和圖片上的情景一樣已經是百年以上的建築。和個人興趣愛好模式是比較符合的。晚上的餐廳菜做的很不錯。有黑森林的特色。

Altes herrschaftliches Hotel, siehe Bilder. Man sollte keines der Standard-/Klassik-Zimmer nehmen, da diese sehr klein und ohne Balkon sind. Großer Pool, im Winter aber ohne Rückzugs-/Ruhebereich. Frühstück und Abend-Essen sehr gut und sehr guter Service.

Das Palmenwald Hotel bietet - im Jugendstil eingerichtet - ein sehr angenehmes und aufgelockertes Flair mit einer schönen Kaffee-Lounge und einem tollen Speiseraum. Die Abendmenüs über Weihnachten waren sehr gut abgestimmt, detailvoll kreiert und von vorzüglichem Genuss. Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Entspannende Atmosphäre im Wellness- und Kosmetikbereich inkl. Schwimmbad, Dampfbad und Sauna. Ein toller Aufenthalt mit hohem Erinnerungswert.

We stayed in this lovely hotel for 4 nights in early October, 2023. The hotel was gorgeous, and the rooms were quite spacious. The breakfasts were wonderful with many choices and the one night we had dinner in the restaurant the food was scrumptious. But, the best thing of all was the bar and bartender. I wish I knew his name as he was so wonderful to my 3 year old grandson when we arrived for a drink after a day of sightseeing in the area. Overall, a much-needed respite after 2 weeks of touring southern Germany with a 3-year-old!

Das 130 Jahre alte Haus hat den ganzen Charme bewahrt, ohne verstaubt zu wirken. Architektur und Mobiliar sind stilvoll und geschmackvoll bis ins kleinste Detail aufeinander abgestimmt. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Essen - Frühstücksbuffet und Abendessen ist sehr gut und der Wellnessbereich rundet den Eindruck eines sehr angenehmen Aufenthaltes ab. Die Aroma-Massage bei Ingrid war noch ein ganz besonderes Highlight. Vielen Dank der Hotelleitung und dem Personal und freundliche Grüße S.H.

Had a beautiful, comfy overnight, great dinner, lovely bar tender talk … we enjoyed our time out a lot especially cause of the old and historical interesting building… the hotel is perfectly situated-couple minutes and you are in the Centre of Freudenstadt- couple minutes and you can have a beautiful walk through the Black Forest…

Wi-Fi did not work. Bar shut at 7 pm
No allocated disabled parking and parking in short supply.
Overpriced dinner. menu and no convenient local dining alternative,s.
********** website states hotel has 2 pools indoor. And outdoor which is untrue.
Access to restaurant requires use of stairs.
This hotel is still stuck in the 19th century.

Hotel ist hübsch und gut gelegen. Das Wellness-Angebot haben wir gerne genutzt. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein und hatte kaum Platz für einen Koffer oder eine Reisetasche. Auch das Bad ist äusserst knapp bemessen. Leider war das WLAN in unserem Zimmer so schwach, dass es nicht nutzbar war. Das Frühstücksbuffet wäre reichhaltig, wird jedoch nicht aufgefüllt und somit sind einige Platten und Schüsseln schon nach kurzer Zeit leer. Schade. Ansonsten bietet das Hotel, was wir uns vorstellten.

Nice time in this facility. Nice spa area. Hiking tours and restaurants are nearby. Check in was a little bumpy. WLAN was non existent in rooms, only in central areas.
