Великолепный завтрак с блюдами грузинской кухни- отдельный восторг. Хорошая раздельная сауна и хороший бассейн(правда для меня был прохладным, но муж покупался отлично). Ещё вернемся)

DDPTGLa ubicación es muy central y el desayuno es agradable. Las habitaciones son decentes, pero muy oscuras. Ayuda a la mesa delantera, pero algunos problemas: olvidaron mi llamada de despertamiento y me dieron la información incorrecta del taxi que causaba algunos problemas. No hay gimnasio.

Great view - you’ll be no longer surprised by any tourists viewpoint of the city. I wouldn’t walk up there with a luggage, just choose taxi, but after it is just fine if you expect to walk around the old town anyway.
Very nice breakfast selection. And the stuff is very attentive.
Exceptionally clean rooms. And I truly enjoyed its stylistic choice.
But the most important - the people! Thank you for your hospitality! I’ll definitely see you next time!

NNoppasornLast night I landed late and checked in at 1.00am. When I arrived at the hotel, a tall European male staff asked me “who are you” and was very unfriendly. I didn’t want to cause any trouble so I talked to him nicely. I came with my boyfriend and my bag. Anyone who saw me would know that I was a tourist. After entering the hotel, he checked me in for more than 40 minutes and couldn’t find my booking. He behaved very badly throughout the check-in process and even charged me even though I had already paid on the Tip.com app. in the morning , at 8.55am in the morning, he opened my bedroom. It was a terrible day in Georgia. He made me feel suspicious and unsafe here. Please let the hotel handle this matter with this person. Because this man’s behavior is very unsafe for tourists. Or is it because he sees me as Asian, so he bullies me?
Your hotel is a very good hotel. I don't think your hotel should be ruined by people behaving in such an unsafe way towards customers.
The first night I was hoping to relax and start my Christmas break, but the first time I encountered something bad like this. I am very disappointed and sad.

UUsuario invitadoThe beds were very clean and the view was amazing from the 10th floor. Our room was always cleaned up whenever we would come back to the room everyday. The bathrooms cleanliness and shower was amazing and very good quality. The staff were very nice and all spoke English, giving us a comfortable and pleasant experience at the Hilton Hotel.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel es un hotel con un gran número de habitaciones. Pero una vez que se mira más cerca, es un poco cruel alrededor de los bordes por el precio que pagamos.
El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. En Tbilisi no tuvimos ningún problema con la comunicación en inglés, pero el personal de aquí tuvo problemas con la comunicación con nosotros varias veces.
Cuando ordenamos una copa a través del servicio de la habitación desde el bar abajo, se llegó en una taza de plástico brillante que sólo tenía lleno.
También sepa que la ventana se dirige al patio donde hay un restaurante y un bar que cierra tarde y dibuja una multitud muy ruidosa.
La ubicación es muy buena, y nos disfrutamos de nuestra estadía aquí.

UUsuario anónimoThe hotel itself and its amenities are nice. The swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) look pretty good and the lobby is very clean and stylish. The bar at the swimming pool and on the first floor is pretty nice, cocktails were amazing although little pricey.
However, the service was questionable. First of all, the restaurant on the first floor: waiting time for food - 1h(!), we had to go for lunch to nearby hotel (shoutout to Golden Tulip rooftop restaurant). Secondly, the staff forgot to put mini kits in our room (soap/lotion/razors/cotton pads/shower caps/etc). Thirdly, we went to the pool at 9:30am, there weren’t enough pool towels for 6 people. And lastly the room service was outrageously slow at night. Nobody picked the phone for 15 min. straight, we had to call the reception and guest service. After they took our order, it was another 45-50 minutes before our food came (it wasn’t much just tea and some cheese pie).
Overall, the hotel is ok, but service needs improving. I visited a few Marriott hotels (participant of Marriott Bonvoy program), this one looks like Sheraton, but doesn’t feel like it.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel staff where friendly and polite but there was a lot of small issues.
1. Beside the fridge and kettle, there was only 1 plug, you had to unplug one to use the other.
2. In the room, a strip of tile had become unstuck from the floor, it was unsightly and you could easily cut yourself on the rough edges if walking around the room bare foot. Management should have taken care of this.
3. Everyday, we were awoken to loud music from the room next door. That's not the hotels fault per say, except to mention, maybe the walls are paper thin or this truly was the guest from hell.
4. On our last day, the hotel appeared to run out of hot water.
The size of the room is not what was shown on the picture and I can't see how the hotel gained 4 stars. Probably 3* is a fair and accurare based on our room. The Wifi was excellent and the location is close to a lot of shops and things to do nearby so I feel it has both good and points and guests shouldn't be completely put off by my niggles.

We stayed at Hotel Shine Palace for 2 nights and overall had a comfortable experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The twin beds were comfortable, and basic amenities were in place.
The hotel being alcohol-free and offering private parking was a big plus for us. It's ideal for families or travelers who prefer a quiet and respectful environment. The on-site restaurant was convenient, though the menu could use a bit more variety.
The check-in and check-out process was smooth. Staff were polite and responsive, though some improvement in English communication would enhance the guest experience for international travelers.
Great value for the price (AED 198.86 for 2 nights), especially considering the location and overall cleanliness. Would recommend it for short stays or business travelers looking for a quiet, budget-friendly option.
Suggestions: Adding more lighting in the room and offering complimentary water bottles would be a nice touch.
