El hotel cuenta con una excelente accesibilidad al transporte público, ya que se encuentra a pocas paradas de tren del recinto del festival de hielo, con una estación de teleférico y una estación de metro (Youyi Gong) convenientemente ubicadas al otro lado de la calle. También se encuentra a poca distancia a pie del centro comercial más cercano, que ofrece una amplia variedad de opciones para comer. Nuestra familia realmente apreció la ubicación. A nuestra llegada, fuimos recibidos calurosamente por una oficial de servicio, una señora que nos ayudó con nuestro equipaje hasta nuestras habitaciones de hotel. Mostró un comportamiento amistoso y una actitud de servicio encomiable. Además, cuando nos íbamos, otro miembro del personal, que creo que se llamaba Geoff, nos ayudó a subir nuestro equipaje al taxi. Su amabilidad y disposición para ayudar fueron dignas de mención. A pesar de la sencillez de sus funciones, se requiere un esfuerzo considerable para relacionarse con numerosos huéspedes diariamente manteniendo una actitud positiva, y merecen un elogio por su dedicación. El hotel también cuenta con una lavandería con personal disponible para ayudar con la lavandería, lo que nos pareció un detalle considerado. Disfruté especialmente de las frutas, el té y los postres adicionales que nos ofrecieron en las habitaciones después del servicio de limpieza, lo que fue una sorpresa agradable después de un largo día de exploración. El desayuno buffet era generoso y a un precio razonable. El principal inconveniente de este hotel se relaciona con la limpieza. Si bien en general está ordenado, al ser un establecimiento antiguo, podría beneficiarse de una mayor atención a los detalles, en particular con la aspiración de las alfombras. Reemplazar las alfombras por pisos de madera de vinilo podría mitigar la acumulación de polvo y sería más fácil de mantener. En general, el problema de la limpieza no es particularmente crítico, ya que no somos demasiado exigentes. Creo que la ubicación privilegiada del hotel y el servicio excepcional brindado por el personal mejoran significativamente su valor, y no dudaría en reservar este hotel nuevamente.

La habitación es muy cómoda y bien equipada. Está cerca de la calle Central. Puedes regresar al hotel a descansar cuando estés cansado de caminar. La habitación cuenta con un desayuno buffet, que es muy rico. Aunque el hotel ha estado en renovación durante mucho tiempo, el servicio todavía está en línea. Gracias al servicio de atención al cliente ”Xiao Sheng” por su atento servicio.

Lizzy is very nice hotel, their services are top notch. Ms 张岩 front desk and the concierge manager are very friendly and helpful to fulfill all your requests and more than required. Thanks to both of them who made my stay memorable. Best hotel and services in all my China stays. Will definitely come back when in Harbin. High tea and breakfast are delicious.

Overall ok I guess, I booked 4days 3 night only got a pair of ice popsicles and it’s the cheapest one kinda sad they doesn’t give chocolate flavour for free nor extra tickets maybe I should book separately nx time.

This hotel was in a great location! We were close to Sophia Church, Zhongyang pedestrian street, and within walkable distance of a park and the Songhua River. Breakfast wasn’t anything special, but I found things to eat each morning, and they changed up some of the dishes served, which was nice. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. However, I want to give a special shoutout to 王颖. I spoke with her before arriving in Harbin to let her know that our flight arrived late at night. Through WeChat (my Chinese is not good), she helped me schedule a car and helped me work with a robot that delivers food to your room, plus a list of other things. 🤭 I found out she was often helpful when she wasn't on duty, which she did not have to do. I am so thankful for the kindness shown by 王颖. I will tell my friends to stay at this hotel when visiting Harbin!

Informe de Zhuhai, Guangdong ~ La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, tranquila pero silenciosa, muy cerca de la Catedral de Sofía. Hay un restaurante en la planta baja y el estadio de la escuela se puede ver fuera de la ventana. ¡Las instalaciones de las habitaciones son súper satisfactorias! Hay radiadores a ambos lados, ¡hace mucho calor! ! Las necesidades diarias están completamente equipadas y hay robots que entregan artículos, ¡lo cual es genial! ! ! El chico de la recepción es muy guapo, jajaja, y el personal de planta es muy cálido y educado ~ ¡El kvas y las paletas heladas están deliciosos! ! ! Desafortunadamente, el tiempo para este viaje fue limitado y solo me quedé una noche. Si tengo la oportunidad de volver a Harbin en el futuro, definitivamente elegiré Compaq nuevamente😘.

Book a family room with 2x single and 1x queen bed. Room size is small considering this is a family room type. However, the hotel make up for its great location, just across the central walking street. Since the weather is extremely cold during the winter, getting a hotel right next to the walking street is an ideal consideration.

Excellent service, location is like 100 meters from the metro entrance. The rooms are very good and modern. The only downside is the actual street where the hotel is, seems like a very run down area, the hotel and the street don't match, but once you go inside, everything changes. There are also 2 cats in the entrance, super cute guys. would stay here if I come again.

I stayed three nights at the end of August. It was my first visit to Harbin. All in all I was pleased with the experience. I was nervous about finding a non-smoking room in Harbin—many of the hotel profiles I looked into stated they have no such rooms available (imagine that in 2024!) but I'm pleased to report my 6th floor room smelled fine. The room wasn't huge, but perfectly adequate for one person. Plenty of hot water. Also plenty of electrical outlets for charging phone, laptop etc. No view to speak of but I wasn't there to gaze out the window, and it was blessedly quiet. I ended up not partaking of the free breakfast so I can't report on that. But service was good. Very efficient check in and check out. The room cleaner was cheerful and friendly. It's a decent location—only about a three minute walk to the Helongjiang Museum metro station. And I had no problem getting a taxi (Didi) for the trip to the airport. Solid value for the price.
