Place is great especially the staff who never hesitate to help when needed good for price and rooms are larger than I expected. Breakfast Is not too bad and make your own waffle that I love. Definitely will be using them again

Clean friendly.. Sink was broken, they fixed the same day as discovered. I will stay here again.

Room was a bit outdated and a little bit worn. The bed was comfortable and the TV worked fine. Definitely would stay here again

I didnt like it that my fridge made an aweful loud humming or buzzing all night. And my heater blew cold air all night no matter how many times i reset it

I booked a deluxe queen with a balcony. Got there and they gave me a ground level room. Asked for a second level gave me the smallest room with no phone or chain lock on door. Third room didn’t have a chain lock on main door, phone was melted, window didn’t have a lock on it so you could hear everything outside and still didn’t get my balcony room.

Clean and quiet! Mary at the front is amazing!! I will be telling everyone I know to stay at this hotel every time!!

Feels very sketchy. Things were bot fixed properly didn’t mention that there was a $100 deposit.

Well i just found out you can only stay 28 days then you have to move to a different location so theres that otherwise it's a good place to stay

The staff is kind and understanding. Thank you for accommodating our requests and being flexible with changes last minute. True hospitality. Thank you so much. Only CON: was that we came there just for the hot tub jetted room. The water in the tub would not get hot. It was too late for maintenance they were gone for the day. The FD told me she has to ask management in what to do although we asked for a different room that could not be accommodated at this time which I wasn’t sure why as they had a VR room available. But we abliged and we waited to speak with management in the morning and the best they could do is give us a discount of $20 which was also very disappointing as I wish they would have allowed us to stay for another night at no charge since the entire reason we were there was for the hot tub and we did not get to use or enjoy at that first night but we still decided to agree to not only pay in full for the first night we were there but then only allow us very small discount for the following night which I did not agree that, that was a fair compensation for the situation but there is only so much one could do. Either way I guess it wasn’t the worst way a situation had been handled. Other than that as stated, everything else was wonderful per usuall.

The jacuzzi on our 14th anniversary weekend did not work in the room had to move rooms twice the TV didn't work in the other rooms it was very rude the staff to us

This is the worst stay I have ever had at any motel. It should be removed from this platform.

Not so great part of town. Outdated, room was freezing cold and took all night to warm up. They didn’t have a pet room but were nice enough to still accommodate us with our pets. Breakfast was lacking but still fed us. Don’t go to breakfast alone, as there might be some questionable people who yell profanities at you. Would have changed hotels if it wasn’t so late at night.
