Hotel was quite new. Location for us was not ideal as in the middle of the touristic center of the city which meant that there was a lot street noise which meant that it was impossible to sleep with open window and hawking and touting in the streets right outside of the hotel. Beds and breakfast were both excellent, shower looked good but was inadequate as very low water pressure and inconsistent temperature, lighting in the room was also a miss. Personnel very friendly and cooperative and gave us some good advice on where to eat on first night. Building is beautiful and lobby very nice.

The hotel itself and its amenities are nice. The swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) look pretty good and the lobby is very clean and stylish. The bar at the swimming pool and on the first floor is pretty nice, cocktails were amazing although little pricey. However, the service was questionable. First of all, the restaurant on the first floor: waiting time for food - 1h(!), we had to go for lunch to nearby hotel (shoutout to Golden Tulip rooftop restaurant). Secondly, the staff forgot to put mini kits in our room (soap/lotion/razors/cotton pads/shower caps/etc). Thirdly, we went to the pool at 9:30am, there weren’t enough pool towels for 6 people. And lastly the room service was outrageously slow at night. Nobody picked the phone for 15 min. straight, we had to call the reception and guest service. After they took our order, it was another 45-50 minutes before our food came (it wasn’t much just tea and some cheese pie). Overall, the hotel is ok, but service needs improving. I visited a few Marriott hotels (participant of Marriott Bonvoy program), this one looks like Sheraton, but doesn’t feel like it.

El hotel con un elegante lobby histórico se encuentra en el corazón de Tbilisi, acomodable acceso a pies, un buen café, restaurantes, tiendas, pero es muy viejo y su papa fue mejorado hace mucho tiempo. En las habitaciones, muros sucios, escaleras en los aposentos, ducha vieja, no hay higiene de ninguna alma, no hay iorquica al menos, todo se espuma y en pistas. Las toallas blancas han sido desde hace mucho tiempo no blancas, pero grises como la ropa de cama. No en absoluto de calidad Mariotte, lejos del lujo. Fue una sorpresa para mí que no hubo un tobillo con pasta o un conjunto de higiene. El desayuno es normal: salsa, pescado rojo muy salido, verduras y quesos. Hotel is good, front seat staff is kind and friendly. But breakfast service is not good and needs a management improvement. First you wait for hostess to be seated while there are lots of free tables, then you wait for cleaning service to clean tables and after all that you have to wait for staff to refill buffet food. But still the overall experience is good. Parking is only outdoors near hotel entrance.

В целом отель норм, если вы на машине, и если снимать за те деньги, что я снимала (~100$ в сутки за номер с двумя спальнями).
