Excelente hotel, ¡sin ninguna queja! ¡Todo es maravilloso, práctico y cómodo! ¡Gracias por cuidar de sus huéspedes! Un extra: ¡té con bollos a las 5 p. m. en el vestíbulo! La habitación es cómoda, las camas son cómodas y los baños están limpios. ¡El spa es limpio y cómodo!

They gave us a room that had very bad smell and there was technicians fixing things in the corridors. When I complained, they said they are fully booked and no other rooms available. They promised they will clean the room and fix the smell issue. They kept us waiting at the reception for an hour. When we returned to the room. Nothing has changed. I made a big escalation and that’s when they gave me another clean room with no smell. I lost my first half day at the hotel as I checked in at the room around 6:30pm.

Been coming to Turkey for years and although a lot of hotels state they are 5 star they usually don’t live up to the quality of a 4 star in the UK.  This place advertised as 4 star and it compares to that of a high end 4 star in the UK, Brilliant little place! Washing machine/dryer, cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Large Tv in living room and bedroom with Netflix and YouTube , a health spa with sauna, pool, gym and steam room, they have thought of everything.  The whole place is very modern and classy.  Staff were friendly and helpful, I would stay here again for sure.  If I had to say anything negative it would be the breakfast which I would say don’t bother about.  It was a choice of croissants and pastries and a hot drink and although it tasted nice,  it was very limited.  But there is supermarkets close by so I just bought breakfast to cook.  Really happy with my stay. Modern hotel , clean , massive outdoor swimming pool , indoor swimming pool , sauna , steam room, all included in price , We went all-inclusive they offered breakfast from 7am till 10am then a late breakfast from 10am till 11am Lunch was served from 12.30pm till 2.30pm plenty of selections from crossaints , toast , cereals all your meats ham , chicken, omelette freshly prepared sausages, even the traditional Turkish delight, the hotel had a range of foods, dinner had cooking stations different food every day roast chicken , lamb donner meat , pasta station, chicken skewers, grilled chicken , meatballs chips soups lots of selections and a range of desserts from cheese cake, Swiss rolls , fruit apples bananas oranges , choclate mouses Also supper consists of a range of soups with breads pancakes , list goes on , There was a diet menu with salads , also coffee and cake is avalaible at 3pm till 4pm I'm bar area , The bar is free drinks from 10am till 11pm excellent service cocktails included , only do half pints though found that strange , Table service drinks were always topped up didn't need to queue at bar and they were so friendly and a great staff team restaurant staff bringing water to the table , Reception is open 24 hours , security on gates only hotel guests allowed in , they offered a spa on site very expensive loads of better value else where , there is a shop on site , also taxi rank is outside cost £18 in taxi from airport to hotel and £12 back from the rank plenty of bars and restaurants and shopping centres in area and dentists if looking for work Lovely views of sea and mountains ,

El hotel no tenía mucho, pero podía aprovechar las instalaciones del hotel principal en la calle era agradable. Desafortunadamente, la parte de la playa se cerró debido a la construcción y por supuesto siempre se obtendrá gente egoísta reservando sillas de piscina primera cosa en la mañana, por lo que fue difícil encontrar un buen lugar a menos que se fue justo después del desayuno

Akra Hotel in Antalya absolutely exceeded my expectations. The ocean views are stunning, the facilities are top-notch, and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay special. Everything from the breakfast buffet to the room design feels five-star. Perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and coastal vibes , I can’t wait to come back!

This review is from a Turkish speaking Tourist : Things I didn’t like : 1. The BUFFET is not worth it at all for a 5 Star Hotel = honestly it is very underwhelming, there aren’t many Turkish specialities and the desserts are truly just filled with SUGAR. The Coffee was extremely disappointing, it was essentially just hot water with a small coffee earthy aftertaste. Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER. As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday. The rest of the week is simply generic food. 2. The staff “helping” customers book day trips and taxis is fully SCAMMING foreign customers = I asked this man to help me book a boat trip to SULUADA and he said it would cost me 60€/person. Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement. I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception. 3. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center all close at 8 pm. There is essentially nothing to do at the hotel after 8 😅 4. The Hotel clients is essentially made up of 90% RUSSIAN speakers haha I have never seen more Russians in my life, that’s not a truly bad thing just preparing you that the hotel really is trying to accommodate the Russian clientele as much as possible 😅 GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE HOTEL : 1. Maybe because I was a Turkish speaker = the staff (beside the lying salesman haha) was very kind, very much the Turkish warmth and inviting culture. Very much appreciated. 2. For alcohol drinkers, the bar is unlimited if you book the all inclusive pass. 3. The outdoor pool is nice. 4. The check in and checkout process is very simple, but could be also because I speak turkish. 5. There are a few little supermarkets if you want snacks like ice creams, also beautiful walking roads along the beach.

+great location +good food +warm swimming pool +clean environment +free bikes to explore the beach area -using Starbucks drinks ads at the bar - but that is a simple coffee machine coffee with some syrups -I was several time told that that is not a family hotel with kids entertainment. That is not their focus. But they have disco for kids and other activities but every time entertainment managers tell us they got less then 3 kids for the activity so they can’t have that activity according to the rules, but I see families with kids still coming to the activity area and they got the same answer “Sorry small amount of kids”, so there were many kids in the hotel willing to join any sort of activities. Seems that managers are not willing to have any activities for kids at all. But again they told me that I don’t understand their concept.

”Fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly welcoming, the rooms spotless, perfect location, and excellent service – the only issue was the weak wifi signal in the room. highly recommend this hotel.

No muy satisfecho con el tamaño de la habitación y otros servicios. Reservé mi habitación con desayuno y cena incluidos. Establecer el desayuno con un mínimo de extensión. La cena también se preparó con solo tres opciones para elegir.
