Pros: Buen tamaño, que era limpio y cómodo. Porter, guardarropas y mantenimiento de casa muy amigable. Grande vista al mar. Pequeña playa privada Cons: No 1 miembro del personal habla fluido inglés. Esto significa que no puedes obtener ninguna ayuda. El hotel se ve un poco cansado. La zona de piscina muy sucia, botes de cigarrillos, botes de algodón, etc alrededor de la piscina. La mayoría de las camas solares no tienen cuchillos disponibles. Todo incluido no vale el dinero, bebidas muy limitadas. No bebo alcohol ni soda, así que tenía agua toda la semana como ningún jugo ni mezcla. Evitar pedir una vista al mar ya que estas habitaciones están todas por encima del club nocturno, que se supone que terminará a las 2pm pero todavía estaba blaring hasta 3.30am la mayoría de las mañanas. La comida es muy buena en 10 días, pero no soy un comedor de la comida, pero me he esforzado por permanecer ”excitado”. Tuvimos 6 días en los que los hoteles y las habitaciones de cena estaban superadas con los invitados que asistieron a las conferencias. No recomendaría ciertamente unas vacaciones relajadas. No recomendaría la zona Yasmine Hammamet. Voy a Sousse oigo que es genial allí ☺️

Gran hotel bien ubicado en la costa de Hammamet, los niños aprovecharon la piscina climatizada, gran entretenimiento por la noche alrededor de la piscina y también en el interior, la comida era buena, sin embargo el personal no estaba muy sonriente, no muy acogedor y no disponible, las habitaciones y ropa de cama que te dan ganas de dormir, tv del viejo milenio y el baño que no tiene Tienen la categoría de 4 * y necesitan ser renovadas.

¡Chicos! Si planean visitar Hammamet que el Hotel Bel Azur definitivamente será la mejor opción. Todo está allí. Me disfruté realmente de la piscina del mar Thalasso (en el interior y en el exterior) con vistas impresionantes del Mar Mediterráneo. ¡Las tarifas de entrada son también asequibles!

I'll call this 4.5 stars rounded up. I was here for a business trip, so will also mention the aspect of having a meeting at the Russelior. ROOM: I'd give my room 4 stars. It was super comfortable. I was fortunate to have a small balcony, and sat out there almost every day after breakfast to read for a bit before needing to go to work. I requested cleaning several times (not every day), and was very happy with the job they did with that. The bathroom and WC are like what one would find outside of the US -- shower, bath and sink in one place, toilet in the other. I agree with a review I read that the WC is funk because of how the door is placed; it's challenging to close the door. Cons in the room: Lighting is very low, especially in the bathroom. I imagine this is to hide the fact that some upgrades are needed in the bathroom -- but everything worked and was clean. DINING ROOM: There are tons of options at every meal, including authentic Tunisian dishes. Staff: 500 stars. What a lovely group of individuals! Aside from preparing and serving dishes, they taught me a bit of Tunisian every day. I wasn't just greeted politely at each meal, I was treated warmly. They recognized me, and by day 3, I'd come in to breakfast and they knew which table I was making a bee-line for; they'd be ready with coffee the way I like it, etc. Great senses of humor and wonderful service. The food is seafood heavy -- and the staff remembered I have a seafood allergy, so they'd point to the dishes I could have each day. They put a range of salads out as well. RECEPTION/OTHER STAFF: Wonderful. The front desk team was very helpful throughout the week. The hotel was spotless, and we saw people cleaning at all hours of the day. BUSINESS SETUP: We had reliable WiFi the whole week. We used a smaller meeting room, and again, the staff brought everything we needed. Tech was super easy to use. They came to clean when we were on breaks. Overall really good. I didn't experience the spa or the pool -- it was too cold to be outside by the pool, and we were too busy to take advantage of the spa! But if I am able to get back to Tunisia, I think I'd stay here again. [ONE THING: This is about Tunisia, not about this hotel -- but I wasn't prepared for how many people smoke cigarettes here. The hotel rooms are non-smoking, but people smoke on their balconies, as well as outside on the pool level. If you are sensitive to cigarette smoke, I'd recommend you tell reception that when you make a reservation so they can hopefully get you to a room that isn't over a gathering area!

No hay uno de los mejores hoteles en Túnez. El desayuno es muy rico. No puedes tener una cama extra. La ubicación del hotel es un poco remota. Necesitas tomar un taxi por seiscientos o setecientos yuanes. Si eres bueno en inglés, puedes conseguir unas pocas docenas de dólares en el coche. La piscina es muy grande. El restaurante es muy difícil de comer, a excepción del desayuno, se recomienda traer sus propios bocadillos en Túnez.

Hotel perfecto para descansar. La piscina es el centro de todo, con su barra que funciona muy bien; lo malo es que para conseguir una buena hamaca tienes que bajar antes de las 8h y poner tu toalla. La playa está justo detrás, y con hamacas también del hotel; está menos concurrida y suele haber sitio, lo malo es que, como en todo el Mediterráneo, el agua tiene suciedad. La comida variada y además con platos autóctonos, que se agradece. Los desayunos fantásticos con preparaciones de tortilllas, churros y tortitas in situ. Además, en recepción fueron muy amables y nos permitieron hacer el check-out más tarde sin coste, un detalle. También se puede salir por el paseo de la playa sin problemas y a la ”medina” que está muy cerca. Un hotel para repetir en un destino demasiado caluroso en verano y con unas conexiones aéreas con Europa que espero mejoren.

El peor alojamiento de mi vida. No corresponde para nada con un hotel de 5 estrellas. Las habitaciones tienen grandes carencias a nivel de mantenimiento (marcos de las puertas con grietas y separados de la pared, pintura desconchada en zonas del dormitorio, el retrete perdía agua) y faltan amenities propios de un hotel de 5 estrellas ( gorro de ducha, bastoncillos de oídos, costurero....) En la piscina sólo hay un baño para hombres y otro para mujeres. En la playa no hay ni baño ni duchas. En el restaurante principal tendrás sitio reservado para tus comidas si has dado una propina al camarero. En caso contrario, es la ley de la selva.... Un pequeño comedor para más de 900 huéspedes en el que hay que arm**** de paciencia para conseguir asiento y esperar hasta 15 minutos a que traigan platos. En el desayuno removerás tu café con un palito de madera, no hay cucharillas de café!!! El postre o helado, también lo tomarás con una cucharita de madera, las de verdad te las podrán previo pago de la propina. El personal, pues como las cucharillas, si les das propina (diaria) , serás el rey. En caso contrario, un simple bulto. Los únicos que son agradables, atentos y profesionales (sin previo pago) son los camareros del Lobby Bar, bar de la piscina y de la playa. A pesar de la prohibición de reservar tumbonas en la piscina o playa antes de las 8.00, no se respeta ni se toman medidas al respecto. Madruga o trasnocha, tendrás sitio. La limpieza de las habitaciones deja mucho que desear. Y lo que terminó de arruinar nuestra estancia fue que sufrimos un robo en nuestra habitación. Al no funcionar la caja fuerte, dejamos nuestro dinero en una cartera en un bolsillo inrerior de una maleta y ésta, a su vez, dentro de otra. Después de pasar el día fuera, regresamos a la habitación y notamos que la ropa que estaba encima de la maleta había sido manipulada. Nos faltaban 250 € y un paquete de cigarrillos. Fuimos a la recepción y el jefe de recepción vino con personal de seguridad y mantenimiento para revolver todas nuestras pertenencias para comprobar que no se nos habían ”olvidado” en ninguna parte del dormitorio. Obviamente no! No nos ofrecieron ninguna solución y también se negaron a llamar a la policía. En estos momentos todavía nos quedan 3 días de estancia aquí y veremos si nos dan alguna solución.... Resumiendo, evitad alojaros en este hotel

El hotel está muy bien situado, muy bien situado y muy bien situado. Hasdrubal Thalasso Hammamet is one of the oldest hotels in Hammamet, and while it may show signs of age, I was pleasantly surprised by the overall cleanliness, large room, and charm it offered. The hotel's aging exterior might not be the most visually appealing due to lack of maintenance, but once inside, I found the interior well-maintained and quite nice. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was commendable, which greatly contributed to a comfortable stay. I wanted to add that it was enjoyable but events which happened during my stay destroyed my enjoyment. Despite its age, this hotel manages to retain a certain charm,unfortunately some staff is  friendly but some other staff's demeanor adds to the negative experience. My recent visit to the à la carte restaurant was marred by an unfortunate incident that left a lasting negative impression. While I had initially looked forward to enjoying a pleasant dining experience, what I witnessed was completely unexpected and unacceptable. During my time at the restaurant, someone decided to engage in public urination, which was not only unsanitary but also highly disrespectful to the establishment and its patrons. Such behavior is entirely inappropriate and should not occur in any public setting, especially a place where people come to enjoy their meals. I believe it is the responsibility of the restaurant staff to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all customers. In this case, it appeared that the staff either failed to notice or address the situation promptly. This incident significantly detracted from what could have otherwise been an enjoyable meal. Kamel the server was informed and witnessed the incident but didn't do anything. I hope that the restaurant takes measures to improve its security and staff training to prevent such incidents in the future, ensuring that customers can dine without experiencing such discomfort. I must say I was quite disappointed with the level of customer service provided by the receptionist Ghada. While the hotel itself had a luxurious ambiance, the receptionist's attitude was much to be desired. I had hoped for a warm and welcoming experience when I was asking for change, but instead, I was met with a receptionist who was not nice at all. She appeared disinterested, and her demeanor came across as unfriendly. It's essential for a hotel of this caliber to have staff who make guests feel valued and appreciated whatever they're wearing or whatever they look like, but unfortunately, that was not my experience, no smile, no eye contact, not even being regarded as a customer.  Yes that was Ghada who forgot the meaning of the word receptionist. I believe that the front desk staff play a crucial role in setting the tone for a guest's stay, and in this case, it left a negative impression. I hope the hotel management takes note of this and addresses the issue to ensure that future guests have a more pleasant experience with this lady and others like h
