Beautiful rooms, clean and comfortable. We got upgraded to a cloud room with windows all along one side. Great view of the surrounding area and we could see the city in the distance. Beautiful at night, industrial looking by day. (The windows could use a little cleaning). Breakfast buffet was really good, large selection of Chinese options. The best part was the front desk staff. So helpful with our travel-related questions even though my Chinese is limited! Especially 小嘉. She helped us find a way to travel north to 可可托海.

The perfect accomodation in Yining city and best value for money. Breakfast was delicious and has ample variety for south east asian tastes. Room was very clean and nicely decorated. Cosy and comfortable. Reception was prompt in service and replies on WeChat about our enquiries. Location is superb. Just a quick 5 minute walk to Six Star Street 六星街, and there are many food choices nearby as well.

房間很乾凈，環境很好，特別是打掃衞生的阿姨，人特別好，説話也很温和，每次送東西都是笑眯眯的，帶着孩子去的，還特別給孩子拿的小童牙刷和小童拖鞋，房間設施都是比較智能的，馬桶都是帶温控的坐墊，自動沖馬桶，還有小度服務，床鋪都很乾凈很新，孩子也特別喜歡這家酒店，第一次住，感覺很不錯！下次在庫爾勒首選這家酒店。洗漱用品也很齊全有獨立包裝的棉簽，針線包，還有一次性的刮鬍刀，梳子的質感也比其他酒店好，衞生間的洗刷用品都是挺好的那種，整體感覺非常不錯！

¡Alojarse en la suite de la playa de Jiashi debe vivir, la experiencia es muy diferente! La paisaje bajo la noche es un poco inreal, el viento está viendo en la playa, el fuego de Jiashi y el flujo de coches que vienen, es difícil imaginar que sea una antigua ciudad llena de humedad histórica! La hermana de la recepción es muy paciente, muy caliente, el desayuno es realmente inocente, muchas opciones también, especialmente para una familia de tres!

Conveniently located about 20 minutes walk from Turpan Museum and under half an hour taxi ride from airport, train station and Jiaohe, the hotel was great value w very big room and bed, nice walk-in shower and very helpful front desk staff. Breakfast was disappointing being a massive restaurant and by 9.45 most of the Chinese buffet items had finished and staff were slow to top up. There was no tea or coffee available at breakfast either. The coffee shop in the lobby looked very enticing and comfortable, but this is a separate franchise and for some reason was not open all day or even at 11.00 in the morning.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay with good service. I requested a room decoration for my husband’s birthday, and the hotel staff kindly helped to arrange it, which we truly appreciated. The hotel also has washer and dryer facilities, which were very convenient . The hotel provides a shuttle bus service to the ski resort, which made getting around very easy and hassle-free. One downside was that we had some parcels delivered to the hotel, and unfortunately one parcel went missing for reasons that remain unclear. However, the hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful — they shared the CCTV footage and made the effort to assist us in investigating the issue. Although the parcel could not be recovered, we appreciated their transparency and effort.
