We booked a family room and specifically asked for it to be free from any cigarette smell. Unfortunately, despite our request, the room still smelled of smoke, and even the pillows had a noticeable cigarette odor. We also noticed that people were smoking near the elevator area. Perhaps this is more common in China, but we were not prepared for it and found it a bit uncomfortable. On the positive side, the hotel provides a free airport shuttle, which is very convenient and greatly appreciated. The room itself was good for the price, and overall it offers solid value for money. If the smell of cigarettes does not bother you, this hotel can be a very good option for its price range.

I had a reservation at other hotel but it wasn’t found so I cancelled it and booked Ibis the same day of my arrival. It was about 10:00 after an overnight train trip and I received a room immediately. The room is standard as in other Ibis hotels, not very large but comfortable. They also provide a good breakfast. The next day I had to check out before 14:00 and since my train was until 20:40, I asked to wait at the lobby until 19:00 (I am at the lobby now). The front desk personnel have been bringing me tea during this time. I’m very pleased of my stay here.

Good location, excellent service, and a very peaceful atmosphere. It’s within walking distance of many tourist attractions, and the hotel itself is beautifully designed. The staff at the front desk were very kind, and even allowed me to have a late check-out at no extra cost. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to any traveler in Kuqa.

Greatly appreciate the airport pickup even when we arrived at 0100 hour. Hotel staff Alan is so friendly and helpful. He suggested to us a few great shopping places like 香妃 where the locals do their shopping. Emily is so kind to allow us to have late check out. Have a wonderful and pleasant stay in this hotel.

A very comfortable stay in this newly developed small town near the entrance of 孟克特, surrounded by beautiful snow mountains. The hotel itself is very new and clean, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to a bigger room. The facilities were great, including a laundry room and gym room, although they may be located in different blocks. One of the biggest advantages was the hotel’s own restaurant serving good food. Since the town has very limited dining options and 蜜蜂小镇 is about 30 minutes away, having a convenient restaurant in the hotel made the stay much easier. Overall, a very cozy and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended if you are visiting this area.

En verano, están llenos de verdor y cargados de fruta, y desde cualquier rincón del patio se puede oler la fragancia láctea de los higos. Hay un pasillo que conecta el亭子间 (habitación del pabellón) del patio Higuera con el pabellón, creando un espacio privado exclusivo para los huéspedes de esa habitación, perfecto para leer o tomar té. El patio con los ficus, la arquitectura francesa y el pabellón se complementan a la perfección. La entrada principal tiene un amplio y luminoso pasillo que lleva al patio, donde uno se siente aislado del mundo exterior, sin percibir el bullicio de fuera. El restaurante Mandala ofrece té de la tarde, conciertos y cenas en la terraza con exquisitos postres. El establecimiento se encuentra en el corazón del distrito oeste, cerca del callejón Arco Iris, el callejón del Saco, una centenaria casa de té y la mezquita, todos a menos de cien metros. También hay una calle gastronómica a cien metros y una comisaría de policía a 50 metros donde se tramitan los permisos fronterizos.
