Muy insatisfecho con la falta de agua caliente en la ducha. Me llevó mucho tiempo calentar el agua de la ducha y, cuando lo hice, apenas estaba lo suficientemente caliente como para ducharme cómodamente cuando estaba caliente. Para empeorar las cosas, la presión era baja y 3 veces durante la ducha el agua pasó de apenas tibia a helada. Cuando experimenté esto, era demasiado tarde para contactar a un miembro del personal para que me ayudara, ya que tenía que irme.

I drove 4 hours to this hotel, and they cancelled my booking not long before i got there, and my room was given away. I received an email 30 minutes before I got there, which I clearly didn’t see since I was driving… The front desk clerk was completely rude and had a terrible attitude. He didn’t have a name tag on (probably for a reason) so I didn’t get his name. The email said they possibly had another room to offer me. The desk guy didn’t even look, said they’re sold out and I’m out of luck. No apology, or “sorry for the inconvenience”, help finding a new room, AND I even asked to use the restroom (a locked single use restroom) because I had been driving for hours and really had to use the bathroom and he wouldn’t even let me use it! So they cancelled my booking, no reason given, no “sorry”, AND THIS MAN WHO WORKS IN HOSPITALITY WOULDNT EVEN LET ME USE THE RESTROOM after all that. Treated me as if I’m not even human, just some scum on his shoe. I would never try to stay here again.
