入住時，是兩大一小，前台小妹很勉為其難的送了我們一個價值38的早餐，所以要表揚一下寫個好評。 這是本次假期旅行的最後一站嗯，定的時候被環境吸引，想不慌不忙的喝個茶拍個照，結果在清明上河圖耍晚了，到酒店晚上10點了，管家有熱情的等我們，房間準備小點心和一壺玉米漿床品舒適，被單柔軟。 酒店硬件環境沒的説，裝修用心，用色大膽，復古與時尚的對沖，但是到離店逛了一圈沒有看到大家説的負一樓收藏品，管家也沒有介紹。酒店外圍是個莊園，大環境也是很到位的，不過介意房產酒店的慎選啊。 軟件服務呢。。。確實很值得表揚，有踐行節約環保啊。。。碩大的房間衹有一個床頭有一盒抽紙，房間和衞生間兩頭有垃圾桶（隔着十萬八千里，讓愛衞生的我們被動運動），洗漱台沒有垃圾桶。。。洗漱間沒有插座無法第一時間享受戴森吹風機。。。房間有4瓶黃山礦泉水，因為我們玩了一天，太渴了，請管家多送幾瓶礦泉水到房間，管家很快的響應，用漂亮的愛馬仕黃口袋裝了4小瓶農夫山泉，讓我們電解質平衡。。。早餐配不上1000多的房價和環境，我們是山裡來的接受半自助定餐，但是太摳搜了吧，麪包5片放在餐盤中，問了管家等烤好的麪包都冷了才拿出了黃油和果醬，黃油是切片的很小一塊（説怕化），咖啡機壞了衹能做純咖啡，對不起dior杯子，餛燉還可以，發糕已經蒸太久了底子也化了。。。還有還有高檔環境的餐廳小管家看不上大胃客人啊，看到有其他客人來想要一碗餛燉，用大點的碗多煮點，管家各種溝通不暢不耐煩。 總的來説是好的酒店，希望更好，畢竟下次來橫店，我們還想住這的～😍😍👍👍👍

The hotel rooms are spacious and bright, with good soundproofing, allowing for a quiet and comfortable sleep every night. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, and the check-in process is quick and efficient. From booking to checkout, the staff provide thoughtful and professional service throughout. The breakfast selection is abundant, and meals can be customized according to personal taste, making you feel truly at home. It was a very satisfying stay!

Llevé a mis hijos al Hengdian World Studios durante las vacaciones de primavera y elegí este hotel con una puntuación de 4.7 en línea. Llegamos alrededor de las 8 de la noche, a unos 19 minutos en coche del Palacio Qinwang. El hotel tiene estacionamiento interno y la recepción procesó el check-in rápidamente. La habitación familiar era espaciosa, y a mi hijo le encantó dormir solo en el tatami. Los artículos de tocador eran de marcas específicas para niños. Lo único un poco extraño en la habitación era la cama Luohan frente al televisor; le daba un toque, pero no era práctica. Sentarse allí no permitía ver la televisión y bloqueaba la vista a los demás, un poco inútil. El desayuno tenía poca variedad, lo que fue una pequeña decepción. En general, la habitación familiar con desayuno a este precio sigue siendo una buena relación calidad-precio. Lo recomiendo.

We had a wonderful time at the this amazing place. The crew was really friendly and helpful. The bed and shower was great. We did BBQ at our balcony which was very conveniente. Breakfast was full of ingredients. Hot springs are relaxed and warm. Recomendamos enérgicamente el hotel Radisson, que se siente más allá de las expectativas. El entorno del hall es elegante y la atmósfera está limpia y la zona pública está limpia. El espacio de la habitación es amplio, la luz es buena y los detalles de la higiene no tienen un olor. La cama está muy cómoda y todas las instalaciones son muy buenas. El servicio es cuidadoso, el personal es amigable con las personas y hay problemas para lidiar con rapidez. La instalación es práctica y el ambiente de vida es bueno. El precio es razonable, la calidad global en línea, puede vivir tranquilamente. Wonderful Stay, Highly Recommend! My family and I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect – just a short walk to Dream Bund, which made it so easy to explore. The hotel is spotless, and the rooms are comfortable, making it a great choice for families. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect during our stay. There are many restaurants nearby, offering a wide variety of dining options, so we never had trouble finding a good place to eat. The special price for Dream Bund tickets was an added bonus, which made our visit even better. We felt that this hotel provided excellent value for the price. My family absolutely loved it here, and we’ll definitely stay again the next time we visit Hengdian!

I stayed here for 3 nights specifically for sightseeing in Hengdian, and it was a wonderful choice. The staff are incredibly friendly and have a very strong service mind, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. The room was very clean and fully stocked with all the facilities you might need, including a hair dryer and toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The location is excellent—only about 3–4 miles away from Hengdian World Studios. Plus, there is a very convenient, budget-friendly BBQ spot right across the street! If I have the chance to visit Hengdian again, I will definitely stay here.

Malay Malaysian guest here😍 I stayed here for two nights as I was visiting Hengdian. overall I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was very satisfying, the room n toilet were well maintained. The bathroom came with basic amenities like slippers, toothbrush, towels, and a floor mat. The shower, sink, and both hot and cold water worked perfectly. The room was also well equipped with a kettle, cups, and some sachets (possibly coffee or tea). The TV and air conditioning were both functioning well, which made the stay comfortable. One of the best things about this hotel is definitely the location. It’s situated along Wansheng Street, which is very lively and happening at night. You can easily walk around as everything is nearby, plenty of shops, restaurants, and even a pharmacy right in front of the hotel. For Muslim travelers like us, this location is especially convenient as there is a halal restaurant (qingzhen) just across the hotel, making it very easy to find halal food. The receptionist was also very helpful and friendly. Even though there was a language barrier, they still tried their best to communicate and assist us. Another great facility is the laundry room near the lobby. It’s very convenient, with 2 washing machines, a dryer, a steam iron n even detergent provided. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, facilities, and especially its strategic location✨✨✨✨✨

Nearby to Hengdian Television Studios !! I love this hotel so much and wish to stay again next time . Bed is super comfy and got a free upgrade by the hotel. Hotel is very clean and convenient to take didi everywhere .

Este B&B está ubicado en la ciudad con un hermoso entorno. Realmente superó mis expectativas. Tiene una ubicación estratégica y transporte conveniente.
