Es el mejor hotel en el que me e podido alojar, las personas que trabajan son fantásticas, amables y muy serviciales, son muy atentos y especialmente un camarero mexicano del servicio de habitaciones que le doy un 10 rotundo, un gran profesional y muy pero que muy atento, los chicos del desayuno no son menos, no me sé sus nombres pero les puedo decir que la chica que nos recibía a la entrada y el súper camarero que se acordaba exactamente de todo y ya lo preparaba nada más vernos y lo traía a la mesa, la atención en el restaurante de desayunos fue simplemente espectacular. Un beso enorme para todos ellos

I am currently staying in the facility and booked through the Bonvoy. I usually book all my hotels through Bonvoy and have maintained elite status for past few years. This facility is in the price bracket of Ritz as a comparison to other Bonvoy hotels. We had a terrible experience last night. I am staying with two little ones. One could literally hear loud music in the room from restaurant and there was no sound proofing. I called three times to complain about it. After being quite annoyed I requested someone senior to speak with me but the duty manager was not available to speak despite several requests. I visited the reception being fed up of the situation, and finally the Madam showed up. More interested in me listening to her rather than solving the issue. Hotels should inform the customer if the rooms can have noise issue before booking or at the time of check-in so customers are free to make a choice. I don’t believe it is fair. Dubai has very good regulations with respect to outdoor noise and I have never faced this issue in a lot cheaper hotels. Not sure what was going on here.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful on the staff particularly Shaquilla at the front desk. The daily breakfast was delicious and the rooftop pool has an amazing view of the city. We loved the location and would go again.

We visited La Ville Hotel, an Autograph Collection series, between May 6-12 for our anniversary celebration. The service was top notch as the only high-end luxury hotel in the City Walk area. Special thanks to hotel colleagues Nagy, Gaurav, Nimesha, Aiham, Shaqilla, and other employees for their kind hospitality and anniversary suite room upgrade. The suite we got was 563 which had a stunning view of the Burj Khalifa and downtown, the best view you can get in downtown Dubai! Ambassador elite and Titanium elite members enjoy full benefits at this hotel and very friendly colleagues everywhere in the hotel. Highly recommended for special occasions and will definitely come back again when we visit Dubai next time!
