I was really satisfied with everything of the hotel. Breakfast has many options in both Asian and Western. Hotel amenities were super. We were traveling four of my family, so we used washing points regularly. That was stunning useful. Also, the hotel staff Vicky, who is the only person who speaks English, was helpful and supportive. Thank you, Vicky, for everything you did for us. Good luck to you and your colleague. If I have a chance to visit Harbin again, I will definitely book it again.

High-quality facilities and services! Checking-in was quick and easy. My room was clean and spacious. They also provide warm snacks every night and Modern Ice Cream. Breakfast buffet served food of good quality and had both Eastern and Western choices. Lastly, when it comes to accessibility, it's close to bus stops, train stations, and attractions. I slept well & definitely enjoyed my stay!

*Disappointed after so many good reviews…*
We recently travelled to Harbin and after looking at many of the hotels and reading the reviews we decided that this was the hotel for us. However we were shocked to find the poor service and cleanliness during our stay.
Location: The location of the hotel is a huge plus point as it’s very close to the central street & not too much of a distance to reach the main tourist attractions (20/30 min taxi ride). The location is also close to lots of restaurants which is very convenient.
Service: This is an area which could definitely do with improvement especially the evening staff, upon checkin the staff were friendly and welcoming however when we raised issues with the hotel room they became very rude and disrespectful. When we arrived to our room we found we had no face cloths - not a big issue and one that was resolved in a timely manner. However we then had to ask for the face cloths each day after housekeeping had changed the towels which isn’t an issue in itself more of an inconvenience . However the staff at the front desk seemed to find it quite funny (staff members laughing when we mentioned our room number at the front desk) that we had several issues with our room.
Amenities: The hotel has a robot delivery service for when you order food and other items from meituan which is a convenient way to get your things. The shower in the room was broken but was fixed in a timely manner. The room air con is basically just an ornament, the temperature of the room cannot be changed - it was set at 34 celsius one night - you can open a window but it will get cold quite quickly.
Cleanliness: Another area with room for improvement - the hotel room is rather dusty with dust falling from the ceiling above the bed. The sink was not cleaned when we checked in. On one occasion we were given ‘fresh’ towels with make up stains on.
Unfortunately we would not stay here again.

Service is great. Everyone is nice. The restaurant within the hotel was pretty good. They serve breakfast buffet in the morning (would recommend) and lunch and dinner later in the day. You can scan the code in the room, order it and have it delivered to your room, very convenient when it's -20 outside.
The location itself is central, 10 min taxi to the central market, morning market and Sophia church, about 20 mins to the snow and ice world. Walking distance to the mall and shopping.

TTravelgirrlTuvimos un buen fin de semana en Harbin. La ubicación estaba bien, todas las tiendas y restaurantes estaban cerrados cerca debido a la pandemia. IIlse Du PlooyLa habitación parece mucho más pequeña que en el sitio web, pero es adecuada para viajar solo. ZZee SangsFrom the moment I stepped out of the car and into the villa, I felt like I was home. The hosts are an old couple who somehow reminded me of my parents. Their care and hospitality is admirable, you could tell that they have experience in hosting people into their home and it’s now part of their nature. They are very helpful.
Initially I booked one night online, but upon my arrival looking at the place how clean, beautiful, spacious and peaceful it was and coupled with the fact that my hosts were so welcoming. I then decided to book another night directly with the hotel.
They even asked if I needed my room cleaned the following day, which I appreciate.
The location is also very convenient for skiing it’s a 15 minutes drive to the Yabuli ski resort and the hotel arranged everything for me at a good discount. From the ski tickets, costumes and transportation, I did not have to stress about it. All I had to do was pay, show up and have fun in the snow!
I really appreciate their hospitality and great service. I’ll definitely come back next winter but with a group of friends this time around! It’s a pity I couldn’t stay longer and explore the area.
Skiing ticket including clothes and skiiing gear- 200 (online it costs 248rmb) but the hotel has an agreement with the ski resort.
Transportation return- 60 rmb
Total cost- 260rmb
The hotel also provided a tasty North eastern breakfast only for 10rmb. The restaurants nearby are scarce and a tad bit expensive so having one meal checked off really helped.
