Servicio atento , llegamos tarde y aún así nos dieron de cenar , el servicio se mostraba amable y con ganas de hacerse entender, se fijaron en mi DNI y vieron que era mi cumpleaños y mi sorpresa fue que al traer el postre me trajeron unas velas para soplar 🥳 fue muy especial,gracias 🫶 Comida buena buffet desayuno había de todo , croisant muy buenos, café bueno. La habitación limpia todos los detalles perfectos, chanclas , albornoz , todo lo necesario. La piscina Sky una pasada estábamos solos el agua calentita y vistas espectaculares. La única pega que pondría es que el spa no tiene mucha cosa , ningún chorro y los chorros del jacuzzi muy flojos, el jacuzzi de fuera estaba vacío nos hubiera gustado estar fuera y también poder disfrutar del jacuzzi exterior. Igualmente disfrutamos mucho de la tranquilidad del spa. Gracias por todo.

ABBIAMO APPENA LASCIATO L HOTEL DOVE IO E MIO MARITO ABBIAMO TRASCORSO 4 GIORNI TUTTI PER NOI IN UNA STRUTTURA MERAVIGLIOSA GESTITA DA PERSONE DISPONIBILISSIME E PERSONALE ECCELLENTE. IL PRIMO GIORNO UNA VOLTA SISTEMATI NELLA CAMERA (PULITISSIMA, DOVE NON MANCAVA NULLA)CI SIAMO RESI CONTO DI UN "PROBLEMA ",L ABBIAMO FATTO PRESENTE ALLA RECEPTION CHE SI È SUBITO ATTIVATA MANDANDO UN RAGAZZO A VERIFICARE..NON ESSENDO RISOLVIBILE NELL IMMEDIATO CON TANTE SCUSE CI HANNO SUBITO CAMBIATO DI STANZA CON UNA DI LIVELLO SUPERIORE...UNA SITUAZIONE CHE ALL INIZIO CI HA MESSO QUASI IN IMBARAZZO PERCHÉ NON È NS CARATTERE APPROFITTARE MA ABBIAMO APPREZZATO LA LORO DISPONIBILITÀ. Este puede ser uno de los mejores hoteles en los que me he hospedado en la vida. La organización, la decoración, los servicios que ofrece, la atención de los empleados, los desayunos, la ubicación y las vistas son perfectas. No tengo queja alguna. Me lo he pasado muy bien y si algún dia vuelvo a Fiera di Primiero seguramente me vuelva a alojar en el Brunet. Excelente hotel con spa.

Wonderful staff and a great experience. The roof spa is fabulous with astonishing views of the entire valley and Dolomites!! Highly recommend for business or pleasure. Breakfast was well done with lots of options.

Great location for day trips to hiking in the Dolomites. The city is friendly and fun to walk around. My favorite part of this resort is the amazing spa area with saunas. I would go back and stay twice as long!

What a Fabulous Hotel! Everything was just perfect, from the room, to the food, to the staff. We loved it so much we have booked again for next year! We really could not fault the hotel. We stayed in the Dolomites room, it is spacious and very comfortable. The food choices were superb and the qualify was exceptional. I would 100% recommend choosing the 3/4 option, you will not be disappointed! The treks/tours that the hotel lay on are a wonderful bonus. The guide Maria was lovely! And the waitressing and bar staff were also so attentive and friendly. I would say this has to be one of the best hotels that we have stayed in! Cannot wait to go back next year!

Wonderful welcome when we arrived with the person behind the reception desk walking us up to our room after giving us all the details. Spacious, comfortable room with wonderful views and lots of daylight. Beautiful spa area open to all with the rooftop spa/whirlpool and its views a big hit. Lovely spots to relax and enjoy the amazing views on that level also. Enjoyed our time at the bar for cappuccinos in the morning and spritzs in the afternoon. Breakfasts were very ample and delicious for our days spent hiking. Dinner was 5-course meal and very fun.

Amazing room, the suite had and outstanding bathroom so with our little kids we could enjoy it without going to the pool or spa area. Excellent dinner, really good quality and great attention of the waitress in serving the courses having focused on the need of the kids. Breakfast was also very good. We enjoyed also the care of the staff, and the possibility to make online check in is super, so at the arrival it was already accomplished. Very appreciated also that once we went off the car at the arrival, there was a person who helped us immediately we all the luggages till the room. An excellent hotel we we neve felt "alone".
