太讚了，是土耳其之行全程最滿意的酒店，非常推薦！
酒店絕美，藍白色調配上三角梅，緊挨着愛琴海，很有氛圍。房間超大，陽台也很大，入住第一天房間裏就放了滿滿的歡迎水果甜品，還有一瓶紅酒，真的太有誠意了！
早餐也超棒，餐廳在海邊，吃完直接去海灘曬太陽，幹毛巾、飲料隨時預備，浪漫度拉滿。
服務人員熱情友好，幫我們叫出租車，還幫忙和司機溝通，省了很多事。

We had a very nice experience overall in this resort, as a family with a toddler, and recomand it. Beach and views are great, rooms are very big, breakfast was rich and fresh, the client relations manager (Mr Serhat) and the beach staff, including buggy drivers, very professional and prompt. The only minus for us was the a la carte restaurant, where the quality of services and taste of dishes left a lot to be desired. Luckily, Bodrum Marina and downtown was easily accesibile from this resort, so we could have better choices by dining in town.

The most luxurious and comfiest place to stay with family and at your honeymoon. We loved the bed and bathroom. Loved the breakfast. Loved the hotel service. Loved the welcoming staff. Loved everything. Serhat, the manager, is the best and a great host.

We had an amazing experience at Kaya Palazzo! The service was incredible. Special shout out to Serhat, who was so helpful during our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean and beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious. By the end of our stay, the chef knew when we were coming and made us special dishes, even though it was a buffet. They clearly really care at Kaya Palazzo. We stayed at Lujo before, but can honestly say that we enjoyed our experience at Kaya Palazzo much more.

One of the best resort I have ever visited. Best hospitality by d staff specifically SEHRAT was so helpful n cooperative. Enjoyed our 25 wedding anniversary. Would love to visit again in future. Good location, delicious breakfast with lots of variety

The hotel and service were excellent. The staff were very attentive making sure we had everything we needed. Their beach was gorgeous and private, it is a walk depending where your room is but they have buggies to shuttle you around the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and the swim up pool was nice. The food was good.

We were here on couples getaway for a few days in September 23 ! Well equipped property. Entertainment provided on weekly bases. Great staff ! Great Service ! Great food ! Great location ! Will be back soon !

The bedding was very comfortable and the breakfast had excellent options with variety in the kinds of cheese, oils and other detailing . The service was superb with very warm staff and always ready to help. Mr Serhat was very very nice to us
