Very clean and modern room, comfortable bed, the room has everything you need. Convenient contactless check-in system.

It’s my third time at stuub freiburg and once again an excellent experience! Very clean and well laid out rooms, efficient kitchen, friendly customer service. The hotel is dog friendly as well which is a big plus. It is close to the bus stop that takes you into the centre, and the supermarket is steps away.

I reached Freiburg as an international student and I was worried that I might not be very comfortable studying in a hotel .. But it was the total opposite!! It was truly a comfortable place (Strong WIFI) with a nice balcony and a cute kitchenette. The staff were SUPER FRIENDLY ! They were very accommodating ! If I had to add one small remark .. I would have wished for the hotel room to have a big mirror .. There is a mirror in the bathroom .. But I would have wished for a larger mirror to check my outfits .. But overall everything was perfect !

The hotel had just opened up so everything was very clean and new. We had 2 main issues during our stay. The first was our bathroom. Our sink was leaking so parts of our floor and towels were wet. When we spoke to someone at reception, she told us that she would send us new towels, which was helpful. The shower also doesn't drain very well so the floors were constantly wet. Our second issue was with soundproofing. We stayed on the ground floor and we could hear everyone in the hallways and the main door slamming every time someone came in or went out. We understand that this is a shared space and there are other guests in hotels, but it was not very pleasant to hear such loud noises before 8 o'clock on a Saturday and Sunday.

Sehr stimmiges und liebevoll umgesetztes Konzept. Schöne Zimmer, gutes Bett, gute Ausstattung und alles ist durchdacht. Sinnvoll digitalisiert und es funktioniert auch (!). Nicht nur die Basics stimmen sondern auch viele Details wie z.B. das Lädle im Eingangsbereich wo man die wichtigsten Dinge, Snacks, Getränke bekommt und bezahlt. Habe mich wohl gefühlt. Kleinigkeit, Check Out 10 Uhr zu früh, 11 ist Standard. Weiter so & komme wieder!

Total angenehme Unterkunft - ers**al die Art: sehr moderne und gemütliche Einrichtung, eine gewisse Anonymität ist gegeben was mir jedoch positiv aufgefallen ist. Der Check-In kann einfach von zu Hause aus gemacht werden ebenso wie das Buchen eines Platzes in der Tiefgarage etc. Also kein langes anstehen oder ähnliches an einer Rezeption. Die Lage war für uns optimal - die Haltestelle „Am Mettweg“ liegt quasi direkt vor der Unterkunft und mit der Linie 14 kommt man binnen 15-20 zum Hbf & von dort auch schnell fussläufig in die Stadt. Die Zimmer waren sehr funktional eingerichtet - auch die Küchenzeile war mehr als genügend ausgestattet, sogar mit einer Spülmaschine (hier bei Ankunft unbedingt an Tabs denken). Positiv herausgestochen ist der nachhaltige Gedanke, dort wird vor allem beim Shampoo & Spülmittel drauf geachtet. Weiter so, hat uns sehr gefallen. :-)

Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und modern Eingerichtet: TV, Tisch zum hochklappen (unterm TV), Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Besteck und Geschirr uvm. Das Check-In und das Check-Out war sehr einfach. Das Check-Out war leider in englisch, hätte auch auf deutsch sein können. Am besten für das Check-In Check -Out eine Sprachenauswahl programmieren. Das Türcodekästen für die Pin-Eingabe hätte man besser ausschildern können. Man sucht erst mal. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und ist zwischen 8 Uhr morgens bis 18 Uhr abends vor Ort. Kommen gerne wieder.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in ihrer STUUB. FREIBURG und naher Schwarzwald einzigartig. Jeder Tag war aufs neue wunderbar. Schön auch die nahe Bushaltestelle mit regelmäßigen Verbindungen in die Freiburger Innenstadt. So konnte unser Auto Ruhe auf seinem Parkplatz genießen. ( Kleiner Hinweis : Ein kleiner einfacher Eierkocher wäre zur sonst kompletten Küchenausstattung ganz vorteilhaft ) Liebe Grüße Christine & Uwe
