We stayed in one of the cottages on the outskirts of Dunkeld. These beautifully constructed stone cottages look out on rolling paddocks at the base of Mount Sturgeon. Whilst rustic in appearance they are finished to a very high standard and are equiped with AC, wifi, a Bose portable sound system and a wood fired heater. Unfortunately the beds are so comfortable my wife now insists we should get one! The rolling surrounds are peaceful and quiet save for the abundant birdsong. Walks are easily accessible and this morning we saw countless kangaroos, wallabies and emu. The hotel arranged transport to and from Wickens restaurant where we had a reservation for dinner. Staff replenish wood for the combustion stove - a lovely touch in the chilly May weather. We could not fault the ammenities offered and would love to stay here again.

Studio accomodation on opposite side from hotel is spacious clean and tidy. However, lounge furniture is hit and miss and low quality. There were no plates, bowls or cutlery for self catering such as byo breakfast.

A beautiful part of the world and the best place to stay. Food at Parker Street was delicious and service was great (we didn’t feel capable of managing the many courses at Wickens - needed to be thirty years younger!)

A wonderful weekend away, highly recommend. Service was amazing, food is exceptional and the local environment for walking, fresh air, silence - just perfect.

Superb in every way. Luxury Mountain View accommodation and two amazing restaurants at the foothills of the Grampians. What more could you ask for!

You will never be disappointed and have any expectations exceeded by friendly and knowledgeable staff. After a meal at Wickens, we doubt you could find anywhere better.

Our stay and the dining experience at both restaurants was incredible. The staff at the hotel were friendly helpful and efficient. The Parkers Street Project great food and was delicious. The Wickens experience was on a whole different level, I would have to say dining on the chefs table would have to be one of the best dining experiences we have had. Thankyou.
