Having travelled across the globe and staying in 100s of Hotels this comes across as one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Lets talk about location first, the hotel is in the middle of nowhere somewhere on the mountain top so everytime you have to take a taxi to go anywhere, you cant walk to or from the places of interest in the city We had booked 3 rooms and asked them to place extra bed in one of the rooms when we arrived there were extra beds in all the rooms and when we asked them to remove they said the housekeeping is not available so they can only do that next day so we stayed in a cramped room for that night. The soundproofing in the room is ineffective and you can hear people talk in the corridor loud and clear Breakfast is way below average, very limited offering and repeated almost every single day with an exception of 1 or max 2 items. The breakfast time is till 11 and if you enter the room at 10:30 you will be frowned upon, the lady mentioned that they work late night so they need to finish early for the breakfast. if thats the case they should just reduce the breakfast time to 10. The rooftop restaurant is good and the food is great, but the staff there is again rude, kept asking our kid not to talk, should rather make it an adult only restaurant if kids are a concern. Coming to the staff, the worst of a kind you will find, they asked us to pay for certain WHITE towels that had some marks which could have been easily laundered, when we mentioned they can be washed easily they insisted that it is damaged and cannot be washed, we offered to pay and said if the towels are damaged we will take them, thats where the lady at the reception called the GM and said I told you the amount by mistake the actual damages are double. This clearly shows they wanted to make some quick money off us. Being in an alien country you are left with no choice but to pay such amount even when you know you are being scammed. All up there are many better options in Tbilisi, much better located than being in the middle of nowhere, and if they attract you by offering lower rate they will make up for that by scamming you like they did with us. I saw another review where they stole the money of a guest, so if you get scammed into an attractive rate be ready to pay in another form.

No queremos añadir pago adicional por medio día, pero el equipo nos ofreció una habitación estándar para descansar hasta que nuestra habitación esté disponible. La ubicación si el hotel está muy cerca del punto turístico puedes ir a pie, nosotros nos vamos a pasear por el nuevo y antiguo Tbilisi sin recibir ningún taxi incluso para la entrega de comida. Se encuentra a 15 minutos a los buenos lugares para ver el viejo Tbilisi,puente de paz, algunas catedral y restaurantes. Sólo lo que no me gusta es su desayuno como no hay etiquetas de comida en el bufete para que no podamos comer algo de comida (porcino y NUTS)no estamos conscientes y no podemos ir a preguntarles causar barrera lingüística .. así que tengo que arrastrar una de la recepción para pedir ayuda . Отель небольшой.Приветливый персонал,чистый номер с видим на собор Святой Троицы.Завтраки разнообразны ,сытные и вкусные.Удобное расположение отеля. в центр можно спустится за 15-20 мин.С террасы открывается прекрасный вид на Тбилиси.Особенно красиво вечером.Рядом с отелем достаточно кафе и ресторанчиков где можно отдохнуть и перекусить.В общем впечатления о отеле только хорошие,Здоровья и удачи владельцу и персоналу.Спасибо за прием.

En realidad, el hotel hizo una primera impresión. La entrada parecía muy invitada. Pero la alegría se mantuvo fuerte en los límites cuando visitamos la habitación y pedimos que se le diera otra habitación. Fue con una mini ventana (46 cm de ancho x 27 cm de altura - foto) con vistas a una pared blanca de un edificio a temperatura ambiente superior a 26°C sin un aire acondicionado garantizado según el contrato. En la presentación de Internet del hotel se describe una ”ojo a la ciudad” (foto) para nuestro cuarto reservado. Tenemos una idea diferente de una vista de la ciudad. Vimos sólo una escalera. Y también buscamos el balcón por nada. Ahora se podría decir que no hay suficientes aparatos de aire acondicionado en el hotel -mucho falta- en ambos lados del edificio se vio numerosos aparatos de aire acondicionado (foto). Además, sólo dos habitaciones de esta mini ventana -todas las demás tienen ventanas normales y grandes- tienen también las habitaciones en el piso del suelo frente a nuestra habitación. Tuvimos que dejar la puerta abierta al pasillo para llegar a un poco de circulación de aire (foto). El alquiler más pasó por ella, tuvimos que comprarla. ¿Es la vista del pasillo de la alfombra la vista de la ciudad garantizada? Bien poco. Aquí nos engañaron de forma argística. Normalmente, primero bebemos una taza de café que deberíamos estar listos. ¿El hotel Tato, con ”accesorios de café y té” (el cocinero de agua se menciona por separado) con dos tazas de sopa y limones? Como lo sospechábamos, podíamos usar nuestro propio café soluble de nuestras propias reservas. Como el Wi-Fi puede utilizarse gratuitamente en todos los sectores, la noche antes de las 23 horas, probamos la calidad en un momento en el que realmente debería haber una buena tasa: absolutamente no razonable para la capital - en otras ciudades, alcanzó el 40 Mbps. La habitación era muy espaciosa y muy limpia. La habitación se limpió diariamente, desayuno fresco pero 3 estrellas, no 4, el superb restaurante superior con panorama de la ciudad y gran comida, los jóvenes en la recepción son extraordinarios, gracias Nina, Maria y los chicos, no recuerdo sus nombres, porque si volvemos a Tbilisi, nos quedaremos en su lugar

I lived here for almost one years and it was the most incredible experience. I only moved to go to law school, but if and when I return to Tbilisi, this will be the first place I look for an apartment. The building is located in one of the best areas in Tbilisi and is perfectly situated between the Avlabari and Rustaveli metro stations. The upgrades and the construction of the building are hard to beat and make living here very comfortable. Besides the building itself, you will not find a better team of people to operate an apartment building. Staff was amazing to work with in the front desk from the day I signed the papers to move in from the moment I sadly delivered the news I was moving. Also, you will not find an apartment with a terrace than the one at Orden Apartments. I highly recommend living here.
