Beautiful rooms, clean and comfortable. We got upgraded to a cloud room with windows all along one side. Great view of the surrounding area and we could see the city in the distance. Beautiful at night, industrial looking by day. (The windows could use a little cleaning). Breakfast buffet was really good, large selection of Chinese options. The best part was the front desk staff. So helpful with our travel-related questions even though my Chinese is limited! Especially 小嘉. She helped us find a way to travel north to 可可托海.

The perfect accomodation in Yining city and best value for money. Breakfast was delicious and has ample variety for south east asian tastes. Room was very clean and nicely decorated. Cosy and comfortable. Reception was prompt in service and replies on WeChat about our enquiries. Location is superb. Just a quick 5 minute walk to Six Star Street 六星街, and there are many food choices nearby as well.

這次入住特別滿意！酒店位置很好找，周邊餐飲商超齊全，出行超便利。房間寬敞整潔，床柔軟舒適，枕頭高度適中，一晚睡得特別安穩。衞生間乾濕分離，熱水充足水温穩定，洗漱用品品質在線。前台辦理入住速度快，態度熱情有禮，有需求都及時響應。衞生打掃得很徹底，無死角無異味，整體環境乾淨雅緻。性價比很高，不管出差還是旅行都很合適，已經推薦給朋友，下次來還選這家！

Esta casa de gente que se elige en la ubicación de las calles de seis estrellas, no tiene nada de malo! El estilo de decoración es muy característico, la habitación es limpia y exquisita, los detalles también pueden sentir la intención del jefe, el precio está lleno directamente, la próxima vez que venga a Ining, ¡vive aquí!

Despite having the usual English language communication problems the overall experience was veey good, because of the disponibility and proactive attitude of the staff. I should add that breakfast needs improvement if the hotel intends to cater to international tourists as well, especially in the coffee section. Otherwise, very good experience!

這次入住體驗直接拉滿！前台特別熱情，快速辦好入住還主動介紹周邊便民設施。房間打掃得一塵不染，床品軟乎乎的超親膚，晚上特別安靜，一夜沒醒到天亮。早餐種類也超全，熱菜、粥品、水果都新鮮，不管是出差還是旅行都超合適，必須五星，下次來還選這！

Overall, we had a pleasant stay with good service. I requested a room decoration for my husband’s birthday, and the hotel staff kindly helped to arrange it, which we truly appreciated. The hotel also has washer and dryer facilities, which were very convenient . The hotel provides a shuttle bus service to the ski resort, which made getting around very easy and hassle-free. One downside was that we had some parcels delivered to the hotel, and unfortunately one parcel went missing for reasons that remain unclear. However, the hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful — they shared the CCTV footage and made the effort to assist us in investigating the issue. Although the parcel could not be recovered, we appreciated their transparency and effort.

蘇通假日酒店在布爾津來説應該是比較不錯的酒店了，一是它2024年剛裝修，硬件設施都比較新，用的也都是大品牌如TOTO衞浴等；二是酒店地理位置也還不錯，距離網紅大橋和中俄風情老街都不算太遠（當然也沒説特別近），大概就是網紅大橋附近吃飯後走回酒店剛好可以消食的距離；三是房間不小，床也挺大的，住的還不錯。 不足的地方希望有所提高和改進：1、酒店很大，房間較多，所以接待旅遊團不少，導致了晚上和早上門口容易吵吵吵，説明房間隔音不怎麼樣；2、早餐的品質取決於接待旅遊團多少，旅遊團多的時候，早餐就很不怎麼樣了，甚至連餐盤都油膩膩沒洗乾淨（估計是人太多，餐盤太多，洗碗機裏放的太密集了，導致沒洗乾淨），旅遊團少的時候會好點，但麪條始終不好吃，沒有牛奶，玉米、西瓜和棗泥糕很不錯。

Отель очень чистый, качественное обслуживание. Нет проблем для русскоязычных людей, так как персонал отеля очень помогает и имеет переводчики. Охранники и девушки на стойке регистрации очень дружелюбные, помогали всегда заказывать еду и напитки. К детям относятся замечательно. Вид из окна на вечерний город просто невероятен. Нам очень понравилось. Рекомендуем.

這家酒店的服務真的太太太讚了！從踏入大堂開始，就被工作人員熱情的笑容包圍，辦理入住時效率超高，還貼心地介紹了周邊的遊玩攻略，細節滿滿讓人瞬間感覺超温暖～ 入住期間，不管是客房服務還是餐廳 staff，都特別主動周到。有次隨口提了句想喝温水，沒過幾分鐘就有人送來，這份貼心真的戳中我了！遇到任何問題，他們都能第一時間響應，態度好得沒話説，感覺像在家裡一樣舒服自在～ 整體體驗下來，這裏的服務絕對是亮點中的亮點，熱情又專業，讓人住得超舒心！強烈推薦給大家，來這兒住一定不會失望～
