El peor hotel en el que he estado nunca. Tiene un total de 0 estrellas. Para empezar, tuvieron que cambiarnos de habitación porque había una hilera de hormigas por toda la pared campando a sus anchas en la habitación. Cuando contamos en recepción lo que pasaba, nos ofrecieron esperar al día siguiente a que pasara el equipo de limpieza...finalmente nos alojaron en otra habitación del otro edificio. La primera habitación era muy amplia, aunque no había ducha ni bañera, solo una cortina con una manguera de ducha...En la segunda habitación, cuando te duchabas, se salía el agua por debajo de la bañera inundando la habitación por completo. No había "equipo de limpieza". Había una persona que llamaba a la habitación y literalmente decía "I'm cleaning" y pasaba a la habitación a "limpiar"...se ve que el concepto de limpiar que tenemos nosotros es diferente al suyo. Lo único que hicieron fue cambiarnos las toallas un día. Ninguno de los días nos hicieron las camas o barrieron la habitación. La comida es pésima. Todos los días había prácticamente lo mismo, todo con el mismo sabor. Las personas del comedor casi no hablan inglés y es muy difícil comunic**** con ellos. Así que tengan cuidado si tienen alguna alergia porque no van a saber si lo que comen lleva o no ese ingrediente. Todo es muy lento en el hotel. Lo único bueno es que está al lado de un supermarket y hay varios restaurantes al lado. Todo lo malo está en este hotel. No vayan.

Very nice hotel. What I liked most was the staff. They are always positive and responsive. The sea is five minutes from the hotel, a very comfortable location. In addition, there are supermarkets, restaurants, shops nearby. I also liked that the hotel has a gym. This is a big plus for us. The food was good and tasty, as were the drinks at the bar. The bed in the room was very comfortable, which is important for a good sleep. In general, the hotel is clean, we also visited the pool, there are no problems with cleanliness. I recommend this hotel. I’m sure we’ll come again if possible.

For the third year now, we have been happy to come to the Shipka Hotel. And every time our vacation turns out better than the previous one. This time we arrived in May, it was very comfortable for us. The sea is still cold, but the hotel has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, so we really enjoyed the trip. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. It’s very pleasant to communicate with them, they will definitely help you with everything. The food is really very good. We liked. The room is clean, comfortable with a very beautiful view from the balcony. Everything you need for a good holiday. We sincerely thank the management and staff of the hotel for their excellent work!

We visited this hotel two summers and we will definitely come a third time! Everything is at a high level, good and tasty food, various drinks, the rooms are clean and comfortable, very beautiful view from the balcony. The staff is very polite and friendly. The reception staff happily helped us find an excursion to Nessebar. We are very grateful to them! In addition, the sea in Golden Sands is very pleasing - clean and warm, an excellent option not only for young people, but also for families. Near the hotel there is also everything you need: shops, supermarkets, cafes, pharmacy, currency exchange. The hotel itself has two swimming pools, a jacuzzi, a sauna, and a fitness center. We used all of this and were very pleased! We thank all the hotel staff for their excellent work and high quality of service!

Thanks to all the staff and management for organizing this vacation! Everything was at a high level for a democratic price. We were very worried about the transfer to the airport, due to the fact that the travel company didn`t ansswer to us, and the reception staff kindly helped with this. The double room was comfortable and clean. We had All Inclusive, so we were able to enjoy full meals and bar. The children were very happy with the pool. We recommend this hotel!

We really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! We visited Bulgaria for the first time as a family and were very satisfied. Clean, beautiful sea, great weather, nice people and, of course, we were very lucky with the choice of hotel! We had a room with a great view from the terrace, it was very spacious and comfortable, the room has everything you need. Satisfied with the work of all employees, from the cleaners and kitchen to the reception. The girls at the reception helped and advised us in all matters. Food and drinks are also delicious and varied. The hotel itself has a very convenient and advantageous location. The beach is a few minutes away from the hotel. In addition, there are supermarkets, restaurants, and various shops nearby. The hotel has two swimming pools, a sauna, a bathhouse, and a gym. A convenient playground for children. We were very interested in the free billiard) Many thanks once again to the entire management and staff of the hotel for a wonderful and unforgettable vacation! We promise to come back to you again!

great hotel pools brilliant as was indoor pool and hot tub 1 big letdown was the food didnt seem to cater for english same food every day was the worst hotel food we have ever had i would advise b& and not much of a selection had to eat out most days i would advise b&b only beach was great but very expensive costing 21 pounds for a day 2 beds an umbrella and 2 mats compared to altinkum in turkey 3 pounds 45 m will not be returning to this hotel

Just returned from a very enjoyable two week stay at the shipka. The room was spacious with bedding and towels changed every other day, the shower and air con were excellent. The food was good and plentiful. hotel facilities were, fine ( pools, gym etc). The hotel is well located with a short walk to the beach, bars, and main bus to Varna. Would definitely consider the Shipka if returning to Golden Sands

Avoid this Hotel! This is the worst hotel in my life! We have booked 11 days, 4 days later left this hotel. 4*-is a joke! Actual 2,5* Restaurant is 3* (see pictures) Mens Club in the hotel with many cheap girls under the restaurant! (See pictures) Mattress is terrible with lots of bed bugs! Food is terrible, poor cheap meal,sweets, one day eat pork ball for main diner,next day same pork ball for soup.
