Very fashionable and stylish decoration with friendly staffs (both receptions and the room services.) Bottled water and Nespresso pods are complimentary and are replenished on a daily basis. Very nice panoramic view at the rooftop gym, which features cycling, treadmills, and free weights. Rooms are clean and cozy, with everything you need provided. The bar’s menu looks good with fairly priced offers. But unfortunately I didn’t have a spare meal for it as you can find tons of delicious restaurant in the city. Btw, transport is very convenient, with two major bus stops just around 5 mins walk and then you can literally get anywhere in the city.

Excelente hotel, muy buena ubicación, personal encantador, muy atento y desayuno de calidad. Con muchos detalles para sentirse como en casa. Muy recomendable, si regreso a Belgrado volveré con seguridad a este hotel.

¡Me encantó el hotel! La piscina y las saunas son estupendas, grandes y limpias. Los desayunos son deliciosos, con prosecco y también hay opciones dietéticas. Las habitaciones están limpias y las camas son cómodas. Se tarda entre 10 y 15 minutos en taxi hasta el centro de la ciudad. Todo es muy práctico, ¡lo recomiendo! Un hotel maravilloso y, lo mejor de todo, huele deliciosamente a incienso. Intenté encontrarle algún defecto, pero no encontré casi nada. ¡Vayan con total confianza!

Удобное местоположение гостиницы, достойные завтраки с вкусными свежевыжатыми соками, персонал приветливый за исключением высокого с плотным телосложением работника на ресепшен с бородой на ресепшен (слева), который при регистрации нахамил и повышал голос.

We were a family of four, 2 adults, one six year old and one 1 year old baby, apartment served us well, and we managed to cook something simple the next morning. Everything was nice and clean. The location was good because of a good sized grocery story at walking distance. Only issue was that the entrance isn’t clearly marked, we parked our car and unloaded a bunch of suitcases at one entrance only to find out that that entrance that has the Novel Inn logo is locked and unmonitored. We had to walk around the building to discover the proper entrance, go back to reload our suitcase into the car, drive around to the other side and unload again, a bit annoying when you’ve been traveling for 18 hours and having arrived late at night with a kid and a baby. All in all it was nice and comfortable and they even gave us a room upgrade and a baby cot free of of charge.

Sin duda, Bristol es actualmente la mejor opción para un hotel de lujo en Belgrado. El Square Nine es caro, y el St. Regis, aunque similar, carece de carácter local. Este hotel insignia, desarrollado por inversores con sede en Dubái, también planea convertirse en una cadena internacional. A través de las numerosas ventanas de este edificio centenario (construido en 1912), se puede admirar el Waterfront, un edificio propiedad de la misma persona, que parece ser un reflejo de él. Similar a un hotel exclusivo para ejecutivos, el salón del vestíbulo ofrece bebidas fermentadas caseras, vinos serbios de cortesía, diversos licores y una selección de aperitivos. Hay cerveza local disponible en los minibares de las habitaciones. La pequeña biblioteca está decorada en un estilo francés suave con detalles de porcelana oriental; el centro de bienestar cuenta con una sauna moderna, y no hay separación de género, excepto en los vestuarios. Los tonos beige que se extienden desde el vestíbulo hasta las habitaciones, combinados con el rojo terciopelo, crean un ambiente sobrio pero elegante. Las sencillas tallas en los techos de las habitaciones realzan aún más la sensación de lujo. Hay bálsamo labial y un set completo de artículos de aseo Aesop disponibles, y la presión del agua de la ducha, excepcionalmente fuerte, es suficiente para eliminar el cansancio del viaje. Al haber abierto recientemente, no recibe muchos clientes chinos, pero si estás de paso, ¿por qué no probarlo?

The hotel room was great and the location I would say it’s super convenient but the problem is that they don’t refill the water and the tea besides the first day. I was very surprised when I called the receptionist and asked if they could bring water since the cleaning lady forgot to refill it but they say it’s only complimentary on the first day. That was shocking as it has been the first time ever to see this. Also when booking on trip.com you see that it says “Welcome Fruits” but the food only fruit I saw was at the reception on a bowl display. The ladies at the reception during the day they were amazing and super helpful but the men from the Night Shift are quite unfriendly. Overall I would recommend it but I would encourage the hotel to work on their complimentary water as it is nice to come back after sightseeing and drink some bottle water.

Останавливалась в этом отеле на несколько дней. Хочу отдельно выделить три сильные стороны: 1. Персонал. Это главное достоинство отеля! На ресепшене всегда встречали с улыбкой, быстро отвечали на все вопросы.Видно, что люди действительно любят свою работу и заботятся о гостях. Огромное спасибо за гостеприимство и внимательное отношение! 2. Завтрак. Завтраки просто отличные! Большой выбор: были и яичницы/омлеты , свежие овощи, и качественные сыры, колбасы, выпечка.  3. Номер. В номере (стандартный двухместный) было все, что нужно: удобная кровать, чистое белье, современный санузел, хороший душ. Вся техника (чайник, кофемашина)работала исправно. Чистота и порядок — на пятерку. Никаких нареканий. Расположение тоже очень удобное-в шаговой доступности к достопримечательностям. Однозначно рекомендую этот отель и с радостью остановлюсь здесь в следующий раз! Спасибо за приятный отдых!

Very nice and helpful staff, especially at the spa and valet sections. Super nice spa and gym area with access to the 25m pool, sauna, and hammam included in the booking. The hotel has a kind of old-fashioned and old-money look to it, bathing in history, and so as one could expect from such, it could use a bit of renovation here and there. It really is a good and well-deserved 4-star hotel for sure, for Western European standards. But overall, we had a very pleasant stay, with a very nice breakfast to start off the day. For sure, an unbeatable value for money for such a great hotel in Belgrade.I will 100% come back and recommend this hotel, either for leisure or even for work trips.

Изначально пришел по адресу, подошел на ресепшен где мне дали ватсап человека который перенаправил меня на другой адрес. На почту до заселения мне не отвечали, в ватсапе по прибытию отвечали быстро. Апартаменты удобные, все нужное есть внутри. Но у меня просили больше денег, чем было написано в брони, пришлось разбираться с поддержкой трип.ком и владельцем в чате ватсап. В последний день пробивания сошлись на сумме которая прописана в брони. Отопление было плохое в начале апреля 2025. Никаких принадлежностей для уборки комнаты не было.
