Personal del hotel educado, servicial y muy atento. Se sitúa a 5 minutos en coche del Aeropuerto de Mulhouse/Basel/Friburgo. 24 horas recepción abierta y desayuno desde las 4 de la mañana (se agradece y mucho). Parking exterior gratuito y Wifi funciona a la perfección. Mi enhorabuena al personal.

Muy recomendable en esa zona. A poca distancia del aeropuerto de Basel. Zona tranquila con opciones de restauración interesantes a poca distancia. Recientemente reformado con criterio y acierto. Zonas comunes atractivas.

Das Hotel ist nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto vom Flughafen Mulhouse entfernt und von daher ideal gelegen. Es war sehr sauber und ruhig, Zimmer sehr einfach aber stylisch und vollkommen ausreichend für unseren Zweck. Personal spricht kaum Englisch, ging aber noch so. Im angegliederten Restaurant wollten wir auch abends essen, es waren nur wenige Tische belegt. Leider war die Bedienung total überfordert. Wir saßen ungefähr eine dreiviertel Stunde da, ohne dass sie uns auch nur annähernd zur Kenntnis genommen hätte. Wir verließen das Restaurant und gingen in den Ort. Google versprach zwei Fastfood-Restaurants, die man zu Fuß erreichen konnte. War gar nicht so schlecht, da zu essen.

Lors de notre arrivée vers 23 heures, une jeune femme assez agressive nous a accueillis et nous a signalé que si nous avons besoin d'un taxi le lendemain, il faut le réserver dès maintenant. Or, le lendemain, avant de nous installer pour le petit déjeuner, un homme et une femme se trouvaient à l'accueil, tous 2 souriants, calmes. L'homme nous a précisé que l'hôtel dispose d'une navette gratuite pour se rendre à l'aéroport..... Deux versions de différentes.... C'est scandaleux !!!

Notre vol easyJet pour Nice ayant été reporté puis finalement annulé vers 22h, nous avons dû trouver un hébergement pour 4 tard dans la soirée et en dernière minute... 😕 Après un contact par téléphone, le responsable de l hôtel (Mr Flock) nous a très bien accueilli et a été des plus arrangeants, y compris concernant la tarification & la facturation des chambres et le service de navette. Du coup, nous y retournerons sans doute car par ailleurs, la chambre était nickel, le lit hyper confortable et le petit déj très varié et appétissant malgré l horaire matinal. Merci au personnel et à Mr Flock en particulier 😊

We stayed for one night. Room was clean and bed comfortable, good shower. Very quiet. Would have given 5 stars but the breakfast wasn’t good. I must mention the man on reception, Didier. He was friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The Pinot Noir was perfect! Thank you!

Friendly, misleading and unreliable. We arrived on a Sunday evening at the airport with a family of there after a 12h flight from California. We were planning to get a shuttle to the hotel (as advertised on the official website) and a dinner at the hotel's restaurant (I purchased 3 dinners during the booking). In reality there is NO shuttle and NO dinner available. They are apparently understaffed and they can't provide this service. The room itself is fine for a budget hotel. The person at the reception was friendly but couldn't really help us. She apologized for the confusion but we had to go to another hotel and ended up paying 2x. Very disappointing.

First of all, the staff are absolutely amazing and hospitable. Its an airport hotel but quite a distance from the airport. The hotel provide free shuttle service to airport, not from airport. Has parking.
We used an uber from airport to hotel, about 7 min away as there were no taxis on French side of airport around midnight- we were charged 48CHF- total rip off (not a review of the hotel but something to keep in mind).
Breakfast is ok, selection of breads, croissants, meat, cereals, jams, fruits, boiled eggs, juices, coffee machine. Hardly any hot food.
Room was a let down for the price we paid. Shower cubicle does not have any raised area to stop water from going on to the floor, the whole bathroom floor was wet after showering. No hair dryer, no kettle in room. 1 handwash and 1 shower gel/wash. 2 hangers out of which 1 was broken. AC and soundproofing were good. EUR 3.80 for a bottle of water! No water or glasses provided in room.
Ok for a night but not good value for money.
