The hotel was located very close to the metro station, and with walking distance to the Sanfang Qixiang and shopping malls area. The staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was great with many varieties of food. My parents and I get a small gift each from them when checked out of hotel.

Hard to find the hotel because the name of hotel is different in Trip website. That sucks waste our time in the street. I think the hotel and Trip need to communicate how to correct the hotel name.
Anyway the room is big and comfortable.
And the staffs services is good too.
The hotel area is way too busy.

離三坊七巷走路二十分鐘，在地鐵口邊上，很方便，入住前幾個小時有小哥哥打電話提醒入住和如何到達酒店位置，很細心也熱情，前台小姐姐温柔漂亮，服務態度也很好，我們本來衹有一份早餐，給我們一家三口都免費了，房間乾淨衞生，沒有異味，設施都很新，入住體驗很棒，下次去福州還住這裏👍退房的時候還送了一盒茶葉和小朋友文具，很用心 強烈推薦！！！

亞朵住了很多次，這次體驗最差。
原因有兩點：1）衞生不過關，細節一是看到之前客人的頭髮。入住第一天發現浴室的防滑墊上有棕黃色頭髮，這明顯是之前的客人留下的，但是因為太晚了，所以沒有用防滑墊，洗漱完打電話給前台説明，立馬道歉，態度很好，説會記錄安排處理，但是接下來住的兩天那根頭髮一直在，説明從來沒有打掃，我就一直沒有使用防滑墊，道歉積極，但是不改，愚弄客人。2）衞生不過關，細節二是牀頭櫃的乾涸水漬，我自己用濕巾擦掉了，這個我也有第一晚電話前台説明。後來發現洗漱台也有一些淡黃色斑點，anyway吧，這些我還可以自己擦，比起來頭髮那個更不能忍。3）沒有説明封閉窗的細節，有窗户，但是窗户外面是一個人造景觀，入住第一印象不好，建議以後在房間詳情頁明顯的地方説明這點。

第1次開車到福州旅行。過去衹是路過，沒有正式到過福州市。曾經也瞭解過福州古城的歷史。從網上查了一下。輕居酒店評價很好啊，很有特色。我們慕名而來，確實不錯，服務員熱情好客。臨走時還給送了一盒茉莉花茶。喝到了福建最著名的茉莉花茶。

有一説一 福州這家輕居真的不太行，前天住的漫心，感覺被全面比下去了。
服務上，有問有答但是是一點熱情勁都沒有，感覺不像是服務，對比一下華住的酒店差太遠了，我感覺你好漢庭都不至於服務這麼普通。
衞生上，毛巾上的頭髮太抽象了，設施挺好這麼衞生就這麼拉垮，還有被子套上的油污，真的感覺不行啊

訂房後很貼心的電話聯繫詢問入住時間，本來看差評心裏比較忐忑入住的，但是整體下來很滿意的！
早餐很有特色，也很豐富，個人有輕微潔癖，自己帶了一次性床上用品，但是整體衞生也是不錯的，去三坊七巷也很便利，最後福州特色橄欖的小禮物非常喜歡。推薦入住！
