La habitación es agradable. Todo completo con tamaño de cama de rey con sofá largo, mesa de oficina y sillas, y también tiene otra silla. Limpia y acogedora. El único consentimiento es el tipo de piso de ladrillo de baño es un poco deslizante. Necesita ser muy cuidadoso.

Hotel room is big, just the bed is too high for short people. After I checked in to the room, the hotel staff ring the bell and straight away open my room, luckily I got locked from inside and the door can’t fully open by the staff. I used to stay more than 30 nights in hotel every year and this was the first time I experienced this issue.

It’s a super nice vacation home, just like staying in Bali itself. Lots of eateries around the location. We love it so much!

HARGA BILIK & PENDAFTARAN MASUK Kebiasaannya harga bilik di Hotel The Lisbon sekitar RM 300± tapi bila dapat harga RM183± tanpa sarapan di Trip.com memang berbaloi. Urusan pendaftaran sangat cepat, mesra dan mudah. Tidak seperti hotel kebiasaan, staf receptionist The Lisbon memang wajar dipuji kerana bila kita sampai di kaunter, mereka dah standby siap kad bilik dan borang yg perlu diisi dalam satu folder plastik, jadi hanya perlu mention nama penuh, mereka terus beri borang utk diisi dan bayar RM5 utk heritage charge. Tiada deposit yg mahal lagi mengarut dikenakan. BILIK Sesuai dengan harga, bilik lengkap dengan katil berserta tilam yg empuk. TV ada Netflix, Youtube, AppleTV, Prime and so on. Juga lengkap dgn iron, coffee corner, hair dryer, safety box, bath robe dan tuala. Tidak lupa utk buat Muslim, sejadah ada disediakan di sini. Namun sayang sekali utk toilet, tiada botol kecil syampu utk dibawa balik sbg kenangan dan saya ada request complimentary deco for anniversary yg ringkas spt deco tuala tapi mungkin pihak mereka terlepas pandang email permintaan saya tapi The Lisbon menebus silap terlepas pandang dengan beri sarapan percuma utk 2 org SARAPAN Banyak pilihan sarapan yg tersedia meskipun dihidang dalam kuantiti yg kurang sedikit mungkin berdasarkan faktor bilangan tetamu. Namun, wajar dipuji kerana banyak pilihan dan sedap. Bagi mereka ada anak kecil, jangan terlepas pandang seksyen makanan utk anak² ada disediakan siap dengan kertas lukisan mewarna jika anak² bosan. PERSEKITARAN Cantik, ada kolam renang yg luas utk dewasa dan kanak². klasik sinonim dengan nama The Lisbon Melaka. Tapi mungkin kekangan atau kekurangan manpower, jadi ada few tempat agak kelihatan semak Overall, The Lisbon Melaka boleh menjadi hotel mesra keluarga jika The Lisbon kekal menjaga kualiti sampai bila². El hotel es grande, limpio y bien mantenido. Puedes caminar fácilmente desde el hotel hasta el centro turístico. O coger un coche barato. La piscina es grande y bonita y buena para relajarse o tomar el sol. La habitación es grande y tiene mucho espacio. La cama era grande y muy cómoda. El baño también era enorme. ¡Tenía una ducha separada y un jacuzzi! Muuuy agradable para desestresarse en el jacuzzi. ¡Tenía un refrigerador que funcionaba estupendamente y que realmente mantenía los alimentos fríos! ¡Las toallas eran bonitas y realmente suaves! El agua estaba caliente con mucha presión. ¡Vale la pena!

Volví a este hotel porque el desayuno se sirve hasta el mediodía. El servicio conveniente y las amplias instalaciones también fueron razones para mi regreso. Lo más importante es que hay un paseo de madera junto al hotel que me encanta. Allí hay pantanos, y las vistas al río son hermosas, con muchos peces e incluso grandes lagartos que a veces suben a la orilla y asustan a la gente; si no miras bien, podrías pensar que son cocodrilos. Está cerca de la Old Street, pero sin su bullicio, es un lugar muy tranquilo y relajante. El hotel también ofrece un barco para ir a la Old Street. Si no quieres lidiar con el tráfico en la Old Street, puedes tomar el ferry o caminar por el sendero junto al río. En el camino, puedes visitar el Museo de Zheng He para aprender sobre su flota y sus grandes hazañas marítimas.

Reservé dos habitaciones de lujo con cama king size para dos adultos y dos adolescentes, ya que no necesitaba sala de estar (habitación adicional con sofá). Solicité habitaciones comunicadas, pero me dijeron que debían reservarse con una suite familiar (una habitación con sala de estar) y una habitación estándar. Desventajas: Las habitaciones son bastante antiguas. Las puertas no cierran bien. Hay que asegurarse de que estén completamente cerradas cada vez. ¡Los ascensores son lentos y muy calientes! ¡No hay ventilación cuando el ascensor está lleno! ¡Los pasillos no tienen aire acondicionado! El aire acondicionado de la habitación debe estar al máximo. Ventajas: Ubicación muy conveniente. Hay muchos restaurantes buenos cerca y frente al hotel. Cottage Spices (comida nonya), Hock Kee Gift Shop, Ee Ji Ban (arroz con pollo), etc. A 15 minutos a pie de Jonker, a 5 minutos de centros comerciales y de la estación de autobuses de Hatten. Bonita vista al mar desde la piscina. Servicio de habitaciones rapidísimo por parte del equipo de limpieza cuando pedí más agua mineral, papel higiénico y gel de ducha. Limpieza diaria 👍👍👍, pero por favor, toquen antes de entrar a la habitación cuando estemos dentro, ya que no colgamos el cartel de ”limpiar habitación” y el personal entró igual 😮😮😮😮 Precio asequible: 302 $ por 3 noches en 2 habitaciones de lujo con cama king.

Place is very clean, maybe because the hotel is new. Facilities are in very good condition. We drive so we do not mind the location, and there are shopping and F&B within both walking and driving distances. However, we booked for 4, only received 2 bottles of water, 2 towels and 2 dental kits. We had to call for the balance which took an hour to be sent to the room. 1 toilet roll was given for the entire family which was also insufficient. This took another half an hour to be sent to us. We tried to offer to collect, but was told housekeeping will send. Aircon compressor was situated right next to room wall, so we were hearing the compressor going on and off the entire night. There's construction nearby but no noise pollution, probably due to it being a weekend. Do note that public can use the lift up to rooms level as well, access card is not required to unlock the room levels. Hotel lobby was extremely hot in the afternoon as it faced the west. There were no curtains or blinds that could be used to shield the staff and guests from the blinding sun. Looking forward to the hotel improving on its service levels and lobby comfort.

Overall, the experience was acceptable the ocation was convenient about a 10-15 minute ride to the city centre, which made getting around quite easy. However, there were several issues during our stay Cleanliness: We noticed some smallinsects on the floor. While it didn't significantly affect aur stay, it would be better if the rooms could be more thoroughly checked and cleaned. Customer Service: All communication had to be done online through WhatsApp, as there was no face-to-face front desk service. This was quite unconventional and sometimes made things less convenient when we needed assistance urgently. Room Equipment: One of the air conditioners in our room kept switching on and off by itself and wasn't functioning properly. Even more concerning, the hairdryer had a short circuit, produced a burning smell, and even sparked flames. This was a frightening experience, and although it was eventually replaced, waiting a full day for such a serious issue was very disappointing.
