泳池不錯，客房床是兩床拼一起的，服務和早餐一般般，設施一般般，就泳池比較漂亮

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are spacious but cosy and the dressing gowns they provide are so so comfortable!! Pillows are fluffy and bed was perfect. The garden is so lovely to walk through. The beach is just divine and the infinity pool in front of the beach is heavenly. Great facilities - gym has everything you need, indoor pool was warm! The spa is lovely and the ladies there provide the most relaxing service and are so friendly. Monia was especially kind and funny! I went back for a second massage package because the first was so good :) The Sheherazade restaurant is fab. Such an amazing choice of food, and I loved that they alternated between buffet and a La carte as it made the evenings feel more varied and special compared to other hotels. The staff were so friendly at every breakfast and dinner. It really felt like they went above and beyond to make guests feel special (and to chat to me and make sure I was okay, which I really appreciated as a solo traveller). They also have a good sense of humour and were always encouraging me to have a second dessert which was great haha. The whole team was amazing and I wish I’d spent more time learning everyone’s names better, but a Big shout out to Hafedh, who made every meal a pure joy and made me laugh countless times. The employees are what makes this place so special. Everyone was so kind and thoughtful, and no request was too much! They created a really lovely atmosphere and went above and beyond. For example, at the beach club, one day when it was cold and windy, the lovely Hassen set up a space for me to lay down inside and soak up the sunshine through the glass! :) he was also very kind and chatty, and had so many interesting stories to tell! The days at the beach bar flew by thanks to him. The reception team are also great - as a solo traveller I a really appreciated how chatty and welcoming they were - especially Habib. I came away feeling so relaxed and am looking forward to booking another trip to the Sindbad next year. The only suggestion for improvement is to have kettles in the rooms - i had to ask for hot water, which they were happy to deliver through room service so it was not a big issue, but it would have been nice to make tea whenever I fancied, like at other hotels. The plug in my bath also didn’t work. But otherwise, a perfect week! Location: very close to the old town - walking distance along the beach. Feels very safe. Is easy to get into Tunis for the day and there are good hikes nearby. I also did the organised horse riding excursion through the hotel which was amazing.

What an amazing hotel with the friendliest of staff, felt like i was living a life of luxury, really taken care of, the food and service at the restaurants especially Sheherazade was truly excellent felt like I was at a Michelin star restaurant, amazing would love to come here again in the summer

Ramzi (General Manager) is a top tier manager, he is very hospitable and can deal with complex requests with ease. I stayed here back in December 2022 and return a year later with 27 members of my family for dinner and had an amazing family meal that we all keep dear in our hearts. All of the beach bar staff (especially Fawzi) are awesome and always smiling. I always pay a visit when I’m in Hammamet

Amazing service with hassen and the staff! Loved everything. Great scenery, food and weather. Staff were very helpful also. Would definitely recommend. Make sure to visit the spa and beach club! Great variety of food and restaurant within the resort. We had a great time with the tour guides from the hotel as they showed us tunis and other local areas.

The Sindbad Hotel provided every comfort possible.  We stayed half board and enjoyed the whole fortnight's stay.  We had the choice of two pools or the beach to laze around on - all with bars and a selection of hot or cold food.  The service was incredibly efficient and helpful with all needs catered for.  Special thanks go to Hassem from the Infinity Pool Bar for his attentiveness. The rooms were spacious and immaculate and there were fresh flowers on arrival and the accommodation smelt wonderful.  Our housekeeper, Leila, went above and beyond to ensure we had all comforts including robes, slippers, keeping our complimentary toiletries replenished and shaped the towels into different shapes every day using petals to decorate. The Djinn Bar was one of our favourite watering holes and Saleem and Ridah from the bar could not be faulted for their friendliness and service.  Again they went above and beyond, explaining the various local beverages. The restaurants were excellent and special thanks go to Naim, Mohamed, Wael and the head waiter Samir.  The personalities shone through and each of them had a good sense of humour.  Every breakfast and dinner they had our tables laid out according to our preferences and became familiar with our patterns.  Nothing was too much for them and was always done with a smiling face.   In addition to this, although we were digital and did not have a rep assigned, Tui Rep Eva visited us several times during the stay to orientate us and make sure we were enjoying our stay.  This was really appreciated by us and we also kept in touch via Whatsapp so she could let us know when she was visiting the hotel.  She joined us for refreshments in the Moon Bar on Tuesdays where Ramsey, the outstanding hotel manager met all the guests for cocktails and nibbles.  Ramsey was very approachable and made himself available at all times. Overall a fantastic stay and we will be back again next year - maybe even upgrading to a suite which looked even more luxurious.

By far the nicest hotel in Hammamet. Lush gardens, wonderful pools, a fantastic beach right on the beautiful bay of Hammamet. Above all it’s a very, very friendly hotel. All the staff - that’s been with the hotel for many years - even throughout the pandemic - is extremely friendly and polite. It’s a pleasure to be stay at this hotel. Especially with young children. The kids literally fell in love with some of the staff - especially Murat. I can’t imagine much better run hotels in Tunesia.
