A unique accommodation in the heart of Georgetown. This was the perfect location and within walking distance of many places of interest as well as local and western eateries. The staff at this place go above and beyond. Staying there for a week you start to feel a part of the family. They are able to organize tours, drivers and laundry at request. The rooms itself was spacious and around the side of the building meaning it was well hidden and the rooms; you really feel like you are staying in a authentic Malaysian mansion given the decor. Last but not least there is the resident cat ”Mike” who you will undoubtedly come across for pats throughout the day. We also got breakfast during the stay and they have a local or western option. My advice go for the roti- was very yummy. All in all I would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to stay in Georgetown and would stay there again if I return.

El George en Penang Road es el niño más nuevo en el bloqueo que abrió sus puertas en diciembre de 2022. Hotel is nice, however I highly recommend to change or move carpets in the corridor - they looks terrible and at first glance spoil the impression about the place. Rooms were clean, bathroom is new, hot water is very good. That is a pity you couldn’t open the windows, we have a view on the nearest building roofs, looks not bad. We had a problem with AC, cause it works from extremely cold mode, to slow fan and the worst it was located in front of the bad, so if you switch it on for whole night - you will be ill in the morning, and the room is in the sunny side, so it is quite hot during the day and night. I don’t know how to be with that, we choose to move one of the 2 twin beds to each other, it helped not so much :( now i have a problem with my throat. The hotel use new technology of check in, but a little bit strange to check out from the same room if you want to extend your stay. Price in the hotel too high, better to find good offers online.

El elevador blanco es muy único para este elevador. Porque era lento, pero no me importa bec tan elegante con puerta de vidrio. Muy único en realidad! Lo amo aunque no pude tomar foto. 😒 +++ elevador blanco, dispensador de relleno de agua, muy espacioso cuarto de baño +++ ubicación estaba muy lejos de la acción principal pero hay 2 paradas de autobús cerca, komar & chowrasta son 5-10mins paseo +++ proporcionan kit dental, jabón pequeño, Lindo champú/condicionador & lavado de cuerpo, muebles, caldera eléctrica, caja fuerte, ref, ac funcionaba muy bien, teléfono de habitación, TV pero no lo utilicé +++ Wi-Fi gratuito era bueno - recepción no es muy amable excepto para 1 chico indio que responde rápidamente a whatsapp Me equivocó por un tipo en el primer 😄, la recepcionista china apenas sonríe, la dama india parecía no saber nada cuando se pregunta sobre los lugares turísticos (creo que las personas de hotel deberían equiparse con algún conocimiento sobre el turismo. En este caso, la dirección debería tener una orientación básica. - Yo estaba en la hipótesis de que la limpieza es diaria, pero me dijeron todos los días, pero todavía necesito recordarles. Todo el hotel puede utilizar alguna mejora en el limpieza sin un armario en el interior de la habitación, sólo tienes que colgar tus cosas - mi vista fue un gran muro - el sonido es malo, muy ruido cuando las personas cierran puertas o los niños corren alrededor. La habitación está muy bien, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. También me hizo comprender que la sombra es una arma para los viajeros solos, por lo que el uso de los guantes es un poco más fácil - toallas hueles mushy tal vez bec de temporada lluvia - a veces el baño tenía algunos hueles de drenaje - las opciones de comida estaban un poco limitadas en la zona A menos que caminas por como 5-10mins. El estancia global estaba todavía en el buen lado. Tuve una manera de quedarme peor que esto. Me disfruté de mi viaje solo a Penang y me encantaría volver. Me gustaría quedarme la próxima vez cerca de las zonas de arte callejera donde las acciones están. Aún recomiendo la embajada a otros viajeros.

Alojarse a las seis, el camarero chino del hotel ya salió de trabajo, en la mayoría de los casos es camarero indio, y la actitud es buena, pero es muy guapo para mi idioma. El desayuno es general. Hay un camarero chino durante el día y responde con paciencia a muchas preguntas. En general, la impresión es muy general, no se recomienda que el bebé vaya a la ciudad de Myanmar

El hotel de la ciudad está situado en una zona muy cercana a la mayoría de las instalaciones de la ciudad. La habitación es de buena tamaño y mientras que nuestra habitación se olvidaba de una carretera, y estaba cerca de un bar ruidoso (donde la música en vivo se detiene a medianoche) y también una mezquita, la habitación estaba relativamente tranquila, creo que alguna forma de doble cristal. El desayuno consistió en nasi lemak, plata, yogur, pan, KUH, huevos, algunas plantas, café y té y fue el mismo todos los días. Sin embargo, un desayuno razonable. El personal estaba amigable. En general un buen hotel a el que volveremos.

Stayed 4 nights in MM. chose this hotel due to some sentimental reasons. My aunt used to live in one of the units along Muntri Street. The location of the hotel is good, can easily walk to many eateries and attractions. However there are a few AFI that the hotel can look into. 1. A signage could be put at the door to show the reception area. On the day of check in, the staff was not at her table. I walked into the property with my luggage, passed the cafe and wander all over unsure where the check in reception was. I passed by the waiters in the cafe but none approached us to ask if we were checking in - thought it was obvious with us lugging our luggage all over. I had to ask a waiter who pointed to the room next to the cafe which was the reception, with just a desk and laptop. 2. Upon check in was shown a unit opposite the main building. Our room was on the 2nd floor and we had to climb a steep staircase. I’m ok with the staircase as long as someone could help us with the luggage up the stairs. My mum is 73 and my aunt is 72. All 3 of us are ladies and I would have issue managing 2 huge luggage. Was happy that the hotel assisted to bring the luggage up upon check in. 3. The day before check out, I went to the reception to ask for help with the luggage for the next day. We had to leave for the airport at 7.30am. The lady at the desk told me that their staff only start work at 8am and the person working the night shift is an old uncle so he’ll not be able to help. I told her my mum and aunt are in their 70s. It is difficult for us to carry the luggage down the steep stairs. She offered no solution and looked at me blankly. She also told me she would not be in so early to do the check out. So I asked her how to settle my bill and finally decided to pay up on the spot. Frankly I was really upset with her service. Eventually to solve our problem, we packed all our stuff into recycling bags and laundry (thanks to the hotel for supplying quite a few) bags the night before. In the morning on check out day, we carried the empty luggage to the first floor, it was more manageable. Then we carried all our recycling bags and laundry bags in batches and repacked into our luggage on the first floor. I would think the hotel could be more accommodating by asking a staff to come in half an hour early to assist with the luggage. With the price that I paid, I really hope the service could be better.

¡Es una experiencia de 3 personas de sexo femenino que se encuentran en el hotel de la cápsula y en el dormitorio de la habitación de 3 personas de sexo femenino. Primero WOW - mira todo el patrimonio cultural, hermoso arte, objetos anticuados y muebles, la cuenca Feng Shui Koi, fuente de agua, verdería! OMG- mejor que visitar un museo- usted se convierte en vivir y experimentarlo!!! Pase y vea las estacas vendiendo el delicioso local: SATAY, Lok Lok, Char Hor Fun y otras estacas. Otras instalaciones : piscina abierta, 3 duchas al lado y secador de pelo (tipo: la presión del agua y la ducha mucho más satisfactoria que el baño o la ducha en el dormitorio, y una sala de juegos/ relajación llena de sofá para descansar después de un día cansado. ¡Por favor, no se mueva! Habitación para mejoras: mosquitos ... no parecen deshacerse de ellos ( así que se prepara) y los lugares se consideran limpios ... pero no sin espotas. Espero que este edificio culturalmente rico pueda mantenerse bien, y los lugares se mejoren aún más como logra como una de las experiencias más valiosas del hotel en Georgetown 🥰

Mi enhorabuena a los propietarios de este fantástico, lujoso, elegante, precioso hotel por saber llevarlo de la manera que lo hacen. Mira que he visitado hoteles en el mundo pero muy pocos como éste. Es una joya, es maravilloso, perfecto en todos los aspectos. La amabilidad del personal es increíble. Te sientes como uno más de la familia. Nosotros reservamos 5 habitaciones y estaban todas impecables, todo lo que ves en este hotel es de lujo, de gran calidad y sobre todo los detalles como bebidas en el minibar, un pastelito, cafetera de cápsulas. El restaurante también es muy bonito y el desayuno un 10. Podría estar escribiendo sin parar, pues lo mejor es que lo compruebes tú mismo. Si no te quedas en éste hotel te arrepentirás. Lo sé por mí mismo porque la semana anterior me quedé en otro y era un gran error. Muchas gracias a todos por darnos la oportunidad de poder pasar un fin de semana inolvidable. Sin duda volveremos!

La limpieza de la habitación para concentrarse, especialmente durante este MCO, tal vez la habitación no esté ocupada durante mucho tiempo, mi habitación está muy polvorienta con telarañas, pero estoy de acuerdo con eso, entiendo la situación ahora. Me encanta el diseño de la habitación con balcón.

Loved this unassuming little hotel residence! Location: Along Chulia Street, next door to two great Nyonya cafes: Moh Teng Pheow Nyonya Koay & Canteen known for its Nyonya kuihs, and Yee Keng Cafe, known for its combination of Nyonya and Hainanese food. Family Mart and other convenience stores are just a walk away, as are the famous bars and restaurants along Love Lane and Chulia Street. Hawker food choices are also all within walking distance. Rooms / Facilities: The modern and beautifully designed rooms are very comfortable, snug, and functional. The bed was very comfortable and as I was upgraded to a king room it felt super luxurious and decadent. It's the first time I have been in rooms fully kitted with Samsung curved screens so my viewing experience was very enjoyable. The 3rd floor was incredibly peaceful. Sometimes, I could hear the music from the nearby bars, but once I switched on the TV, I was in my world. I liked that the TVs were smart and you could access the internet or your networks such as Netflix or even wetv in addition to the local TV and radio channels available. The room was also fitted with a hairdryer and ample sockets for electrical items. Tien provided unlimited brewed coffee and tea at their pantry on the second floor. There is also a huge fridge on the second floor where I was able to store some food and drinks and cutlery and plates for your use. I did not get a chance to try out the mini-plunge pool which together with the rest of the rooftop is accessible 24 hrs. Every now and then I loved being able to pop out and take in the fresh air, and check the weather and temperature before I decided to step out. I enjoyed having my lunch in the dining area on the 2nd floor just before checking out. Redho, the manager, was very hospitable, made me a welcome drink, and showed me to my room, helping me with my luggage, even though I arrived after 11 pm. He also reached out to me to check if everything was ok and on my checkout times. Parking: For those with their cars, the premise does not have parking. Nevertheless, there is an alley just next door where public parking can be arranged for RM8/day and someone is watching over the cars throughout the day and the night. Something to note: the residence is a two-floor premise, with rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor. If you do not like to walk upstairs or if you have a lot of luggage, then this may be a challenge or you should pick rooms on the 2nd floor. As hot water, coffee, tea, and fridge facilities are in the pantry, these are not provided in the rooms so you would need to pop down for refills or pack a thermos with you (which I did). Cups, plates, and cutlery are provided which I could bring back to the room to use.
