Let me start with the thing that made us leave asap: there was dried up urine all over the toilet seat and floor. I have been travelling a lot and have over 100 hotels only on *********** and probably an other 100 hotels through work and other agencies. And from those 200 hotels this is the fist time I have arrived at an hotel and just walked out and decided to stay in an other hotel. We did arrive at the hotel and the parking is just in front of the hotel, there are no safety measures, there are no gates or fences or lights, so your car is not any safer here than next to the public road. But nevertheless the hotel asks a fee of €10 for parking there. The lobby of the hotel feels like an 80's techno club: dark, black&red painted and decrepit. So after checkin we arrive at our room and put all our suitcases down (didn't felt safe to leave anything in the car) and we sit down at the bed for a moment. At that moment I noticed a black hair next to the pillow. So we take the sheets of the bed and there are multiple hairs all over the sheets. the sheets looked clean at first sight, so I don't know if it were the housekeepers hairs or the previous guest. So we clean the hears from the bed ourselves and I went to the toilet, the toilet cover was down, but the seat of the toilet was full of yellowish dried-up urine. Not just a few drops that somebody could have missed cleaning, but at least 20% of the seat was covered. This made me almost puke and I did notice that the ground was covered as well. I went to the reception, but they clearly don't like to deal with complaints, because they wouldn't help us. When I felt that the discussion was going nowhere and the receptionist was getting angry we just left and tried to contact the hotel via ***********. I've had a great experience with the customer care center of ***********, but unfortunately even they never got any response from the hotel. to the point that they even gave me the direct contact information of the hotel. I'm not a difficult person, mistakes can be made and everybody deserves a second chance, so the thing that bothered me the most was just that there never came any response or excuses from the hotel. Not to me or to their partner, ***********. there are plenty beautiful places and hotel in the Black Forest, enjoy your time there, just go in a large circle around this hotel.

Gezellig goed verzorgd kleinschalig hotel. Perfecte tussenstop in het prachtige Zwarte Woud als je onderweg naar Italië / Oostenrijk/ Zwitserland bent. Prima verblijf, mooi groot familie appartement met voldoende slaapruimte voor 4 volwassenen. Wat je niet ziet op de foto’s is dat achter de banken in de woonkamer nog twee slaapbanken zitten waar je prima op kunt slapen. Het boeken van een t****e kamer is niet nodig voor een overnachting. Wat wel heel erg fantastisch was was het ontbijt. Zeer goed verzorgd. De host maakte vers gebakken eieren / roerbak ei met spek. Zoet, hartig, verse broodjes. Top! En onze Mechelse herder was ook welkom!!

El hotel está situado en la periferia del pueblo. A partir de la carretera principal, debes ir a la derecha (o cuando vienes de la aldea a la izquierda), en una carretera que camina a la muerte. Aquí puedes estacionar el coche o si pasas un poco más a la izquierda en un estacionamiento. También puedes aparcar en el estacionamiento, a cambio de una tarifa. Nos recibieron amablemente en la recepción. Nuestra habitación (106) estaba (aún) en la parte antigua. Puedes llegar a ella tanto dentro como fuera. Tenemos una amplia habitación con una caja fuerte, escritorio, asiento, cama doble, incluido un cama extra, una terraza (con asiento) y un amplio baño con baño, ducha y lavabo. En este lado del hotel también había habitaciones con balcón (con una hermosa vista al bosque negro). Cuando pasaste por la recepción, viniste a través del baño y la parte de la sauna. Esto parece limpio y cuidadoso. La piscina está equipada con sillas de sol y un vestidor para señores y damas y dos duchas. El restaurante también se ve agradable (que nos ha hecho pensar en Austria, debido a la gran cantidad de madera). La cena también era deliciosa y parecía cuidada. El desayuno está compuesto por un buffet (extenso) y se encuentra también en el restaurante del hotel. A su lado se encuentra una amplia terraza externa. El personal es muy amable y todos hacen todo lo posible para hacer la estancia tan agradable como sea posible. En el entorno se puede caminar bien y / o visitar uno de los pueblos.

Frühstück Max 3 Sterne Niveau, Fertigware. Das Essen war lecker, Vor- und Nachspeise allerdings nichts besonderes. Netter zuvorkommender Kellner. Unangenehmer, verrauchter und abflussartiger Geruch im gesamten Hotel und sogar im Restaurantbereich. Die Bar viel zu klein und der Barkeeper etwas unfreundlich, kein Ambiente. Das Zimmer sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Fenster konnten teilweise nicht geöffnet werden. Wir hatten nur heißes Wasser, sogar in der Toilettenspülung. Nicht mal nach 2 maligem reklamieren, wurde das Problem behoben. Wir haben keine Info erhalten und mussten selber nachfragen. Wir sollten die Dusche parallel anmachen, dann würde evtl. das Wasser kühler. Dies hat nichts mit einem Hotel zu tun und schon garnichts mit 4 Sternen. Beim checkout wurde das Problem ignoriert und erst nach Widerspruch haben wir einen 10% Rabatt auf die Übernachtung erhalten. Schade dass wir uns erst beschweren mussten. Wir hatten etwas mehr erwartet.

Quel dommage pour ce bel hôtel,implanté dans un environnement magnifique. Très belle suite de 60 mètres carrés, spa très agréable, personnel du restaurant très compétent, voilà pour les quelques points positifs. Malheureusement ça se gâte très vite. A la réception on vous annonce que votre suite se trouve au troisième étage,on ne vous y accompagne pas,ce qui est généralement d'usage dans les hôtels de ce standing en forêt noire. Arrivée dans la pièce, 30° affiché sur l'écran du plancher chauffant réversible réglable jusqu'à 19°. Je me rends à la réception pour signaler le problème, une jeune femme qui a dû être miss meteo dans une autre vie me dit que c'est normal ,la chambre se trouve côté sud et que forcément le soleil tape plus fort de ce côté là(Ah bon?🤣),qu'il n'y a pas de clim et que le plancher réversible n'est pas en fonction à cette période de l'année. Il faut ouvrir les baies vitrées le soir et utiliser le ventilateur dyson pourri dans la journée!! Impossible de dormir correctement la nuit. Sortie sur la terrasse,des centaines de guêpes sur toute la façade sud de l'hôtel,ne font rien pour éliminer les nids. Horaire maximum pour dîner le soir 19h sous prétexte qu'ils ont un grand groupe pendant le week-end. C'est à vous de vous adapter, pas au client,si vous n'êtes pas en mesure de gérer un groupe en plus de la clientèle habituelle, n'en prenez pas! Repas très moyen,des associations de goûts complètement loufoques dans les assiettes (ex d'entrée, rien que l'intitulé fait froid dans le dos. ”Crème brûlée à l'epoisse,sorbet moutarde-violette”).C'est bien d'être inventif en cuisine,mais il y a des associations qui ne fonctionnent pas,c'était très mauvais pour rester poli. Apero et digestif sur la terrasse du bar(4x),3 serveur derrière le comptoir sans aucun client au bar. J'attends toujours qu'il y en ai un qui vienne prendre ma commande ! Obligé de se déplacer à l'intérieur pour commander au bar. Ils font un peu ce qu'ils veulent,jamais vu de patron,on se demande si cet hôtel est dirigé par quelqu'un ? Samedi soir,aucune ambiance musicale au bar,tout le monde va se coucher à part quelques hollandais du groupe qui braillent sur la terrasse. Un manque à gagner certain,je n'arrive même pas à comprendre le fonctionnement de cet établissement. Voilà,tout ça pour près de 300€ par jour et par personne. Affligeant !!!

Nos alojamos en el hotel Warteck 3 noches, como punto de partida para nuestras visitas por la zona. Llegamos por la tarde, con lo que al. O haber ya recepción, nos habían avisado que nos dejaban preparadas las llaves y nos facilitaron el código de acceso. La habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. Por la mañana disfrutamos del desayuno, tipo buffet y muy variado. Justo en frente del hotel hay 3-4 plazas de aparcamiento, cuando estaban llenas, se podía aparcar el coche en alguna calle cercana sin parquímetro.
