Bueno, el personal de la cama y el servicio de la mesa delantera eran cordiales, la habitación era muy pequeña con una ventana extraña entre el bañón y la cama, el hielo especial grande que les alientan a ordenar no se adapta en ninguno de los cristales proporcionados en la habitación ...el servicio de la habitación era hit & miss ...The workout area was absolutely AMAZING though ...world class ... The lobby bar is quite crafty/cold in winter ...most everyone had their coats on ... the bartender was excellent! All in all not good value for your dollar ...

La habitación era increíblemente hermosa, así como la vista! Había todo lo que necesito en ella. Estacionamiento era un poco de una lucha con un vehículo grande pero se aseguró que tenía una llave para el garaje de estacionamiento un bloque o dos abajo cuando lo necesito.

En general, me quedé impresionado con el diseño, la apariencia, la ubicación y el estacionamiento disponible del hotel, pero con un ascensor fuera de servicio hizo muuuucho tiempo de espera. La interrupción masiva de la comunicación también es un problema. . . no ser notificado al momento de la reserva del cierre del salón. . . muy decepcionante. Planeamos nuestro fin de semana alrededor de tener una sala de estar en el lugar, que no estaba disponible, y aún así cobrar el cargo de entrega por el servicio a la habitación, inaceptable. También estaba muy entusiasmado con la degustación de vinos, nuevamente los inconvenientes de la ubicación y fue difícil de encontrar ya que fue reubicado debido a renovaciones, nuevamente otra decepción. Las habitaciones no se limpiaron adecuadamente y el polvo incluso estaba tirado en el soporte de la televisión, y pajas sucias en el piso. No creo que volveremos a visitar.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena. Está al lado del centro de la ciudad. Puede caminar hasta el centro de la ciudad durante más de diez minutos. Puede caminar hasta el edificio del parlamento provincial y el río durante más de diez minutos caminando en la dirección opuesta.

Después de registrarse, el hotel cobró dos cargos adicionales por habitación debido a problemas de comunicación con Ctrip.com y registró 5.12, que no se ha procesado hasta ahora. Excelente ubicacion. Es fácil ir a cualquier parte.

El hotel está un poco conocido, pero nuestra habitación era limpia y cómoda. El sistema AC funcionaba perfectamente, la cama era un sueño. En el sitio cubierto de estacionamiento era útil. El restaurante de desayuno de Cora está acompañado al hotel, que es otro ganador para mí. Si no necesitas fantasía, este es el lugar para quedarse. Rob en el Front Desk fue delicioso - amigable, divertido y útil! Reservaría un estancia aquí otra vez

Acabamos de pasar dos noches aquí mientras asistíamos a una conferencia en el Centro de Convenciones de Edmonton. El hotel está a poca distancia a pie del ECC, así que reservamos allí. Aparcamos en el hotel parkade, 25 $ por día. El registro fue rápido y muy amable. La habitación era pequeña, cama de matrimonio pero limpia, tranquila y tenía una vista fantástica del valle del río. Comimos en el salón del vestíbulo y quedamos encantados con la comida y el ambiente. El hotel está justo en el centro de la ciudad, a poca distancia de muchos restaurantes, Roger’s Place y el LRT. Nos quedaríamos allí de nuevo.

La recepción de Chris fue muy amable y eficiente. Chris es un gran embajador para el hotel y te hace sentir bienvenido. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. El hotel es un hotel de 3 estrellas, donde se encuentra el hotel de 4 estrellas. La habitación es muy agradable, la habitación es muy limpia y la habitación es muy limpia. El hotel es ideal para las instalaciones del centro de la ciudad. El acceso es fácil y un personal muy bienvenido y invitado. Espero volver pronto.

Fui al hotel por tercera vez y todo estaba limpio y el personal se esforzó como siempre. Pero si se quiere usar Internet profesionalmente, es demasiado lento, especialmente en la parte trasera del edificio, esta vez hemos tenido fallos, y si se logra, el precio de la relación de rendimiento es cierto.

La ubicación es buena, viviendo dos noches, es que hay más vagabundos por debajo. Es difícil salir tarde, así que el hotel de almuerzo de la puerta tiene un estacionamiento gratuito, es más conveniente, caminar el día a la orilla del río es más cercano, es conveniente viajar, muchos hoteles cercanos

This was a lovely hotel, very clean and up to date. The front staff were very friendly and accommodating. The lounge however was atrocious. The man who was serving us was super friendly but got my friends dessert wrong and forgot mine. I wasn’t going to get one but he had suggested I try their sorbet which never came out. We didn’t mind as it was a debate between one dessert and the other so it didn’t matter and I wasn’t planning on getting one anyways. The thing that was probably the reason this hotel didn’t get 5 stars was the breakfast service. We specifically booked this hotel because the breakfast was included. The buffet was subpar so we didn’t have much on our plates. There were no servers for the first 20 min of us sitting down and no way to get any kind of drink ourselves. When they finally came out from wherever they were, we still didn’t get served drinks or checked on for at least 10 min. When we got our food, we were given a bill right away and told it was $33 each. (This is insane because they didn’t have much food anyways) We went to the front desk and they came with us to sort it out and talked to the waitress and when she came up to us, we asked her about the bill and she still said we had to pay so I went back to the front desk and they were very frustrated with this server as well. We ended up walking out of there. Westin edmonton lounge, do better.

I moved here are going to another hotel which was awful so went back to reliable Marriott. Checked in about 30 minutes after booking - room was lovely and clean but everything was ready. Rooms are not big I had a city view which is basically of the car park but there was a bed, comfortable chair and desk. Housekeeping came daily. The downside to the room is the hairdryer kept flipping the breaker - I left a note to report it buck the note was ignored which also asked for conditioner in the room (those big sharable ones in the shower) which was also not refilled. We arrived in the weetesdt June on record - the hotel was cold and although I was able to warm the room up the restaurant was blowing cold air throughout the stay so you had to sit with a hoodie on. The hotel is being renovated the 2 lifts were being painted and out of commission during my stay - not an issue as we were all able to sue the service elevator but there is only one so sometimes there was a line. Also the outdoor patio dining area overlooking the river is being renovated and we were told it would not be available all summer. The hote restaurant staff were lovely and friendly - the menu is a bit eclectic - you know on a rainy nite when you just want soup and a sandwich - well not available - they dont offer this - one of the pizzas came with blue cheese so I asked to switch for regular cheese - you cannot do that as they come in ready made. The menu is Indian food centric - lots of indian flavors (such as the poutine - how I wanted to try regular poutine but again not available) there is spice and curry flavor an a host of Lentil dishes on the menu and a lot of bok choi etc but very few of what I would call traditional flavours - for example as well as a soup on a cold rainy night a fish and chips might have been nice or a pot pie. The walk into downtown is nice - the view on the river is nice however we were warned about walking in downtown Edmonton as since covid there has been some changes - there are a lot of street people - pot is smoked everywhere and for a girl travelling i was told not to walk outside alone if I could help it. There are limited dining options without walking other than the hotel restaurant - in fact most nights there were several tables of lone female travellers in the restaurant
