One reason for choosing Wanda Moments was to see the views of the mountains from the rooftop but it was so so. The mountain view from the room window is awesome. Another reason is for the Oxygen supply in the room but it was so confusing. We couldn’t understand what the staff is saying. We don’t understand why only one guest get the oxygen supply. The young guys at the reception were not helpful and were hesitant to go up to the room to assist us. Our stay was all in all hectic, going up and down to get assistance. For tourists from out of China, be warned that the food serving is huge. Rice came in a huge portion, soup in a huge bowl. It was sad to see them go to waste. Perhaps the hotel can tailor the menu down to smaller portions.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay with good service. I requested a room decoration for my husband’s birthday, and the hotel staff kindly helped to arrange it, which we truly appreciated. The hotel also has washer and dryer facilities, which were very convenient . The hotel provides a shuttle bus service to the ski resort, which made getting around very easy and hassle-free. One downside was that we had some parcels delivered to the hotel, and unfortunately one parcel went missing for reasons that remain unclear. However, the hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful — they shared the CCTV footage and made the effort to assist us in investigating the issue. Although the parcel could not be recovered, we appreciated their transparency and effort.

Después de remitirse a la recepción, el personal se comunica con paciencia y pronto ha ayudado a cambiar la habitación adecuada. La habitación tras la conversión está limpia, la ventilación es muy buena, las instalaciones están completas, la cama es blanda y dura, y el descanso es especialmente seguro. El servicio de recepción es muy cuidadoso, el tratamiento de las situaciones es eficiente, no se recomienda, el proceso se siente muy caliente. El precio del hotel es en línea, la residencia de viaje es muy confiable, recomendado a amigos novios.

El hotel tiene un bonito diseño. El servicio fue excelente. El guardia de seguridad vino hasta aquí para recoger mi equipaje, y la camarera de pisos incluso me preparó un baño de leche para los pies por la noche, lo cual fue muy relajante. Está muy cerca de la calle Hotan Second.

The rooms are cleaned daily with meticulous attention to detail — we were even touched to find our own tea and coffee sachets neatly arranged by housekeeping. Meals were another highlight. The food has that unmistakable home-cooked feel — warm, nourishing, made with care. When they learned I don’t eat beef or mutton, the kitchen prepared special dishes just for me, without a fuss. That kind of consideration is rare and deeply appreciated. And how could I forget Tian Tian — the gentle, lovable golden retriever who quietly added to the homey atmosphere. Her presence made the stay even more special, like having a sweet companion always nearby. MuseNomad Retreat isn’t just a place to stay — it’s a place to truly rest. Of all the accommodations we’ve experienced across our travels, this one touched us the most. As our three nights came to a close, I felt a genuine sadness — a quiet wish that we could stay just a little longer. 民宿的環境特別好，房間又乾淨又舒適，躺在房間裏的床就能享受大自然的魅力 房間生活用品齊全 出來民宿不到100米就能看到特別好看的風景 拍照打卡很出片，也很解壓，特別適合養老😁值得來一次享受這個美麗的風景，房間的價格也很實惠，很划算，服務員態度特別好 早上起不來，沒去吃早飯，服務員特意把早飯送上門來了 服務到位

Can’t go wrong staying here in Urumqi. A super chill place with a great common area giving off a homely vibe. Staff are lovely I had some good chats with them. Very clean hostel. Location wise it is in a residential neighbourhood with many restaurants a five minute walk away as well as a shopping mall and supermarket. Metro line close too. Note there are no western toilets and no curtains on the dorm beds which is the only downside for me.

I stayed in the intercontinental for one night and I wish I had more time here. The hotel is new and decorated in a sleek yet exotic fashion. The room is very spacious, with a comfy king sized bed and choices for pillows. Amenities wise, the room is equipped with the usual Blanche line of personal care products (however the hair brush is still quite rubbish...). The view from the room is superb, overlooking the yili river and the small apple lake with the mountains in the background. The executive lounge is dainty and the cocktail hours buffet was delicious (though doesn't have a huge alcoholic choices like some other executive lounges). Sitting in the lounge and watching the sunset over the river was a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel is a bit remote but it is perfect for someone wants to wander around the yili river park and/or do a nice long and peaceful run/bike ride. Gym is small but meets the basic needs (has dumbbells, cross trainer and treadmill but no bar bells or rack). The swimming pool looks fancy and big, makes it ideal for leisure and training. Lastly, and most importantly, for my stay I truly appreciated the hard working staff here. They have made my already wonderful stay perfect. A big shout out to the concierge team, especially 来存智 Leonard, the concierge supervisor, they have gone out of their way to help me. I wanted to visit some ethnic group bar at mid night and given the distances and lack of taxis, Leonard, together with his team, helped me get to the right place and Leonard personally drove me back from the bar at 3am. I was able to have a great night thanks to him. Upon checking out, I was also given a nice souvenir to mark a perfect stay (unfortunately I left it on the taxi due to rushing!!! To whoever is the next lucky passenger to pick it up: I am jealous!).

Staff was so friendly and helpful especiallly the girls reception who can speak english and driver name ike. He was helping us and trying his best to accomudate us. The hotel got their restaurant and performance at night
