinco minutos. El servicio es muy bueno. El desayuno buffet está abierto hasta las 10.30 o las 11. También puedes desayunar si te levantas tarde. La próxima vez elegiré este restaurante.

The hotel is generally well located; however, access by car is not very convenient. Vehicles cannot approach the entrance directly, so guests are dropped off nearby and have to walk to the hotel with their luggage. Overall, the staff leave a positive impression — the team works in a coordinated manner, and there is clear involvement from both the front desk and management. Unfortunately, this applies to a lesser extent to the restaurant and room service. Restaurant service could be improved: service is not always prompt, and tables are cleared with delays. At the same time, the food quality is good — breakfasts are tasty, and hot dishes are prepared well and replenished on time. I would also note that during breakfast, waiters leave the dining area several times to smoke, exiting directly from the restaurant. As a result, the door is frequently opened and cold air enters the room, which is uncomfortable during the winter season. I would also note that communication with room service was inappropriate — the order was taken in a rather rude manner, which does not meet expectations for a hotel of this level. The rooms are very compact. Once a suitcase is opened or a chair is moved away from the desk, it becomes difficult to move around the room. All beds in the hotel are made of two joined beds; there are no king-size beds. This information was confirmed at the front desk when I attempted to upgrade my room. Room lighting is insufficient, and the windows face neighboring buildings. The organization of drinking water also raises questions. Despite the hotel’s four-star rating, water is not delivered to the rooms. Guests are expected to fill their own bottles from a water dispenser on the floor, where queues sometimes form, creating the impression of staying in a student campus. Housekeeping is carried out regularly, though not always thoroughly. At the same time, I would like to note a positive point: due to low occupancy, I was provided with a complimentary room upgrade, which had a positive impact on my overall impression of the stay. Overall, the hotel leaves a mixed impression: strong work from the front desk and management and decent food quality are combined with noticeable shortcomings in restaurant service, room comfort, and basic guest amenities.

La habitación era muy limpia y la vista era increíble desde el piso 10. Nuestro cuarto siempre se limpiaba cuando volviéramos a la habitación todos los días. El hotel está muy bien situado y el personal habla inglés, lo que nos da una experiencia cómoda y agradable en el Hilton Hotel.

The hotel itself and its amenities are nice. The swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) look pretty good and the lobby is very clean and stylish. The bar at the swimming pool and on the first floor is pretty nice, cocktails were amazing although little pricey. However, the service was questionable. First of all, the restaurant on the first floor: waiting time for food - 1h(!), we had to go for lunch to nearby hotel (shoutout to Golden Tulip rooftop restaurant). Secondly, the staff forgot to put mini kits in our room (soap/lotion/razors/cotton pads/shower caps/etc). Thirdly, we went to the pool at 9:30am, there weren’t enough pool towels for 6 people. And lastly the room service was outrageously slow at night. Nobody picked the phone for 15 min. straight, we had to call the reception and guest service. After they took our order, it was another 45-50 minutes before our food came (it wasn’t much just tea and some cheese pie). Overall, the hotel is ok, but service needs improving. I visited a few Marriott hotels (participant of Marriott Bonvoy program), this one looks like Sheraton, but doesn’t feel like it.

The welcome was very friendly, almost VIP-like, and made an excellent first impression. The room had a beautiful design and a stunning view. The dining area also offered a lovely view, which made breakfast more enjoyable. The shower was very good, and the air conditioning worked well, although it could have been slightly cooler. Breakfast was good and was served from 7 to 11, which was convenient. However, I missed whole grain bread. The hotel is well connected by public transport, with a metro station nearby and bus stops even closer. The area is pleasant because of the river view, although it has fewer restaurants, parks, and lively places nearby compared with areas such as Rustaveli metro station. A few things could be improved. The fitness room had weights, but not many usable machines.One of thee cups had a few small coffee stains on it, so I felt I should rinse it before use. It would also be nice to have some instant coffee and creamer in the room. One more towel would also make the stay a bit more comfortable. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and especially appreciated the warm welcome, stylish room, and beautiful views.

В проживании были и плюсы и минусы. Плюсы: Красивый интерьер Чисто и хорошо убирались каждый день Есть все необходимые принадлежности: тапочки, халаты, шампуни, щетки и т.д. Просторный номер Много вешалок и шкафов для вещей Отличный бассейн, сауна, тренажерный зал с большим выбором тренажеров и оборудования В номере климат контроль Минусы: Далеко от всех достопримечательностей, на горе Вид из окна был на помойку Перед отелем стройка, поэтому красивого вида нет нигде Во второй день не поставили воду в номер, а персонал сказал пить из-под крана. Но на следующий день они исправились Телефон в номере не работает (кнопка вызова ресепшен), приходилось ходить на ресепшен по любым вопросам Мало кто из персонала говорит на русском, но и на английском они видимо плохо понимают, так как несколько раз давали ложную информацию. В целом отель норм, если вы на машине, и если снимать за те деньги, что я снимала (~100$ в сутки за номер с двумя спальнями).

Georgia solo puede decir que el hotel aquí no es apto para viajes familiares. Las habitaciones y las camas son básicamente camas dobles de unos 20 metros cuadrados y 0,8 metros. Al final, después de mucho buscar, encontré el Ramada detrás de Trinity Church, una suite con una cama king y una cama individual, y me quedé dos noches. Por la noche, se puede ver la parte superior de la parte trasera de la iglesia. La comida más satisfactoria de cada día es el desayuno buffet. No estoy acostumbrado al ambiente local. Los diversos jamones fritos y pasteles me curaron el estómago. ¡Me gusta mucho!

Positive aspects: The hotel is newly opened, and the room itself is clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is flawless – towels are changed daily, they are clean and in good condition. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi works reliably, and the climate control is adequate (neither stuffy nor too warm). The room is equipped with a TV, though the channel selection is limited (no movie channels such as TV1000). Standard amenities are provided: bottled water, slippers, and bathroom toiletries (mini-soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), although body lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not available. Breakfast is quite basic, but all items are fresh. I would also like to acknowledge the staff member who quickly resolved an issue with a steamer – she was smiling, friendly, and efficient. 1. Check-in experience and guest information: Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome, no escort to the room, and no luggage assistance. No in-room information was provided regarding Wi-Fi access, hotel services, bar prices, or the schedule of the conference (timing and location). All of this had to be inquired about separately after check-in. Additionally, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation, which caused unnecessary delay. I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference that lasted from early morning until late evening. Unfortunately, instead of a good rest, I had a terrible experience that completely ruined my stay. 2/ Security issue (a nightmare at night): At around 3 a.m., while I was fast asleep before an important day, strangers walked into my room without any prior notice – they opened the door with their own key card. They were just as shocked to see me as I was to see them. Imagine waking up to find unknown people in your private space. Not only is this a serious breach of security and privacy, but a little while later I was woken up again – this time by a receptionist who came to personally apologize for the earlier intrusion. Instead of handling this in the morning or at least calling first, they woke me up a second time. I couldn't fall back asleep afterwards, and I had to get up very early. 3/ Staff response (dismissive and unhelpful): In the morning, I went to the front desk to ask how this could have happened and what the hotel was willing to offer as compensation for my ruined sleep and emotional distress. The female receptionist gave me a cold, cynical reply: ”We already apologized to you – what more do you want?” and ”You didn't sleep? That's your problem. We said sorry.” This attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. She made no effort to understand the situation, offered no solution (be it a discount, a complimentary service, or even basic human empathy). For them, a formal ”sorry” seems to be a free pass for any mistake. Conclusion: This hotel cannot guarantee the most basic things – your safety and a good night's sleep. And the staff clearly don't know how to handle guest complaints except with arrogance and indifference. You cannot get back the sleep you lost at 3 a.m., and the feeling of insecurity stayed with me for the rest of my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers or tourists alike. If you value your peace of mind, decent service, and actual safety – look elsewhere. Apologies don't replace quality rest, and the staff attitude here is truly disappointing.
