Room was like a sauna, highest recorded was +29degrees. Thats when we called the reception and they sent a service man to come and look. Apparently there is no cooling here only heating during winter. No matter what setting was put in the thermostat it didn't help. Solution was to open the window, which helped a little but still, the temperature came down only to 27.5c during the night. Also breakfast was not that tasty. Note to foreign travellers, Amex and Mastercard did not work here for paying deposit. Location is a bit far from the attractions of Harbin. Service was good, and apologetic with regards of our issues during the stay. Also breakfast options were not so tasty and variety was limited compared to many other hotels. Evening snack wonton's and noodles were excellent though! Unfortunately cannot recommend staying here, as even with the level of service, the premises are having fundamental issues which weaken the quality of the stay.

The hotel has a very beautiful view, and I absolutely loved the unique lobby design. One standout feature is the presence of deer in the ground-floor lobby, which was truly impressive and added a special touch to the stay. However, there are a few areas for improvement. If you order 外卖 (food delivery), there’s no robot or staff to assist in bringing it to your room, which can be inconvenient. Additionally, the front desk service felt unfriendly, almost as though they looked down on customers, which left a bad impression. The rooms are nice, and while the location is a bit far from Sofia Church, it’s manageable. This hotel is good for a short stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer one.

Best stay ever for me! Everything from the front desk to the housekeeping was great! I arrived quite early than the usual time but was given early in.. the benefits was explained clearly when checking in. Location wise is near a huge shopping mall, other than that its also near to tourist areas. You can even arrange for free pick up service to drive you to either central street or snow world and city. They also can arrange to have the driver to wait for you at the location you dropped off. There are 2 reindeer to greet you at selected timing. Even witness one of it shredding it's antlers! There are also free coke and Sprite and local drink in their mini bar. Unlimited free flow of night food from 10pm-12 midnight, legit nice beef noodle that I had 3 bowls. There are also free drinks and other local delicious food . For breakfast although I didn't get it, it's until 1pm lol, not a typo. Never heard before any hotel we have breakfast till 1pm. I was told this is because the owner know when we visit harbin we will stay up late, if it's the usual 10am you might miss your breakfast.same for those who need to get up early and still be able to come back to eat If you book those 72 square meter room they even provide free car rental. Yes all free, just have to top up the fuel, with this benefits you would've save a lot of money. Special should out to driver wangxin(王新) he drove me to snow world and walked there, even beyond the selected timing because he knows that it will be hard to take taxi back to hotel at late timing. He was also very passionate to introduce all the major location on the way. I was really glad to have met someone like him. Definitely a 5 stars for me!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, we hope to visit again in the near future.

The location and view of hotel is wonderful. The staff are friendly and welcoming. However the cleanliness of the hotel are a bit disappointing. The breakfast was delicious as well as the afternoon tea. Over all it was a good stay but the un clean cleanliness did make me feel a bit uncomfortable.

Truly impressed with the hotel’s staff service. 美超 was exceptionally warm and friendly, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience throughout our stay. The service was outstanding.

Stylish hotel in elegant high-rise building. Perfect dinner and breakfast. Location somehow distant from subway as well from the main city attractions. There is a mall opposite to the hotel, but literally no pavement to reach it by foot. No option to pay the deposit with Mastercard, nor in cash with Euro or USD. When paying with WeChat, extra fee for „international card” is added without explanation. Service will call a lift for You, but won’t explain that there is a dinner included in the booking package. You have to ask for the lobby bar voucher.

Great staying at this hotel. Very lucky to choose this hotel. Breakfast and late supper was awesome. Especially lamian noodles. During my visit I ate 6 lamians. Much obliged.

Lovely stay with exceptional service.. A very pretty hotel which provides unusually long breakfast and supper.. Checking in and out, being assisted by both 小赵 and 小萌 were fuss free! Only one issue that really bothers our stay... The aircon.. Room can be relatively warm.. Otherwise, it's an awesome stay nevertheless.

One of the best hotels, service is top notch, definitely 5 star or more, clean, spacious, complete amenities. We love the breakfast, afternoon tea and supper. View from room is beautiful, big bathtub, and ample space for luggage. We took the shuttle service to Zhong Yang Da Jie and back. Worth the price we paid. Special mentioning of service staff at executive lounge孙婷雨 and front desk Ms 刘，who are professional and always responded to our requests.

fantastic services, breakfast last till 1pm, tea break starts from 2pm to 8pm. guess what, supper is also provided from 10pm to 12am. aoluguya customer service staff ms zhao and ms sun also gave us good recommendation. :)

We had a great experience in this hotel! The decoration is unusual and very beautiful! The food is very good and all staff is very polite and always ready to help. Mr Brian Chen was very helpful in the information provided, and Mr Frank, at the dining room, looked in detail for all aspects of guests' preferences. I understand cultural differences, although the hotel may consider bath tube and sauna for mixed gender - couples and families will appreciate it for sure. Overall it was a great experience, and we will return defenitely, including in the winter, to explore the different touristic offer.
