Hotel increíble y ubicación increíble. El spa también era genial. El personal fue excelente y amable. El único problema que tuve fue que una de las limpiadoras robó dinero que dejé en la habitación. Regresé a la habitación 2 minutos después y me sorprendió ver que el dinero no estaba. Cuando lo reporté, me dijeron que la empleada pensó que el dinero era una propina, pero como el dinero estaba escondido, ¿cómo pudo pensar eso? Los gerentes y la recepcionista insistieron en que ella tomó el dinero porque pensó que era una propina, pero era prácticamente imposible que pensara eso, especialmente sabiendo cómo lo escondí. También grabé un video del incidente. También me amenazaron con llamar a la policía porque no querían que me quejara del incidente en el vestíbulo para que otros clientes lo escucharan. No creo que hubieran logrado nada con eso porque fui víctima de un robo. Me ofrecieron un gesto de cortesía de un masaje gratis o vino y frutas. Yo quería otro gesto porque ya había pagado un masaje y ya había comprado mi propio vino. Quería que me trasladaran al aeropuerto cuando fuera hora de irme, pero se negaron. Les pedí que incluyeran el desayuno, pero se negaron. Así que tuve que conformarme con un masaje de 20 minutos. El masaje estuvo bien, eso sí. Aparte del robo, todo lo demás fue estupendo. Había un recepcionista que fue un poco grosero. La recepcionista fue muy amable. Un hotel genial, sin duda volvería, ¡solo me aseguraré de llevar siempre mis objetos de valor conmigo!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent hotel! The property is brand new, spotless, and in a perfect location close to all major attractions in Antalya. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. A special thank you to Asmir from the housekeeping team for her kindness, professionalism, and warm attitude. She truly made my stay more comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again on my next visit to Antalya.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente. Todo es fácilmente accesible. Si necesita ir más lejos en la ciudad, hay una parada de taxis a 80 metros del hotel. La estructura y la arquitectura del hotel son muy interesantes y su diseño está muy bien pensado. Un patio verde con un paisaje bien diseñado. La piscina es muy cómoda. El sol está disponible de 10:00 a 18:00. La piscina se limpia y todos los tratamientos programados se realizan todas las mañanas. Hay una piscina en el patio bajo un toldo con equipo básico de ejercicio para quienes desean perder peso y mantenerse en forma. Intentan que el registro sea lo más rápido posible, incluso si llega temprano por la mañana. Con el registro temprano, esperábamos solo 30 minutos de limpieza de la habitación sin cargo adicional. Los desayunos son abundantes y variados. Hay una buena cafetera. Puede elegir un lugar para desayunar en el patio, en el restaurante o incluso en la terraza del hotel. La habitación se limpiaba a diario con mucho cuidado. Cambiamos toallas y zapatillas a diario. Como estamos en el casco antiguo, al anochecer se oyen los restaurantes y bares del puerto viejo y de otras calles, pero esto ocurre en todos los hoteles del casco antiguo. Pero este problema se soluciona rápidamente: basta con cerrar bien las ventanas. La vista desde nuestra habitación daba al puerto viejo. Muy pintoresca. Me gustó mucho el hotel; volveremos en nuestra próxima visita a Antalya.

Excellent resort hotel, located in a perfect location on lara beach, you can feel the warmth and professionalism of the staff from the moment you enter. Most of the people who come here are white, including family travelers, team building, and people who meet in the elevator or on the beach are friendly and usually gives you a ”hello”. There are fewer Asian faces, and I guess Asians may all take ”life photos” in Cappadocia, haha. Some of the facilities in the room are a bit outdated, but they do not affect usability at all. Choosing a sea view room allows you to see the snow mountains, the ocean, and the sunset just standing at the balcony. The hotel's restaurant, bar, and café are also available almost all day long, and sometimes I don't even want to leave the hotel. Next time I visit Antalya, I will definitely stay here for a few more days!

Akra Hotel in Antalya absolutely exceeded my expectations. The ocean views are stunning, the facilities are top-notch, and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay special. Everything from the breakfast buffet to the room design feels five-star. Perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and coastal vibes , I can’t wait to come back!

Creo que las instalaciones del hotel son especialmente buenas. El servicio de recepción por la noche es excelente, todos son muy amables, y la piscina también es muy buena. Si vuelvo a Turquía, volveré a reservar en este hotel.

Stayed for 4 nights and overall had a pleasant stay. The staff were lovely, especially Susu and Remzi, who were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned daily and the location was very convenient. However, I don’t feel this hotel meets a 5-star standard. Having stayed at many 5-star resorts, I would rate this closer to a 3–4 star. Check-in was from 2pm, but our rooms weren’t ready when we arrived and our triple room was only ready around 2:50pm. No one offered any help with our luggage when we arrived or when taking it to our rooms. The triple room was booked for 3 people, yet there were only 2 of everything apart from towels. My brother had no blanket or anything on the first night, and we mentioned to this to the cleaner the following day and she sorted it out. There was very little atmosphere during the day, with no music outside of animation times. There was only one lifeguard for two pools, baring in mind he cannot see the second pool from where he is seated. The beach also only had one lifeguard who was frequently absent. The food had plenty of options but was quite repetitive. The beach is public with a designated hotel area, but locals frequently came into the hotel’s sunbed section, so there was less privacy than expected. Overall, a very family-friendly hotel with lovely staff and a good location, but in my experience it does not feel like a 5-star resort.

This was our first family(6 of us)trip to Antalya and a great decision to stay at this hotel. It has excellent amenities with polite and courteous staff. It was also first time we’d taken the ‘All Inclusive’ option and were very pleased. As well as using the main restaurants, I would strongly recommend pre-booking (1 day in advance)other ala carte Mongolian,Mexican and Sushi restaurants.The food here is great with excellent service and is included in the all inclusive option.There are a couple of cafe’s that serve unlimited hot and cold drinks. The hotel is set on a large area with 3 outdoor swimming pools and own private beach area with beautiful gardens.They also have daily entertainment activities. I would also recommend use of other amenities such Sauna and Jacuzzi(again free).The rooms were spotlessly cleaned daily. It’s in a relatively quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the old bazar/city. Overall I would strongly recommend this hotel for value as we found it cheaper than other 5* hotels in the Lara beach area.

El City Live Hotel está en frente del gran centro comercial Terracity, super para una noche y un centro comercial en Antalya. El taxi está en frente y junto al hotel hay un restaurante, un centro de cambio está situado en la calle. El desayuno es en forma de bufete y en verano se puede llegar incluso a la piscina y al sol. El personal es amable y útil. En la habitación hay un sofá y espacio suficiente para 3 personas, ya que hay una cama sola y una cama doble. Las ventanas son simplemente flexibles y no hay balcón excepto en la suite junior. Sin embargo, se puede reservar una habitación para fumadores. El aire acondicionado también está en la habitación y las camas y los cojines son cómodos. Lo que fue difícil fue que usted tiene que esperar mucho tiempo para los ascensores, aunque hay dos. Este hotel es ideal para un viaje corto, se recomienda si no tienes grandes ideas y lo deseas limpio y cómodo y sólo para comprar en Antalya.
