La limpieza es impecable; la habitación estaba impecable, la ropa de cama limpia y suave, y el baño tenía una separación de ducha y bañera sin olores, lo que demuestra la atención al detalle. El servicio de Ranran fue entusiasta y profesional, siempre dispuesta a responder preguntas, lo que hizo que toda la estancia fuera muy cómoda. «Nuestra familia de tres, con una hija de dos años, se alojó ocho noches (del 28/12/2025 al 05/01/2026). Xiao Shuang, del hotel, fue extremadamente servicial y organizó la recogida en el aeropuerto antes de nuestra llegada. Al llegar al hotel por la noche, nos dimos cuenta de que faltaba una de nuestras maletas. Xiao Shuang llamó varias veces al conductor y a las autoridades del aeropuerto y enseguida encontraron la maleta. Organizó un vehículo para que la entregara en el hotel. ¡La maleta llegó al hotel esa misma noche! Todos en el hotel fueron muy amables, especialmente con nuestra hija, y muy profesionales. ¡Todos nos ayudaron rápidamente, sin importar lo que pidiéramos! Xiao Shuang nos ayudó a conseguir entradas para el Mundo de Hielo con muy poca antelación por WeChat. Para nuestro primer paseo al aire libre con el frío, recibimos un regalo para nuestra hija: ¡almohadillas térmicas para los pies y el cuerpo! El día de la salida, nuestra familia recibió un regalo de despedida. ¡Agradecemos a todos en la recepción, el servicio de limpieza y el restaurante, especialmente a Xiao Shuang por la encantadora estadía y los maravillosos recuerdos de Harbin! 谢谢🙏！»
