We had issue with our original property. However, it was esybto communicate with the staff and they promptly moved us to a different property which is even much more better than the previous. Staff were courteous and responded to our needs promptly.
Its been less than a few days we moved out. Hence, i am awaiting a refund of the deposit paid.
Otherwise, i appreciate the service provided.

Slow responses from the staff meant that I had to wait around 25 minutes before I could get into the rooms. When I got there the "apartment" was actually two rooms (one bedroom with en suite & a converted bedroom with kitchenette) separated by a shared stairwell so wasn't a private apartment as advertised. Finally the WiFi wasn't working for 6 of the 8 nights I stayed there.

The flat is on the first floor with a step stairs leading to the apartment.

Fantastic property in terms of value for Money. However the communication and issues with booking payment caused many problems including leaving me outside for 2 hours. However this was addressed by allowing me to check out later
