Visitamos Aksari Resort para unas vacaciones familiares y nuestra experiencia fue realmente excepcional. El personal fue increíblemente amable y atento durante toda nuestra estancia. En particular, Ayu Diah, de recepción, se esmeró al máximo para garantizar que estuviéramos cómodos y tuviéramos todo lo necesario. Fue impresionante cómo todo el personal nos recibió con cálidas sonrisas cada vez que nos vimos e incluso recordaron nuestros nombres: un auténtico reflejo de hospitalidad genuina. Las clases de yoga gratuitas fueron excelentes, la piscina estaba impecable y el desayuno flotante, simplemente fantástico. Returning to the AYANA, and specifically staying at the beautiful AYANA Segara, was an absolute delight! Our second visit confirmed why this is our favorite resort in Bali—it truly excels for families. Family Paradise: Our 3-year-old son absolutely loved the dedicated kid's facilities. The Kid's Club is outstanding, offering engaging activities, and the kid's pool provided hours of safe, splashing fun. Knowing he was happy made our vacation incredibly relaxing. Exceptional Dining: The breakfast was, once again, delicious and featured a huge, high-quality variety, ensuring a perfect start to our day every morning. Access to the fantastic dining and facilities across the entire resort complex is a huge bonus. The service remains warm, friendly, and attentive. The staff recognized our loyalty and made our stay feel personal and seamless. We definitely will come back again—AYANA Segara is our trusted home away from home in Bali!

The villa itself is of incredibly high quality, but what truly stole my heart was the exceptional service provided by the staff. It was wonderful to see how the local staff from the village worked together like a close-knit family, yet maintained an incredibly high level of professionalism and systematic efficiency. They operate like a well-oiled machine while keeping a warm, welcoming vibe. I especially want to give a massive shoutout to “Anggreni”—management absolutely needs to recognize what an invaluable asset she is to this property. Even though her shift officially ends at 10 PM, I personally saw her working well past 11 PM, going completely above and beyond to look after the guests with unmatched attentiveness. Her professional mindset, pure dedication, and genuine human-to-human kindness left me in absolute awe. It wasn't just good service; it was inspiring passion. Thank you to Anggreni and the entire Sanglung Villa team for making my stay unforgettable. I will definitely be back!

Amazing and flawless 10/10 stay at The Westin Ubud Bali. From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere is pure serenity—nestled in a lush rainforest setting with a breathtaking centrepiece infinity pool that feels like it’s floating in the clouds amongst the serine jungle. It’s the kind of place where you instantly slow down and just breathe and experience a place you can relax, be well and rise every day feeling better than the next. The food is exceptional across the board—thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and consistently delicious. Every meal felt like a highlight and Sebastian takes pride and care with his team and the high food quality standards. What truly sets this property apart, though, is the passionate Westin associates that Go Beyond! The entire team operates at an incredibly high level, and it shows in every interaction. A special thank you to General Manager Saraswati, whose hands-on leadership is evident everywhere; you can feel how much she genuinely cares about both guests and her team. Darma at the lobby bar is a standout… his attention to detail and craftsmanship behind the bar made every visit memorable. Yana ensures the restaurants runs like clockwork, delivering a smooth, polished, and faultless dining experience every time. And Arta and Crisna—your work ethic and standards are simply outstanding. You consistently go above and beyond in a way that truly elevates the entire property. Cleanliness is absolutely next level—impeccable in every possible way with an amazing housekeeping team. This is Marriott. This is Westin. And this is hospitality done at its very best.

Провели в отеле одну ночь, брали услугу с плаванием с дельфинами. Говорили в 5:30 утра стоять у ресепшена, что нас заберут на машине. В итоге за нами в 6:05 приехали на байке и мы пешком шли минут 5 до пляжа. Сам отель спокойный, комфортный, тихий, ухоженный. Заселение и выселение прошло быстро. Благодарю

We were greeted by this incredibly friendly girl! The room was super clean and had everything we needed. The area around the lake had tons of flies, but the doors were closed in the room, so they didn't bother us at all! Thank you so much for the amazing room, and thanks for agreeing to heat the pool for us at sunrise! Such an awesome place!

It was cloudy when we arrived, but the next morning, we woke up to a beautiful sunny view from the cabin. The place is peaceful and perfect for relaxing in nature. The cabin itself is cozy, and the view is really calming. If you’re hungry, just order food and it’ll be delivered right to your cabin—super easy and quick! 🤩 I’d love to come back again with my big family. Such a great spot!

Muy satisfecho de alojarme aquí, lugar realmente recomendado. 1. Lugar limpio, puedes ver inmediatamente la vista desde arriba. 2. La ubicación es de muy fácil acceso, el precio es así en la carretera principal🥹❤️ 3. El propietario es útil. Una vez perdí un dron y el propietario estuvo inmediatamente dispuesto a ayudar. 4. El lugar es seguro 5. Puedes remojarlo en agua caliente, en serio, es realmente delicioso, limpio. 6. Esta es una villa pero el precio es de pensión😝🙏 Volveré aquí de nuevo si tengo la oportunidad, muy feliz.

La ubicación es muy agradable, la distancia es muy grande. El hostal fue muy amable y hizo un delicioso desayuno. Sin embargo, las aviones eran tan malas que tuvimos que comer en nuestra habitación y no podíamos disfrutar de la primavera caliente mucho. Además, nos despertamos hasta un rata que corre alrededor de la habitación y huele a gotas de rata/ orina.

Для пару дней хороший отель. В самом отеле можно арендовать байк за 70К, рядом есть дайвинг центр. Можно заказать трансфер до аэропорта, так как трудно найти такси в этом районе. Я заказывал до аэропорта за 700К. Номер просторный, есть кондиционер, горячая вода и всё. Номер не убирают. Питаться можно в кафе у самого отеля. Цены приемлемы. Кафе работает до 10 вечера. До океана от отеля примерно 40 метров.
