El viaje al hotel en la estación de autos de rompecabezas es un poco complicado. Habría sido más fácil. El Holiday Inn Express está situado en la tienda o restaurante de la estación de autos. La recepción allí fue muy amable. El check-in fue relativamente rápido. Si bien el cuarto y el baño eran típicos Holiday Inn Express pequeños, pero muy limpios y tranquilos. Lo que no nos gustaba aquí fue que el cuarto y el baño estaban bastante fríos. La posibilidad de estar en el regulador de temperatura ambiente no fue posible. Para ello hay una clara deducción de nuestra evaluación. También hay una deducción de puntos para el desayuno buffet. En el Holiday Inn Express Hamburg-Süd, nos sentíamos como lo peor que conocíamos hasta ahora de los desayunos buffet de las casas Holiday Inn Express en Alemania. Los ”normales” panes ya no estaban disponibles a las 09.00. La declaración del personal ”Vamos a hacer algunas recompras” tampoco nos sirvió. La rebaja de salsa o queso fue tan lento y eso, a pesar de que sólo había pocos invitados en el desayuno. Ruhei no dio nada aquí. Al igual que el cuarto, el desayuno era demasiado frío para quedarse. El hotel es relativamente nuevo y, por supuesto, todavía puede haber ”enfermedades infantiles”. Pero hay algunos que no deberían haber ocurrido.

Wir haben hier zwei Tage zwischen den Feiertagen am Jahresende verbracht, als Basis in der Nähe von Hamburg, wo die Unterkunftspreise zu dieser Zeit völlig unrealistisch geworden waren. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Nähe der Fußgängerzone, so dass problemlos Restaurants und andere Geschäfte zu Fuß aufgesucht werden können. Es gibt einige (wenige) kostenlose Parkplätze, wir hatten Glück. Die Plätze in der Tiefgarage hätten gekostet, der einzige Vorteil wäre hier der direkte Zugang ins Haus gewesen. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist zwar nicht die neueste, aber völlig in Ordnung. Das Zustellbett war recht hart, falls es relevant sein sollte. Kleiner Kritikpunkt: durch unser Zimmer lief ein Schornstein, der in einer Nacht ständig Klappergeräusche gemacht hat (starker Wind, irgendeine Klappe?). Wir haben es ”überlebt”. Ansonsten war am Zimmer alles in Ordnung, von Betten über Steckdosen, Beleuchtung, Seife, Shampoo und ausreichend Handtücher (keine Selbstverständlichkeit!). Ein Auswahlkriterium für dieses Hotel war der Wellnessbereich, mit dem wir auch zufrieden waren. Bademäntel und Handtücher gab es an der Rezeption. Da das Haus relativ klein ist, ist auch der Weg im Bademantel vom Zimmer zum Wellnessbereich schnell zurückgelegt. Der Pool war quasi ganztägig bis spätabends verfügbar, angenehm temperiert und nie überlaufen. Von den drei Saunen waren zwei in Betrieb, leider erst ab 16:00, aber das war so angekündigt. Praktisch und in gutem Zustand waren die Umkleideräume mit angeschlossener Dusche. Das Frühstück war auch nach unserem Geschmack, mit einer ziemlich breiten Auswahl für fast jeden Geschmack. Neben den Basics wie verschiedenen Brötchen und Croissants, Aufstrichen und Belägen, Joghurts, Quark, hart- und weichgekochte Eier und Rührei (kein glibberiges Fertigei), Säften usw. gab es ein Waffeleisen zur Selbstbedienung. Der Frühstücksraum hatte reichlich Platz, trotz augenscheinlich gut gebuchtem Hotel. Zu guter Letzt, auch das Personal an der Rezeption war immer freundlich.

La ubicación del hotel en el centro de Lüneburger Heide es increíble. Las habitaciones estándar también están lo suficientemente grandes y bien equipadas. El hotel tiene una gran superficie exterior, una zona muy amplia y una zona de servicio postal con cartón. La comida y las bebidas son buenas, pero claramente demasiado caras. En cuanto al personal, hubo grandes diferencias. casi todos los sirvientes eran muy atentos y amables, pero también individuales rechazados y desagradables. En parte, nos encontrábamos en irritante que se negara a los visitantes que no eran invitados al hotel un lugar para una taza de café, aunque aparentemente muchas mesas estaban (y permanecieron) sin ocupar. Si el café y el restaurante están destinados exclusivamente a los huéspedes del hotel, deberíamos comunicarlo de esta manera. En conjunto, nos hemos gustado mucho la estancia y nos hemos gustado volver.
