We enjoyed our staying in this hotel. On the check out day we needed to get to the port and the hotel staff helped us to order a taxi.

Всем доброго дня! У отеля хорошее расположение. В первую очередь отель подойдёт для бюджетного путешественника. Был один из самых доступных в Дубае на момент бронирования. Хоть мебель далеко не новая, но всё работало и было чисто. Хороший персонал, уборка каждый день. В общем цена качество. За эти деньги на двоих можно было снять только хостел, а тут просторный номер. На пару ночей подойдёт.

I went to Burdubai Astoria to have a drink and ordered a beer, however it’s came with flys. I haven’t noticed from the beginning because of darkness, after few ships I found that flys on the beer it was very disgusting, I have informed bar in charge about it, he didn’t care about it. finally they decided to serve me half beer which was made me very upset. I was trying talk to the manager, however he did not ready to talk and doesn’t care about pest control what they served to the Dubai customers. I have paid full amount and returned the beer who offered me half. what a professional and customer service in Dubai !

I am from Seychelles🇸🇨,all my trip to Dubai I go to Astoria hotel,it's an amazing hotel, the staff is friendly and helpful no matter how tired they are,I don't know about other people but on my side we have been treated well,you must earn good trea**ent to gain good trea**ent,the room is simple but clean,I'm coming back this year in march,already booked the room.see you very soon Astoria hotel,me and my wife send a big kiss

Service is very terrible. Staff they don't care. This is my favourite place. Management please look into this. I am in bar the staff never check what I want I need to get myself everything what I needed which is very bad. I am happy to share more is if you are interested.
