Visitamos Aksari Resort para unas vacaciones familiares y nuestra experiencia fue realmente excepcional. El personal fue increíblemente amable y atento durante toda nuestra estancia. En particular, Ayu Diah, de recepción, se esmeró al máximo para garantizar que estuviéramos cómodos y tuviéramos todo lo necesario. Fue impresionante cómo todo el personal nos recibió con cálidas sonrisas cada vez que nos vimos e incluso recordaron nuestros nombres: un auténtico reflejo de hospitalidad genuina. Las clases de yoga gratuitas fueron excelentes, la piscina estaba impecable y el desayuno flotante, simplemente fantástico. El té de la tarde fue uno de los mejores que hemos probado, y la habitación estaba en perfecto estado. Returning to the AYANA, and specifically staying at the beautiful AYANA Segara, was an absolute delight! Our second visit confirmed why this is our favorite resort in Bali—it truly excels for families. Family Paradise: Our 3-year-old son absolutely loved the dedicated kid's facilities. The Kid's Club is outstanding, offering engaging activities, and the kid's pool provided hours of safe, splashing fun. Knowing he was happy made our vacation incredibly relaxing. Exceptional Dining: The breakfast was, once again, delicious and featured a huge, high-quality variety, ensuring a perfect start to our day every morning. Access to the fantastic dining and facilities across the entire resort complex is a huge bonus. The service remains warm, friendly, and attentive. The staff recognized our loyalty and made our stay feel personal and seamless. We definitely will come back again—AYANA Segara is our trusted home away from home in Bali!

[ Professionals who welcome you like a real friend ] My stay at Sanglung Villa in Bali was absolutely flawless. The villa itself is of incredibly high quality, but what truly stole my heart was the exceptional service provided by the staff. It was wonderful to see how the local staff from the village worked together like a close-knit family, yet maintained an incredibly high level of professionalism and systematic efficiency. They operate like a well-oiled machine while keeping a warm, welcoming vibe. I especially want to give a massive shoutout to “Anggreni”—management absolutely needs to recognize what an invaluable asset she is to this property. Even though her shift officially ends at 10 PM, I personally saw her working well past 11 PM, going completely above and beyond to look after the guests with unmatched attentiveness. Her professional mindset, pure dedication, and genuine human-to-human kindness left me in absolute awe. It wasn't just good service; it was inspiring passion. Thank you to Anggreni and the entire Sanglung Villa team for making my stay unforgettable. I will definitely be back!

This is the only hotel I will stay if I come back to Kuta again. Each person has their own experience, personally, I like quiet, chill, private, and locally traditional style so I can be more immersed in the local culture. Poppies Hotel provides such entertainment and friendly services. The room, the decoration, the little garden for each cottage, and the well-designed space and the beautiful pool!! I mean, I didn’t go outside for anything, simply just staying in the hotel for whole day until my surfing class in the late afternoon. Also, I used the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner…haha, I mean just trustworthy with fresh, clean and delicious food. The staff there almost worked for 20+ years so they were like families to those who often come to Bali and stay at Poppies. The driver who provided pickup and drop off to the airport services Mag (hopefully I was right) worked there for 20 years and still loves his job! Before I left for the airport, I went to the pool and lied down for the last 30 minutes, even being a bit emotional for it was so PEACEFUL!! I love Poppies Hotel!!!

We were greeted by this incredibly friendly girl! The room was super clean and had everything we needed. The area around the lake had tons of flies, but the doors were closed in the room, so they didn't bother us at all! Thank you so much for the amazing room, and thanks for agreeing to heat the pool for us at sunrise! Such an awesome place!

Every meal felt like a highlight and Sebastian takes pride and care with his team and the high food quality standards. What truly sets this property apart, though, is the passionate Westin associates that Go Beyond! The entire team operates at an incredibly high level, and it shows in every interaction. A special thank you to General Manager Saraswati, whose hands-on leadership is evident everywhere; you can feel how much she genuinely cares about both guests and her team. Darma at the lobby bar is a standout… his attention to detail and craftsmanship behind the bar made every visit memorable. Yana ensures the restaurants runs like clockwork, delivering a smooth, polished, and faultless dining experience every time. And Arta and Crisna—your work ethic and standards are simply outstanding. You consistently go above and beyond in a way that truly elevates the entire property. Cleanliness is absolutely next level—impeccable in every possible way with an amazing housekeeping team. This is Marriott. This is Westin. And this is hospitality done at its very best.

My stay at Bobocabin Ubud was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect—nestled in the heart of Ubud’s greenery, it offers a peaceful escape with beautiful jungle views and a tranquil atmosphere. It feels private and serene, yet still close enough to Ubud’s cultural spots, cafes, and rice terraces. The cabin is very modern, smart, and comfortable. I loved the design—minimalist yet cozy—with features like voice control, mood lighting, and a Bluetooth speaker that make the stay both fun and convenient. The bed is super comfortable, the cabin is clean and well-maintained, and waking up to the sound of nature was simply magical. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made the whole experience even more enjoyable. What makes Bobocabin Ubud special is how it perfectly combines technology with nature. You get the luxury of comfort while still being immersed in the beauty of Bali’s tropical landscape. It’s an ideal place to relax, recharge, and experience something unique. I would highly recommend Bobocabin Ubud to anyone visiting Bali. Whether you’re traveling as a couple, with friends, or even solo, it’s the perfect getaway spot. I’ll definitely come back on my next trip to Ubud!

It was cloudy when we arrived, but the next morning, we woke up to a beautiful sunny view from the cabin. The place is peaceful and perfect for relaxing in nature. The cabin itself is cozy, and the view is really calming. If you’re hungry, just order food and it’ll be delivered right to your cabin—super easy and quick! 🤩 I’d love to come back again with my big family. Such a great spot!
