Beautiful, immaculate and exceptionally convenient We have stayed at Villa Fontaine Premier Haneda Airport several times now, and it remains our preferred choice if we need a hotel before and after flights. The hotel is beautiful in every sense. The rooms are immaculate and extremely comfortable, with lovely amenities and everything needed for a restful stay. Its location at Haneda Airport makes arriving or departing remarkably easy. The staff are professional, friendly and very helpful. The process for accessing the onsen and its adjoining restaurant can be a little tedious and complicated, but the experience is worth the effort. Our advice is to clarify the process and ensure any included vouchers are properly organised before leaving the onsen area. Overall, this is a beautiful and exceptionally convenient airport hotel, and one we will happily stay at again.

This was my first time booking a hotel through Trip.com, as I had previously always booked directly through hotel websites or through travel agencies. To start with the conclusion, I was very satisfied with the experience. My family of three adults stayed here for four nights. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with such warm and friendly service that our stay began on a very positive note. Both the lobby and the guest room were beautifully designed in a refined Japanese style, while also being very practical and comfortable. As a smoker, I especially appreciated the smoking room located right next to the elevators on the lobby floor. The short and convenient access, as well as the thoughtful layout of the smoking room itself, made it extremely comfortable to use and showed genuine consideration for smoking guests. We had breakfast every morning, and we were very pleased with both the welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant and the Japanese-style breakfast. For me, FUFU Ginza’s greatest strengths are its exceptional location right in the heart of Ginza and the genuine kindness of its staff. The neighborhood felt completely safe and comfortable even when walking around late at night. I particularly enjoyed stopping by the Jimmy Choo café directly in front of the hotel for a relaxing iced coffee before heading out to explore the streets of Ginza. It was a small detail, but personally one of my favorite parts of the stay. Tokyo is a city where you tend to spend a lot of time walking, so being able to return to the room and relax in the private hot bath every evening was a major advantage. It was the perfect way to unwind after a long day before going to sleep. My mother and wife also had a wonderful time enjoying the unique rooftop space. Overall, FUFU Ginza is a hotel I would gladly recommend. Its outstanding location, thoughtfully designed spaces, efficient layout, and above all, the sincere warmth and hospitality of every staff member made our four-night stay a truly enjoyable one.

Las aguas termales son muy cómodas y limpias, lo que las convierte en el lugar perfecto para relajarse después de un largo día de caminata. Las habitaciones son algo pequeñas, pero está muy cerca del centro de Ginza y cuenta con buenas conexiones de transporte.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The bed is comfortable and very quiet throughout the night. The hotel location is superb. It is at the major interchange station , Ikebukuro Station so getting around is very easy. It is very convenient to use C1b exit with an elevator to reach the hotel smoothly. The hotel just beside the exit. The airport limousine bus station is about 5 mins walk from the hotel. It is another advantage of this hotel. There are many options of food option nearby. The hotel also offered a good selection of food for breakfast. The onsen at the hotel also very good.

Fue muy desagradable que, al registrarme, me informaran de que el hotel estaría cerrado por mantenimiento el día de mi partida, por lo que no pude guardar mi equipaje después de la salida. Perdí una hora buscando taquillas en la estación de Otemachi y tuve que pagar 4000 yenes para guardar mi equipaje. Si lo hubiera sabido al reservar, me lo habría pensado dos veces. No era el servicio que esperaba al pagar 1000 dólares la noche.

Cafetera gratuita en la planta baja. Aguas termales naturales ”Hojo-no-Yu” [uso gratuito para huéspedes]: Hay baños medicinales, los productos de aseo son excelentes, y después de un buen baño termal, puedes disfrutar de una bebida fría. Por la mañana, también hay Yakult gratis. Soba nocturno: Puedes comer dos porciones, el sabor es bastante bueno.

Quisiera destacar la amabilidad y el excelente inglés del chico de recepción. El primer día le comentamos que queríamos una planta más alta y al día siguiente nos cambió a la última planta, y él mismo se encargó de trasladar nuestro equipaje. Las vistas son preciosas, hasta el punto de hartarme de ver la Torre de Tokio (suena un poco a 'humble brag'). La habitación es grande y el jacuzzi es súper lujoso. Si no fuera por la distancia a la estación de metro, sería la opción perfecta por este precio.

The hotel is at the center of the city and there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The public bath is relaxing though the pools are quite small and can accommodate 2 people (within appropriate social distance) only in the pool at the same time.

El hotel está a unos 10 minutos a pie de la salida noroeste. Para llegar a la salida, siga recto. ¡El servicio es muy amable! Puede recoger sus pertenencias personales en el vestíbulo. La habitación no es muy grande, pero como no pasamos mucho tiempo en ella, no nos importó. También hay un supermercado FamilyMart en la planta baja, ideal para comprar aperitivos y bebidas cuando lo necesite. Además, hay una lavandería de autoservicio en el vestíbulo del sótano. ¡Todos los servicios nos resultaron muy prácticos! La cama era muy cómoda y dormí de maravilla todas las noches.

Un hermoso hotel boutique con un onsen en la azotea, a muy buen precio. La habitación era pequeña, así que, si es posible, traiga equipaje estilo baúl en lugar de aquellos que se abren completamente. Podría colocar mi equipaje en el baúl fácilmente en el rincón debajo del televisor. La cama semidoble también es más pequeña que las de tamaño queen habituales. Si bien la ubicación es excelente, está a una larga caminata desde la estación principal JR de Shinjuku, y la distancia realmente se sintió cuando me dolían los pies y estaban llenos de ampollas desde el segundo día en adelante. Todo el hotel también estaba muy polvoriento por alguna razón, lo que hizo que la infección de los senos nasales de mi pareja empeorara gravemente. Así que recomendaría alojarse en otro lugar si eres sensible al polvo. El onsen por otro lado, fue genial. No pensé que lo usaría con frecuencia pero terminé yendo todas las noches. El agua del onsen olía a cloro la mayor parte del tiempo, así que no esperes agua de manantial natural. PD: El onsen de hombres está equipado con secadores de pelo Dyson, ¡pero no son tan fuertes como el de casa! El de mujeres tiene un secador diferente, pero más fuerte y bonito que el de la habitación. El personal fue educado y servicial.
