Very close to the Congress center and city, friendly staff.

Super Lage in Frankenthal. Zentrumsnah, aber ruhig. Leckerer Kaffee am Automaten bei der Rezeption. Check in rund um die Uhr bei vorheriger Ansage. Beim nächsten Mal buchen wir Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten. Die Matratzen waren sehr weich. Ansonsten 100% Weiterempfehlung.

Die erste Nach etwas laut da viele Monteure im Hotel, ansonsten war das Zimmer sehr ruhig und sauber

Amazing, clean, not that much expensive. This will be my hotel whenever I visit in Germany. Greetings to all the staff.

I am a British Citizen and my wife is Ukrainian. We arrived with our 12 year old daughter around 5pm on 7th July at Achat Hotel and my wife went in to ask about availability and price for a family room for the night as we were on our way back to war stricken Ukraine. She was told the price was €110. She asked why?? The advertised price was €69 for the night and the bearded man at reception said this is the price take it or leave it. When my wife explained that at the moment the world is doing their best to help and assist Ukrainians she was once again told that if she does not like the price to go elsewhere. She told him how about if I book it on the site for the advertised price he said if you do that I will cancel the booking!! She left and got back in the car and told me what happened. I then walked back in and asked him why was he so rude to my wife. He said she told him to f**k off. I told him this is not true, but he said if he says so then that's what happened. I know my wife so well and she has never in 24 years swore to anyone or about anything. I believe this should never happen in a civilised country like Germany and if the person in question has problems with foreigners then he really should look in the mirror. We do not need a reply nor expect an apology. If the owners are happy with him then good luck to all.

Front desk staff was quite nice and helpful. Parking garage was a little difficult to find from the outside, but once in (after ringing the bell for admission), it was clear where to park. The price was reasonable and the room was lovely.

Preisgünstiges gut gelegenes Hotel neben dem Congress Center. Das Personal ist allseits freundlich und kompetent. Mein Zimmer groß genug für mich alleine. Frühstück war auch reichhaltig mit großer Auswahl . Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es für die sehr harten Matratzen und das Kunststoff Kopfkissen minderer Qualität, weshalb ich nur semigut geschlafen habe. Ein Pluspunkt ist auf jeden Fall die Tiefgarage und es ist sehr ruhig.

Fijn hotel, gunstig gelegen en schoon. Jammer dat je in het bad moet douchen maar verder prima hotel!

Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr nett. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und man fühlt sich nicht eingeengt. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt angenehm. Wir konnten auch spontan das nicht gebuchte Frühstück für einzelne Tage dazu buchen. Die Saubarkeit war in unserem Fall jedoch nicht ganz eingehalten. Wir haben den täglichen Putzservice abbestellt, was ein tolles Angebot ist, da es für einen so kurzen Aufenthalt nicht notwendig ist. Am Wochenende wurde trotzdem immer einmal das Zimmer gerichtet. Allerdings war das Zimmer bei unserer Ankunft schon nicht ganz sauber. Der Badetürknauf war voller Staub, die hingestellten Gläser für die im Preis enthaltene Flasche Wasser hatten noch Lippenstiftrand vom Vorbesucher und im Waschbecken hing noch ein gezupftes Haar mit sichtbaren Hautfetzen. Wir haben die Gläser dann einfach nicht benutzt und das Waschbecken selbst sauber gemacht. Das Zimmer an sich und das Bad waren sonst in ordentlichem Zustand. Für seine Zwecke konnte man insgesamt mit dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis zufrieden sein. Es wird auch oft gefragt, ob soweit alles in Ordnung ist und man kann seine Kritik direkt äußern, sollte es Probleme geben.

Gutes Hotel, kostenfreie Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür, wenn man Glück hat. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Nettes Personal, alles unkompliziert. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet.
