The hotel is generally well located; however, access by car is not very convenient. Vehicles cannot approach the entrance directly, so guests are dropped off nearby and have to walk to the hotel with their luggage. Overall, the staff leave a positive impression — the team works in a coordinated manner, and there is clear involvement from both the front desk and management. Unfortunately, this applies to a lesser extent to the restaurant and room service. Restaurant service could be improved: service is not always prompt, and tables are cleared with delays. At the same time, the food quality is good — breakfasts are tasty, and hot dishes are prepared well and replenished on time. I would also note that during breakfast, waiters leave the dining area several times to smoke, exiting directly from the restaurant. As a result, the door is frequently opened and cold air enters the room, which is uncomfortable during the winter season. I would also note that communication with room service was inappropriate — the order was taken in a rather rude manner, which does not meet expectations for a hotel of this level. The rooms are very compact. Once a suitcase is opened or a chair is moved away from the desk, it becomes difficult to move around the room. All beds in the hotel are made of two joined beds; there are no king-size beds. This information was confirmed at the front desk when I attempted to upgrade my room. Room lighting is insufficient, and the windows face neighboring buildings. The organization of drinking water also raises questions. Despite the hotel’s four-star rating, water is not delivered to the rooms. Guests are expected to fill their own bottles from a water dispenser on the floor, where queues sometimes form, creating the impression of staying in a student campus. Housekeeping is carried out regularly, though not always thoroughly. At the same time, I would like to note a positive point: due to low occupancy, I was provided with a complimentary room upgrade, which had a positive impact on my overall impression of the stay. Overall, the hotel leaves a mixed impression: strong work from the front desk and management and decent food quality are combined with noticeable shortcomings in restaurant service, room comfort, and basic guest amenities.

Hicimos la reserva de una habitación con dos camas. Enviamos al hotel por la app de Trip.com un mensaje que nunca contestaron. También enviamos un correo directo al hotel y tampoco contestaron. Las habitaciones con dos camas son más pequeñas que las habitaciones de una sola cama. A la llegada la habitación que nos dieron tenía las dos camas juntas con una sóla sábana. Tuvieron que enviar a alguien a separarlas y hacer las camas cada una con sus propias sábanas. En la habitación hay dos sillas, pero ninguna tiene reposa-brazos, con lo cual no son muy cómodas. Las colchones no son muy cómodos. Les ponen una colchoneta encima del colchón que lo hace demasiado blando y caliente y tuvimos que quitarlos para poder dormir mejor. Cuentan con canales de televisión, en especial de noticias. Nada en español, portugués o italiano. El desayuno está bueno, aunque para estancias largas es siempre lo mismo. Hay dos tipos de platos calientes, uno de huevos revueltos, uno con tocino y otro con algún tipo de vegetal (este sí cambia a diario). Hay un buffet de panes, dos tipos de cerales, mermeladas y miel en panal. Fruta variada, avellanas, quesos frescos, yogurts, huevo duro, leche descremada y leche de almendra. Una máquina para café y capucino y algunos tés en bolsita. También puedes ordenar huevos al gusto. El pan sin gluten es pésimo, consiste en un panecillo insípido, que se desmorona al cortarlo y la otra opción son tortitas de arroz redondas que no están envasadas y ya no están crujientes, sino que ”chiclosas” por dejarlas sin su envoltura. Por suerte trajimos nuestro pan sin gluten, ya que nunca nos contestaron el correo que enviamos ni el mensaje de la app pidiendo si tenían opciones sin gluten. El gym es pequeño. Está bien para ejercicios aeróbicos. Tiene pocas pesas. La que más pesaba es la de 20 libras y se encuentra en el sótano. En el último piso hay una terraza donde se ve una bonita vista de la parte antigua de la ciudad. La entrada del hotel está sin pavimentar, creo que están reparando la calle. Al salir estás a 5 minutos a pie de las termas, a 10 minutos del cable que te sube al castillo y como a 20 minutos hasta la torre del reloj. Ir en ”bolt” es una muy buena opción por la ciudad. El personal de recepción y del restaruante son amables. Los empleados de seguridad están siempre serios, como si estuviesen enfadados, nunca sonríen.

Современный, уютный, стильный отель. Провели три незабываемые ночи с семьей. Персонал приветливый и заботливый. Все было волшебно. Вернемся еще раз. Спасибо за гостеприимство

Es relativamente nuevo (de construcción reciente), pero hay un olor extraño al subir. No sé por qué Ctrip lo promociona tanto; fue el primer lugar que vi al buscarlo. Está a 270 metros de la estación de metro. En nuestro último día en Ereván, caminamos más de 200 metros con las maletas... Las calles de la zona están en muy mal estado y son viejas. Hay un pequeño mercado cerca con mucha fruta barata. Pero los alrededores están muy deteriorados, lo que me da la sensación de que la ciudad está muy atrasada. El Holiday Inn, al mismo precio, es muy bueno; está justo al lado de la estación de metro, en la calle principal, junto a un supermercado y cerca de la estación de autobuses de Ereván. Desde el piso que nos dieron no se veía la Iglesia de la Trinidad... y la habitación era bastante pequeña...

Nice new hotel. Its about 10 mins away from Rustaveli Ave by Bolt. Personally, due to location will not be staying there again. otherwise everything was lovely.

The location is good.  It is in the old district. By 10 minutes walk, you can go to a main metro station.  The breakfast is good and the room is spacious.

Me alegro de mi estancia en el Ramada. Me gustaba el hammam y la habitación de vapor, era muy relajado. La habitación es limpia, hay pantalones, accesorios de baño, té, café, agua. Estaba caliente en enero. La cama es grande y muy suave. El personal es amable, gracias especialmente a Saba S. en la recepción del hotel, que ayudó a resolver el problema. El jacuzzi es pequeño pero acogedor y relajante, hay una piscina interior que trabaja en invierno, un gimnasio. Volvería aquí otra vez.

- La habitación no es muy grande / ni siquiera tiene nevera (raro). - No hay armario, solo perchas junto a la entrada. - Hay que pedir los cepillos de dientes con pasta, aunque puede que sea una particularidad del país, porque ya me ha pasado en otro hotel de Georgia. - Los desayunos son muy, muy escasos. - Las vistas desde la habitación son simplemente buenas si da al río y estás en la última planta (desde la terraza).

В проживании были и плюсы и минусы. Плюсы: Красивый интерьер Чисто и хорошо убирались каждый день Есть все необходимые принадлежности: тапочки, халаты, шампуни, щетки и т.д. Просторный номер Много вешалок и шкафов для вещей Отличный бассейн, сауна, тренажерный зал с большим выбором тренажеров и оборудования В номере климат контроль Минусы: Далеко от всех достопримечательностей, на горе Вид из окна был на помойку Перед отелем стройка, поэтому красивого вида нет нигде Во второй день не поставили воду в номер, а персонал сказал пить из-под крана. Но на следующий день они исправились Телефон в номере не работает (кнопка вызова ресепшен), приходилось ходить на ресепшен по любым вопросам Мало кто из персонала говорит на русском, но и на английском они видимо плохо понимают, так как несколько раз давали ложную информацию. В целом отель норм, если вы на машине, и если снимать за те деньги, что я снимала (~100$ в сутки за номер с двумя спальнями).

Positive aspects: The hotel is newly opened, and the room itself is clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is flawless – towels are changed daily, they are clean and in good condition. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi works reliably, and the climate control is adequate (neither stuffy nor too warm). The room is equipped with a TV, though the channel selection is limited (no movie channels such as TV1000). Standard amenities are provided: bottled water, slippers, and bathroom toiletries (mini-soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), although body lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not available. Breakfast is quite basic, but all items are fresh. I would also like to acknowledge the staff member who quickly resolved an issue with a steamer – she was smiling, friendly, and efficient. 1. Check-in experience and guest information: Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome, no escort to the room, and no luggage assistance. No in-room information was provided regarding Wi-Fi access, hotel services, bar prices, or the schedule of the conference (timing and location). All of this had to be inquired about separately after check-in. Additionally, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation, which caused unnecessary delay. I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference that lasted from early morning until late evening. Unfortunately, instead of a good rest, I had a terrible experience that completely ruined my stay. 2/ Security issue (a nightmare at night): At around 3 a.m., while I was fast asleep before an important day, strangers walked into my room without any prior notice – they opened the door with their own key card. They were just as shocked to see me as I was to see them. Imagine waking up to find unknown people in your private space. Not only is this a serious breach of security and privacy, but a little while later I was woken up again – this time by a receptionist who came to personally apologize for the earlier intrusion. Instead of handling this in the morning or at least calling first, they woke me up a second time. I couldn't fall back asleep afterwards, and I had to get up very early. 3/ Staff response (dismissive and unhelpful): In the morning, I went to the front desk to ask how this could have happened and what the hotel was willing to offer as compensation for my ruined sleep and emotional distress. The female receptionist gave me a cold, cynical reply: ”We already apologized to you – what more do you want?” and ”You didn't sleep? That's your problem. We said sorry.” This attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. She made no effort to understand the situation, offered no solution (be it a discount, a complimentary service, or even basic human empathy). For them, a formal ”sorry” seems to be a free pass for any mistake. Conclusion: This hotel cannot guarantee the most basic things – your safety and a good night's sleep. And the staff clearly don't know how to handle guest complaints except with arrogance and indifference. You cannot get back the sleep you lost at 3 a.m., and the feeling of insecurity stayed with me for the rest of my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers or tourists alike. If you value your peace of mind, decent service, and actual safety – look elsewhere. Apologies don't replace quality rest, and the staff attitude here is truly disappointing.
